We had the absolute pleasure of meeting the owner, Zak, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The food was an easy 15/10, flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is minimalist yet warm, with so many amazing options to choose from. The service and attention to detail were beyond 5 stars. Zak clearly understands food, ambiance, and genuine hospitality at the highest level. This was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and we’re already planning our return. Truly outstanding in every way!

Google
The friendliest staff! 🥰 warm welcome, great service. We came here for a late lunch just now, and had the chicken n waffles + avo/mushroom eggs benedict which were very good. Excellent coffee as well. Only small negative was hearing two types of music at the same time, kitchen and restaurant. But we'd recommend!

Google
It was okay. The biggest problem I have is texture. You guys would really shine with better bread. It is as mushy as the eggs on top, and the eggs are as soft as the sauce on top. Bread should be toasty, smoky, crispy, loud and cloudy. That alone would elevate your avocado toast experience Give us more texture. Hot chocolate was boom though!

This week’s Sunday brunch, we decided to head down to ZCrew. The place is small so reservations is recommended if you want a spot to eat. I tried the Korean fried chicken and waffles and the girlfriend had the Korean fried chicken benny. Both meals were super good. Worth giving it a try. To wash down the brunch we had the zcrew silky iced coffee. Yum yum yummy all around. If you are around area or plan to try this place out. Definitely give it a try. You won’t be disappointed

The food was absolutely amazing! Zack and his team of 10 provided top-notch service and were incredibly accommodating, even with our group of 15 arriving as early as 9 AM. Our meals were served within minutes, which was impressive. The only area for improvement would be the sourdough bread—it could be better. Aside from that, it’s a perfect 10/10 for the ambience, Instagram-worthy vibes, stunning food presentation, and a marvelous selection of drinks!

We came in clutch just minutes before the last order on a Sunday, but they still delivered! I got the tofu bowl with added Korean fried chicken, the portion was more than enough for one, and the toppings were super generous. I left feeling so full and satisfied. Great food, great service even at the end of the day!

Google
The place is busy, for a reason..super yummy breakfast, multiple options on the menu, many with a Korean touch! We (+ x2 kids) had to wait but they took care of us as early as possible, Our son dropped his toy in the garbage accidentally, so they checked the whole bin, for it…

Google
A pretty good brunch spot with a touch of Korean flair in their dishes. Overall, everything was quite nice. I especially recommend their poke bowl.

Yelp
I am OBSESSED with the food here. I came for breakfast solo and sat along the window. I got the bird nest and it was phenomenal. Quick service, tasty food. Amazing. Cute place!

Yelp
Brunch time! The shop is quite small, so I highly recommend making a reservation. They open up reservations on their website one week in advance. They have many options on the menu, and they all sound really good. Our top favorites: Korean fried chicken benedict, smoothies/hojicha latte, and their signature espresso pancake. The pancake was soft and fluffy, and ice cream with an espresso drink is always a perfect combo!

Yelp
First off, the presentation at this cafe does not disappoint. Everything we ordered wowed us with how visually pleasing it appeared. You also get a nice view of the Calgary Tower if you get the corner seats. Food ordered: matcha pancakes, Korean fried chicken benny, finding Nemo (smoked salmon) on sourdough toast Drinks: silky iced coffee Our server was friendly and our food came out in good time. The silky iced coffee was adorably dusted with a panda on my husband's drink. I'm a bit heartbroken I got a wavy line? Lol, all jokes aside, our taste buds were awakened. My husband said the Korean fried chicken was nice and crispy. My finding Nemo smoked salmon was flavorful. All was packed with a ton of flavor, but if you're someone like me who's used to healthier, blander foods, this can be a lot. My husband and I like to try different flavors and cuisines when we're traveling so this place was pretty memorable. The silky iced coffee is creamy, so if that's something you enjoy for a whole cup of coffee, this is for you. For us, we both thought it was delicious for the first few (large) gulps, but we quickly got a bit overwhelmed. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place! Street parking in any downtown area can be a bit difficult but we got lucky and found a spot across the street.

