I don’t know where the service went wrong. The two older ladies that were nice and friendly clocked out a few minutes after I arrived unfortunately and then I was neglected. Nothing rude just neglected. I was the only customer they had (probably for a reason, but I’m a tourist) and five workers standing around just chit chatting. I finished my beer and I would’ve ordered another one if just one of them approached me but that didn’t happen. I ordered the menu of the day. The cod croquettes were too dry. The dessert and starter were good. In the pictures I added one can see the restaurant was dead, no reason their service should’ve been this neglectful and my dessert.

Best place in Aveiro! Definitely you should try their Bacalao a bras, it’s delicious. Real Portuguese food. Also thanks to Ronny, our best waiter. He was very professional and kind!!!

I've ate here with my friend last month. The food tasted pretty nice, but right afer we've finished our dinner, we started to feel sick. What came next was the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. I was vomiting for the further two days. The service was nice but because of that sickness I can not give this restaurant anything more than 1 star. If you want to dine here, be careful.

Food was incredible! The sirloin with rice is a must-try, as well as the moelas (chicken gizzards). Our third time to Portugal and we make it a point to come back here every time.

We had a late lunch and found this great place. The chicken pieces were perfectly marinated and the salad was tasty. The white rice was also delicious. The portions were a bit much for us but we took the leftovers and ate them cold and they were still flavorfull.

We sat down for a lazy lunch after being on the road all morning. Conveniently located on a busy tourist street with indoor and outdoor seating. Famished, we ordered the 2 for €26 tapas meal. Every thing was amazing, from the tasty butter to the fantastic cheese platter to the octopus salad and chicken strips. That meal remains a delicious memory of our trip to Aveiro.
