ZCRAVE New York SoHo

Had a great and amazing time at the ZCRAVE SoHo grand opening!! The clothes are amazing and the atmosphere in the store was spectacular. was great meeting Christina Milian and more amazing people.

I bought a velvet suit from them. It looked so good on photos in Instagram. But in reality they have very weird sizes. Finally I bought a 3xl-sized jacket and a large-sized pants. Usually I wear a regular medium size. I tried it at home and it didn’t fit. Tried to return, but their return policy is very weird as well. I can only exchange it. They didn’t even mention it when I was buying it. So upset. Don’t recommend. Be careful with the sizes.

Returned clothing to store...it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received the store credit....sales person said she could Not give me a paper receipt & would email it to me. I'm still waiting.... terrible return policy!!!

Amazing prime location, super easy to get to. From the moment I walked in, Service was excellent, they were very kind and helped me find my size. I was pleased to find that they ranged in all sizes so now I can tell all my friends to come in and check out this chic new store!!

I ordered 4 dresses online I do not have even a tracking number after one week. I can't get any answer about the time I'll receive my dresses. I chose deli every within 4 days and I paid 40 $ dollar for that. I'm so upset and confused by the way they answer emails or even the contacting way the have. I tried chat even. I don't suggest you to do the same.

Customer service is horrible, last time I was at the store there was a lady shouting at me WE CLOSING NOW and it was 4:30 PM but store hours are until 6:00 PM, Extremely rude and disrespectful, I have been a customer since they had the store in Madison, Elsa is the only good employee in the store.

Gorgeous store, stunning cloths! I love the popping colors, the shape, the fabrics! Every outfit from there is an absolute hit! I want to buy there again and again…