Yelp
Great brunch spot here in downtown Calgary! Service was very nice and cute. Food was great! Loved the fact that they served fusion dishes for brunch, and did it well. Went with a group of 6- we had made a reservation and got our dishes all in a timely manner. We all ordered various things and everyone enjoyed their meals. It's a cute cafe space that serves brunch, drinks and pastries. Would definitely recommend if you're in Calgary and looking for a good brunch!

Yelp
This was a great find. American breakfast with an Asian twist. The specialty coffee was delicious! The Korean chicken waffle and Benedict were both great. Worth venturing out from downtown and restaurant row!

Yelp
My partner and I enjoy coming here p often. Please note they are def busy esp on weekends so make a reservation or be prepared to sit outside. I usually get sweet but went with their new ahi tuna avocado toast. I also got their iced matcha. Honestly this is my 4th time here maybe and it was my least favorite. Their was a aioli on the dish with a flavor I didn't like - I think it was a wasbi/horseradish flavor. The maple soy sauce was really good so I wish there was a lot more of that. The matcha was great compared to most places I've tried ordering from but still not fully up to my standards. I like it sweetened with honey and they seemed to have made the matcha, drizzled honey on top of the milk and topped it with the matcha. This of course means the sweetness wasn't consistent and the honey didn't dissolve. I will say I love the workers, they are so kind and amazing each time. Will still come again but get my sweet items.

Yelp
The cutest cafe with the most amazing breakfast!! I was so happy I could walk here from my hotel while visiting Calgary. I visited the cafe twice and think about it often now that I'm back in the states. It's a small place and each morning they asked if we had reservations. We did not but luckily we snagged spots at the end of a large group table. My almond milk latte was the most amazing cut of goodness each morning and I loved that it was served in a giant mug with the foam in the shape of a heart. These little touches show they go the extra mile to make customers happy. The food was just as delicious. Everything tastes so fresh. It was hard to decide because I wanted one of everything. The servings were perfect, not too heavy before lots of walking around downtown! Hands down, one of my favorite breakfast spots ever. I would love to come back when I'm in town again.

Yelp
This old lady from Carmel, IN is in Calgary! Had it not been for YELP, Bill & I would not have known about this salivating Korean restaurant. Bill had Korean Fried Chicken brekkie. Skinny Bill ate it ALL and that is unusual for him! I had monster Bao-burg.......please see photos. Phenomenal! Sausage is house made and perfect. Sweet potatoe donuts served on the side could fill my belly alone. IF there is any comparable restaurant in IN, PLEASE let us know

Yelp
The food here is amazing. If you are looking for a brunch place with unique food items that are packed with flavor, this is the place to go. The service was also amazing as well. They were extremely nice and the food came out very quick. It is a small restaurant, so be prepared to wait a little. The only downside is that the prices were pretty high, but honestly everything is extremely high right now.

Yelp
What a great find thanks to Yelp! We needed a breakfast stop before our drive to Banff. We were looking for a place that specifically had a green smoothie and coffee. They get crowded and I can definitely see why! The ambiance is super cute cafe vibes; service is really good. Hello Green Smoothie : I was impressed that this smoothie wasn't overly sweet which is what prevents me from getting them normally. Super tasty and refreshing The Missing Link with a side of breakfast potatoes : everything about this was so good. Well seasoned chicken sausage patty, a great brioche, and a perfectly cooked egg. I really like the addition of Kale - it's much sturdier than lettuce and makes the sandwich just feel healthier. Potatoes were spot on, I could just eat those and be a happy girl Chai latte with soy, less sweetness : ooooh the spices on this are so strong which I love Just enough food for 2 people. My appetite hasn't been great lately but I would have loved to have been able to order two dishes instead.

Yelp
Absolutely DELICIOUS! And trendy. I loved their drinks and the pancakes... the fried chicken was amazing. Can't say enough.

