A warm welcoming and fast service. I had a pizza and tasted delicious! However, two of us ordered an Aperol Spritz and were flavourless. And despite given our feedback, our waiter topped it up with prosecco instead of re-doing it. Oh well.

Gabi and his team always make us feel so welcome 🙏🏻 It has been my favourite restaurant for many years, for a quick lunch, Prosecco Tuesday's with friends and all our family celebrations. I am a creature of habit and always have the Chicken Milanese and a Hugo! Delicious 😋

We had a wonderful experience at Zaza, and a big thank you goes to Alexandra for the exceptional service she provided. She was warm, attentive, friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made our evening special. The food was excellent, but Alexandra’s outstanding customer service made the experience even better. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm smile, kindness, and exceptional attention to detail. We had a great experience, and Andrea made it even better. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She checked in on us at the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and always did so with a genuine smile. I'm a fan of this local Italian chain. They do a great offer on lunch, about £10 for a starter and a main from a set menu. Sad for me, I like the stuffed pasta shells, which isn't on the lunch menu, but for my husband, it's always a great deal. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, and the food is consistently tasty. On this visit, the restaurant was really quite hot, and the staff weren't quick. I only had a tiny bit of my main (I was full) and wanted to take the rest away, but they kept just walking by us, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. But once we caught the waiter, it was all fine and I got my food to bring home. Of the many Italian chains in Pinner, Zaza is my favourite.

Nothing to write home to mum about. Wife's meatballs were good. My pasta was under cooked.
