Lovely view food was pretty good and werbice was fast Open since 1985 and still a gem in this lovely place

Restaurants right on the edge of the beach, inherently creates a really nice atmosphere. You can look out over the ocean and see all the people having fun in the sun. Ended up sitting on the patio in the shade. Little children as street vendors will come up and try to sell you little bracelets and necklaces. It was very cute, though perhaps a bit annoying, did purchase one. They were not part of the restaurant, but were not discouraged from being there. There was also a guy playing guitar pretty well, he also did not seem to be associated with the restaurant as at some point he just walked out. But the music and the ambiance was nice on a beautiful sunny Florianopolis day. The portions here are really big, and almost everything is fried. Service was present and responsive, not excellent, but decent. Had fresh squeezed, passion fruit and orange juice, that was delightful! Had the breaded/fried beef and got a half portion, the half portion was big enough for three or four people to split and likey would not need anything else. For me and my friend it was way too much. Overall the food was decent, but not magical. Also tried the Roe, very large and fried, about the size of a small banana. Asked them for smaller portion sizes, but all the sizes are just really big.

Beautiful Place on the Beach with fantástica fish dishes

Was just what I was looking for. Good food by the beach. Prices seem high until you see how much food they bring out. I ordered for one the camarão parmigiano and had 5 plates of food. See the photos and have some space for left overs or bring friends!

Beautiful views on the beach, food was amazing.. steak, rice, beans, salad, fries, beer, and water was $120 reals.. waiter was very helpful..

What do you wanna more? Perfect place to enjoy the life. Good food, attentive service. Caipirinhas, and amazing view.

Food was good, but a lot of fried things. At least they were not super oily. The views are the best and it’s a great chill out spot at the beach.

The fried fish was amazing as were the chicken wings which we had to take home. The service was excellent and friendly. We highly recommend this beachside restaurant. 🇨🇦

Not only does this place have a prime location at the main entrance of Praia do Campeche (Campeche Beach), overlooking Ilha do Campeche but the food is incredible especially the fish and shrimp. Lots of tourists during the summer but also lots of locals hanging out. Nice terrace and lots of indoor seating. Highly recommended. Não só este lugar tem uma localização privilegiada, na entrada principal da Praia do Campeche, com vista para a Ilha do Campeche, mas a comida é incrível, especialmente o peixe e camarão. Muitos turistas durante o verão, mas também muitos moradores de fora. Agradável terraço e um monte de lugares no interior. Altamente recomendado.

This restaurant is located at the end of the end of the pequeno príncipe avenue in front of Campeche island. The restaurant is nicely located if you want to grab a bite before going to the island or if you want to take a break from surfing/swimming. The service is fast and the waiter was very friendly. I just give 3 stars because the food had nothing special. The fish was definitely not the best we had on the island. We liked the restaurant on the other side, Pequeno Príncipe, a bit better. Also, they do not serve eggs, coffee or anything that could be used for breakfast, so it is not the place you want to go in the morning. The coffee place a little further up (first street on the right when you leave the beach) is definitely better for that. It's a bit far if you walk though, so better to stop there with your car before you head to the beach.