Yelp
It is one of my families favorite places to eat in Calgary. you can make a lunch reservation, which is wonderful with kiddos. They have highchairs that attach to the tables, and the kids' menu offers lots of chocies. I typlically get an iced chai tea latte and the french toast. Food is always fast, hot, and yummy. Staff is always wonderful. The only con is the parking, but it's downtown calgary, so that's to be expected

Yelp
I have traveled the world over and as a foodie and self identified extremely discerning diner this little cafe wins "best people". The crew is in the name and they are amazingly warm, gracious, and welcoming. Yummy food and some of the best coffee in Calgary as well.
google avatar

Yelp
My sister made reservations here for our group of friends and it was so cute that they even put reserved signs on the table. There's a cute outdoor seating area, plenty of parking on the streets. Our server was super helpful and accommodating for our large group. In terms of food and beverages, I ordered their beet latte and shared a couple dishes with my friends - fried chicken and waffles, dan dan noodles, and bao burger. It was all super delicious! The beet latte was super fresh and the design on top was gorgeous. Service was amazing. The waitress divided all of our meals into separate receipts which takes some time to do! Cute vibes all around and delicious food.

Yelp
Best brunch ever! Finding Nemo was amazing. Curry for brunch was great. Service was delightful - food came quickly, but we did not feel rushed.

Naylil M.

Yelp
The food is amazing! The green tea matcha pancakes with fresh fruits is an exceptional breakfast dish. Service is excellent, they take reservations but has a 2-hr time limit on dine-in period. The cafe is decorated nicely with a modern downtown vibe. Great place to meet a friend for a morning coffee or a brunch.

Yelp
Z Crew Cafe is a delightful find in Calgary, offering an atmosphere that instantly reminds me of the vibrant coffee culture in Melbourne, Australia. It's a rare gem that perfectly captures that unique energy, and I left thoroughly impressed. During my visit, I tried the Z Crew Silky Iced Coffee from their impressive coffee connoisseurs list, and it did not disappoint. Their daring and diverse selection of coffees shows a commitment to innovation that any coffee lover would appreciate. I also enjoyed the Korean Fried Chicken Burger with sweet potato fries, which was delicious. The friendly and knowledgeable staff only added to the positive experience. Beyond the Melbourne-inspired ambiance, the rest of the menu piqued my curiosity. There are so many intriguing options that I haven't tried yet, making me eager to return and explore further. Z Crew Cafe has definitely won me over. For anyone seeking a combination of exceptional coffee and a lively, distinctive atmosphere, this is the place to be. I'll be back for sure!

Yelp
On vacation here in Calgary and I was elated to find a coffee shop on the corner of The Guardian building where we are staying. We walked in at 8:45am, we were greeted warmly by what looked like the kitchen manager. That transitioned quickly to a hostess that rudely asked "do you have reservations?" This struck me as odd given the hour and the two whole people in the small area. I thought, I'll play along, maybe this is standard. I said, no. And she promptly seated us in front of the window. We ordered lattes, first, then ordered Bird Nest. I was very excited; I love a scotch egg and don't get to have them often. Our lattes came out delivered by a very pleasant woman. And then we waited. The couple that walked in 10 minutes after us not only received their food but were done eating before I had to get up and find our hostess. We still had no food. No other coffee offer, no water refill, etc. she said, and I quote. (ever so nonchalantly) "I forgot to put your order in." Seriously?? They are 4 people in the whole place and you forgot?! I asked for my bill and two coffees to go. I was frustrated and just wanted to leave. She once again, rudely says "if you still want it, I'll put a rush on it." In my mind, I thought. You're joking, right. I again, said, no, I'd like to pay my bill. Someone had dropped the coffees off with my husband. To say that I am ridiculously blown away by the lack of care, but to show that type of poor service was beyond my scope of understanding. And I work in the industry! If you have expectations of good service. This is NOT the PLACE. Get your coffee and GO!

