We had dinner at the restaurant recently and ordered a mix of BBQ, shawarma, and a few side dishes. The food was genuinely delicious and arrived in a reasonable time—at first. But unfortunately, we had to wait over 40 minutes for the shawarma and drinks after the BBQ was served. By that time, we were already done eating, so we asked to cancel the remaining items. The staff were kind and respectful, and when we noticed we were still charged for the shawarma, they quickly refunded it without any issue. What didn’t sit well with me, though, was that they added a tip to the bill without even asking. Coming from Dubai, I’m used to tips being optional—it’s something the customer decides, not something that’s just added on. It felt a bit off and honestly, a little disrespectful. They did offer me a free coffee afterward, which was a nice gesture, but to be honest, that’s not really the way to make up for the experience. Good food alone isn’t enough when service and transparency are lacking.

Family atmosphere delicious food, had the appetizer spicy chikeufteh followed by eggplant kebab, and shish tawook. Very tasty. Stomach full yet debating to have ice cream knefeh 😋 Service is absolutely amazing, Milad the waiter deserves 10 stars recognition

We specifically came here for their Kanafe, and it was divine!!! Perfectly made with cheese, and it's crusty top! Goes well with their fresh herbs black tea. Recommend everyone tries this, specially if you've never had it before ❤️❤️

I was extremely shocked when, at the end of the meal, the waitress asked me directly if I wanted to leave a tip as I was paying by card. Out of curiosity, I asked how much should I leave and she directly suggested “5, 10, maybe 50%.” While the food itself was good, I found this behavior very unprofessional. It felt like begging for money. I understand that tipping is a personal choice everywhere in the world, and especially when a service fee is already included. Asking customers so directly for extra money reflects poor service etiquette. Because of this experience, even though I enjoyed the food, I would never recommend this place.

Found this place on google maps when searching for food to eat. I went in and was impressed by the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and nice and a speak English. Washroom was very unique and fancy. Ordered chicken with mustard sauce which comes with veggies on the side, mustard sauce on top abd also peanuts, turned out to be very tasty!

The atmosphere is was good. The sausage rolls and humus were good but my God the rest of food and dessert were awful. We ordered Arabic shawarma and I have never had such a dry and bad tastes shawarma in my life. And then the dessert was just a joke. They say Kunafa but it was not even close to Kunafa, it was like bread crumps with too much bad sugar. Honestly it was worst.

Great place to try some Syrian cuisine. The Fatush salad was awesome and the ishlikufta was the best I’ve had in Yerevan.

Quality food. The place is popular, specious, well decorated, and busy. However, it's a bit overpriced, and the portions are not that generous.
