A good spot in Yorkville to have a coffee break. Great menu with hot and cold drinks. The pastries look potent and deadly 😁😍. Plenty of seats inside or outside. On a good day, it's ideal to chill and fun to people watch. Good tea selection and the staff happily refills hot water anytime. Fair price for Yorkville.

When my plans for having cannoli at my wedding fell through on the day of, Zaza was able to accommodate a super last minute same day order for 50 assorted cannoli that were a huge hit. I appreciated the customer service I had on the phone, as it was one less thing I had to worry about on a stressful day! Thank you!

Last weekend, my family and I had an exceptional dining experience at Cantina by ZaZas at Friday Harbour that truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The food was absolutely delightful. However, the highlight of our visit came during an unexpected moment. My 5-year-old nephew accidentally spilled his drink all over the table. While he was initially upset, the staff sprang into action. They were incredibly attentive, quickly cleaning up the mess without any fuss and reassuring him with comfort. To our surprise, the owner came over personally to check on us. Noting my nephew’s distress, he kindly offered him a gelato from his Gelato Shop as a special treat to lift his spirits. This thoughtful gesture not only cheered him up but also left a lasting impression on us about the restaurant's exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Cantina by ZaZa’s for its outstanding hospitality and delicious offerings!

Grabbed a iced matcha latte as well as the medium gelato with 2 flavors (3 scoops). The service was quick and clean but the matcha latte was mediocre. I asked for their most popular flavors of gelato and was recommended the pistachio & biscoff. The pistachio was muted in flavor and the biscoff was strong. Despite having 2 scoops of pistachio the only lingering aftertaste is that of biscoff. The interior has comfortable seating but the music was too loud so I had to step out when making a call.

I have walked by this place numerous times but never had tried it until today. It was about half full when I arrived and I was second in line. Only 1 server but she was friendly and efficient. My Americano was very good. I added a blueberry scone and it was fresh tasting and very light. I kind of prefer a more sense scone but it was very good nonetheless. **Zaza Cafe - Cumberland, Toronto** I visited Zaza Cafe last week and had a great experience! I tried their latte, which was delicious, and the pistachio loaf bar was equally good. The vibe of the cafe is amazing – it’s a nice, cute spot with a lot of charm. It was pretty busy when I went, so it was hard to find a seat inside, but they do have a little patio, which is a nice alternative. If you're in the area and looking for a cozy place to grab a coffee, Zaza is definitely worth checking out!

Stopped by for a hot chocolate, absolutely delicious. Will be returning to try out the wide selection of desserts. The cafe is bright and bustling with energy. The seating area is decent for a cafe downtown.

A big disappointment! Nothing like Yorkville. Expensive but not worth it! The service horribly cold and unfriendly, no manners. The young girl dark hair tall, was rude and moody. We went to the other cafe which was the opposite of Zara and cheaper. I would have zero if I could?