Yelp
Stayed in Calgary the night before heading to Banff. This was the breakfast spot we found based on the reviews and were so glad we stopped here! Excellent service and fantastic food! Still thinking about it days later...

Yelp
Wow wow wow. We are in Calgary for one day and one night because our flight was cancelled. We decided to eat out only once in downtown Calgary and let's just say this place does not disappoint. We ordered the ramen, fried chicken, salad and smoothie. It was fantastic. I am so glad we came here for our one and only meal!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing meal and I totally understand why there's a line on weekends. You can make reservations though. Korean fried chicken eggs Benny was amazing. Sweet potato fries and breakfast potatoes are both amazing sides. The White Hat was a great variety. The matcha pancakes were of course delicious. Their special coffee - silky iced coffee - is yummy but rich. The iced chai latte was great. All in all, an outstanding breakfast!

Yelp
Calgary knows their brunch...This is a beautiful hipster Korean fusion brunch café with a plethora of menu items that cater to all tastebuds and preferences! Service was prompt and the waiters were all extremely kind and helpful. We arrived at around 11AM on a Tuesday and it seemed we had just beat the lunch time rush as when we were leaving, it was extremely busy. The food was fantastic - the matcha pancakes were a ginormous stack of green tea goodness with a gorgeous array of sweet syrup and fresh fruits, the chicken and waffles were a fantastic Korean take on a classic brunch dish (it was a bit heavy on the salt for me but my brother enjoyed it a lot), the monster bao that my cousin had was stacked high with cheese, patties and a side of delicious sweet potato tots and the ham benny was well rounded with well seasoned potato wedges on the side. Finally, the true highlight of my meal was the Z crew silky coffee with sea salt cream cheese silky milk foam. It was amazing, sooo creamy with a hint of salty cheese. The coffee taste was also very earthy and full. Last thing was the birds nest which is a popular dish with a scotch egg on it was already sold out and we were unable to try...definitely have to arrive early next time to catch this coveted dish! Brunch in Vancouver will never be the same after having tried Z Crew in Calgary.

Yelp
Great place, great service and great food! My friend and I stopped in here for a little breakfast. The service was so awesome, they moved a table up out of the wind for us. Very yummy breakfast sandwiches, great coffee and a wonderful London Fog latte!
google avatar

Zach H.

Yelp
Went for breakfast/brunch on Sunday. The place does take reservations, but we just walked in. It's not the largest space and is clearly a popular spot. It has good vibes inside. I got the smoked salmon benny with breakfast potatoes and it was really solid and nicely plated. My friend had the matcha pancakes which were also tasty. The coffee / caffeine options are plentiful and the lattes look fancy. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Yelp
Couldn't let a full year go by since our first visit to ZCREW and not finish my original review! My hubby and I were supposed to return to Calgary this month, but of course, COVID canceled everything. So I figured I would finish a couple of my review drafts from our last trip! ZCREW is one of those places that checks off a lot of boxes for us: Healthy and delicious plant-based options, great coffee, hip yet welcoming (not pretentious) ambiance, great service...you get the idea! We walked here from our hotel to add in some sightseeing and build up an appetite for what turned out to be a delicious breakfast. Here are the highlights: *Turmeric Latte w/ espresso shot *Flat White w/ almond milk *Avocado Tartine *Healthy Heart (ginger turmeric & cardamom granola, coconut chia yogurt, fresh fruit, mixed seeds, almonds, shaved coconut, and carrot essence) If my photos don't hint at how good everything was, and just how beautiful the presentation was, then read my lips...oh wait you can't! How about I bookmarked this spot to return to this summer out of all the options in Calgary, but now I'll have to wait until it's safe to travel again and the Canadian/U.S. border is once again open. 'Til then, ZCREW!

Yelp
We stopped by for a bite to eat but was told it would be over an hour wait. As we were leaving the hostess snagged us and said a table of 4 were 15 min late for their reservation and if we would wait 5 more minutes we could have the table. We agreed and were seated within 10minutes. We did street parking a few blocks away. 1 bathroom for the restaurant but didn't ever have problems with any lineups. Clean and respectable. Staff were friendly and attentive and we our drink order was taken in a timely manner. My friend said the Nutella latte was great and I thought the portion was quite large. My other friend said the zcrew coffee was good but it was definitely smaller cup than the latte. The atmosphere is a little loud and it's quite busy and it feels tight. Way to easy to get cornered or bump your chair into a passing waitress pushing your chair back. The Budda bowl was excellent.crispy tofu, warm edamame, lots of vegetables. I was definitely full after and the sauce was good too - not too salty. My friend said his Benny was good and the chicken burger was a good portion too. Great flavors all around, good service just make sure to make reservations!
google avatar

Maham S.

Yelp
It's a staple, it's classic, and it always looks pretty. The space is quiet small so it gets busy quite quickly. But the food is always worth the wait.

Yelp
I totally love this place!! Our waitress Kim was awesome!! She deserves a 20% tip or more!! She was friendly & very accommodating & made sure we got a table outside.

Yelp
We had a lovely time at Zcrew and the food was pretty tasty! But there were some details that were overlooked. We were told by a friend that this restaurant gets quite busy in the weekend so we booked a reservation. During the reservation I mentioned that I would be bringing my 3 year old daughter. But on the day of, they sat us on bar stools making it quite hard to sit my daughter. Once we received our orders, the server handed us what looked like the green smoothie I ordered, but she kept saying it was a matcha latte. I told her it wasn't as it is cold and it definitely looked like a smoothie, but she gave it to my brother who ordered the matcha latte as she thinks it is 100% a matcha latte. Another server then comes right behind her with the actual matcha latte and hands it to my brother. Just hilarious!!! Mom and dad was also waiting quite a long time to get their coffee's refilled. And once refilled, the servers forgot to bring out more sugar and cream. So my parents ended up just drinking a bit of the black coffee and we just left. It is such a shame because we really did enjoy the food. And I especially their vegan breakfast tofu bowl! But the service was a bit off. We will try to go and visit again maybe on a weekday and see if that changes anything.

Yelp
This small little cafe packs big cafe taste and skills! After nearly 24 hours of traveling the day before my wife and I were in need of a healthy meal aka non-airport food. ZCREW to the rescue. We came in a little after 10am and were surprised and the cozy atmosphere. Our server was delightful too. Plus 10 for friendly service! I ordered the french toast. It came out gorgeous! Seriously, their presentation is as good as their tasty food. I loved the caramelized hair on my french toast. The portion was just right. My wife ordered a frozen coffee cube with milk. It was her first time drinking something like that, but she loved it. It makes you drink your coffee a bit slower than the usual morning chug routine as it melts slowly in the milk. My wife ordered the Bright Brekkie which was eggs, avocado, and toast. It tasted wonderful and looked impeccable as it came out. Our server brought us some water too, which I felt I should comment on since it tasted fresh. The cafe felt very clean and modern. I loved the ambiance and there is street parking all over if you are driving. I hope to come back here again.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe!! Although there's not that many seats, it's a nice cozy and aesthetic place. Once you enter, you can step to the left to order take out or let someone know you want to sit in. The presentation of the food is one of the best I've seen compared to other cafes. Chai Latte and Macha Latte: This cafe specializes in cute latte art. From the pictures I've seen online, they have different designs for their latte so you won't ever be bored of one type of design. I liked the Chai latte but the Macha latte lacked strong Macha flavor Matcha Pancakes: AMAZING presentation. One of the prettiest pancakes I've ever seen. The fruit, cream, cane sugar, and jam went so well with it. Although don't expect them to taste like the fluffy pancakes you find in Asia, these had more of a cake texture but nonetheless still very tasty! Birds Nest: This dish had a clever way of presenting eggs that looks like a birds nest. Eggs were made with care and the dish was super flavourful. Very savoury and has strong spices. Service was friendly and attentive! The washroom required a key from the front desk.
google avatar

Mika T.

Yelp
Friends recommended this place for brunch and glad we gave it a try cus it was so good. Got the matcha pancakes and hojicha latte which were both very yummy! I recommend making a reservation ahead of time since it's usually pretty busy.

Emma J.

Yelp
A small spot with big taste! Great menu options and very friendly staff! Went here for a last min brunch with a friend and we were both pleasantly surprised
google avatar

MJ L.

Yelp
I visited this place once in Jan 2020 with a coworker and again today with my family. The food never fails to amaze me in taste and presentation. Service is friendly and they even have a small patio. Do note they're only seating at half capacity right now due to Covid but also have a few tables setup on the sidewalk. We started with Americanos which were fruity and light with no after taste. Hubby had a meat pizza, our son had the chicken n waffles and I ordered the bird's nest which are scotch eggs served on a tomato base with arugula and sourdough bread. I cannot wait to return now that they allow dine-in as it's a 35-40 min drive for us to get there. They've also expanded their menu to include more asian fusion such as Dan Dan ramen, ahi tuna poke and a variety of vegan items. Please do your part if you can to help fantastic places such as this to stay afloat!

Hannah L.

Yelp
I came in with my family to grab something to eat while we are on vacation. The hostess was not very accommodating. I also work in a cafe so I understand things get busy. We did not feel welcome and when we decided to just take out we were asked to move out of the way for take out guests. The hostess then had the other waiter ask us if we were sitting or taking out. Just overall the service made me feel like I was in the way and just a nuisance.
google avatar

Susy K.

Yelp
The food in this place is phenomenal. I ordered the French toast and it so pretty and impressive. It also has many thing going on, from berries, flowers, Boston cream, to the chocolate around it. However, I didn't feel the sweetness was overpowering, somehow all the flavors came together. My husband ordered the bird nest which is two scotch eggs held by potatoes in the shape of a bird nest. Definitely, they are super creative with their food! Also, it came with a tomatoe sauce which was very yummy. I will be coming back. The only thing they could improve is they could have spaced their reservations a bit better. We went for a weekend breakfast and we were asked to leave because there were people waiting. We were at the table for about 50 mins. :( they did bring all of our items really fast though. I just like to drink my coffee slowly at the end of my breakfast.
google avatar

Mabel L.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, this place is AMAZING! One of the best brunch I have had in a while and at a descent price. I just moved from Toronto and I swear Toronto does not sell this type of fusion food. I love fusion! At Zcrew its a mix of Korean, Chinese, British, and American food blend together. I ordered the Bird's nest which is the Scotch egg on a bed of veggie curry, bread and a potato nest. It was so delicious. My husband had a burger which consisted of an Asian bao for the bread and a sweet potato donut dumplings. So good! I now want to try other things in their menu. Particular the Dandan noodles next time. They really should open for dinner. There are some dishes that will be perfect in a dinner menu.

Yelp
ZCREW cafe blew it out of the park! We loved it so much we went a second time during our visit to Calgary! Presentation was on point and the taste of the food did not fall short. Substance and form! Good variety of healthy bowls/salads, brunch options (both sweet and savoury) and all the kinds of coffees you could possibly want. The matcha pancakes and the scotch eggs were standouts.
google avatar

Yelp
ZCREW is a cute, cozy little cafe near Victoria Park Stampede C-train station/Cowboys area. They are known for their aesthetically pleasing dishes that you can find across Instagram. I came on a weekday to catch up with a friend and almost all the seats were full, so I can imagine them being very busy on the weekend. There is a big communal table with bar seating, some bar seating around the window areas, a patio and some half booth half chair options. One thing to note is that their online menu is not as extensive as their in store one (for example, I wanted to get the matcha pancakes and they didn't have them on the website's menu, but it was available in store). I ordered the matcha pancake stack ($16) and my friend got the regular buttermilk pancake stack ($15). It came with powdered sugar, oreo crumble, whipped cream, and some fruit (cherries and strawberries/bluberries). It was also topped with chocolate crumble which I wasn't a huge fan of (it was hard and stuck to my teeth). The pancakes were dense, almost cake like. That's how I like my pancakes but if you don't then maybe consider ordering something else.

Lena F.

Yelp
It's a small place but enough seating indoor and outdoor. There's a 4 way street near so lots of cars go by but it's bearable. There were many to go orders but we sat outside for lunch. The service people were nice but I guess since we sat outside they didn't have as much time for our tables like the others (if you know what I mean). The food took longer than expected to come out. We had to go inside both to order and pay because the waiters wouldn't come. We ordered matcha pancake, which was ok. It was pretty but there wasn't much of a matcha taste. Syrup underneath and fruits around. It's hard to eat with a knife because it crumbles so much? But a very filling serving. The sweet potato fries were good. Just like any regular. I think the chipotle sauce that came with was interesting.

Yelp
I had a half day in Calgary so I decided to walk around downtown Calgary and saw this cute little coffee shop. There isn't a lot of seating but very cozy. It was a during weekday so there wasn't a lot of people so I got to seat where everybody want. I ordered their signature Belgian waffle bowl with a chai latte. The food is not only very presentable and instagrammable but also really good. I like stronger tea flavor so to me, their chai latte is lacking the chai tea flavor. Service was great and friendly.

Justina K.

Yelp
Amazing coffee and great food. This is a hidden gem. Pretty small inside with not a lot of room so make reservations.

Bryce R.

Yelp
Fun menu, and food came out as pictures. It's small but nice setting. But the service was poor: short and argumentative, which was wildly disappointing. Basic items weren't ready. Asked to add cheese in my eggs; that seemed to be a big deal and was an extra charge (which is fine, but felt like i was arguing with the waitress rather than placing an order). Asked for jam for my toast, and was met with resistance and that i should know it would be extra. Weird for a place that serves toast, but, yes, still fine. Waited to learn that they didn't even have it. The rude service was unfortunately the feature of the experience

Yelp
We came just in time for happy hour (2-4 pm monday to friday). They offer $3 specialty coffees during this time. We decided to go for Spanish lattes and on the rocks. For food we settled on the ahi tuna bowl and chicken coconut curry. Both the food and coffee were amazing. The food was really fresh, we like that they use locally sourced ingredients. Calgary's food scene is really starting to take off. This is now a new staple restaurant I will visit when in town!

Yelp
%%&&$!!@ BOMB AS HELL! So good omg definitely recommend for any Benny lovers their puffed pastry Benny with smoked salmon!!! I inhaled it and now cannot stop thinking about it. Already planning my next brunch date. The place is small and in weird location but if they ever moved on 17th ave they would kill any brunch competitor. Can't wait to try their whole menu! Really want to try their coconut curry bowl and poke bowl next. My friends said their Korean chicken and waffles was AMAZING

Yelp
Brunch warriors!!! Small little cafe that packs a punch! Good coffee and the food was really good. The waffles even with no bananas was delightful and the chicken and waffles was amazing with a little bit of a twist I think it need something sweet to cut how salty it was not over all it was very tasty. The main reason I'm giving this place a 5 star rating is because of the service. A nice greeting and because of the wait they gave us a free coffee to enjoy till we got seated and the friendliness of the server. Not to mention the speed of the food it arrive super fast. I will definitely be going again but I'll remember to get on the waiting list first on yelp.

Yelp
All I can say is wow!! These place combined two of my favourite foods: Korean and brunch. It may be a small cafe, but they go big on the flavour! Seating is limited, but a lot of their menu items are available to- go as well. I don't think I've had a more difficult time choosing a dish then I had here. I HIGHLY recommend the Korean chicken and waffles. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the chili/gravy combo was unreal. I was also a huge fan of the breakfast potatoes and chipotle aioli. The presentation of all their dishes are gorgeous and deserve to be broadcasted all over social media. Can't wait to come back!
