Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Zemi Miches. The resort is very clean, beautifully landscaped, and still feels brand new. The bay where it’s located is stunning, with turquoise water and a wide beach that’s perfect for long walks. We especially enjoyed the water sports—stand-up paddle boarding was fantastic. The food, service, and entertainment were all excellent. The staff really stood out—Superman, Osvaldo, Daniel, and Chocolate were especially friendly and made us feel welcome every day. Even though part of the hotel is still under construction, it didn’t affect our experience at all. We had seen some negative reviews but honestly, we don’t understand them—we never had a single bad experience. From our Premium Transport ride from Punta Cana airport to checkout, everything went smoothly. We have paid for the Azure level at another Hilton all-inclusive and just didn’t find high value in that upgrade but we are diamond members and were upgraded to a great second floor ocean view that was really nice. Highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We would absolutely return.

From the moment we arrived on Friday until our departure on Sunday, everything at Zemi Miches Punta Cana was exceptional. The beach is beautiful: in some spots it can be a bit rocky, but it is extremely calm, with crystal-clear water and perfect for relaxing. The staff’s service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. I want to give special mention to Mrs. Manuela Fahringer, the general manager, who was an absolute delight: always attentive, very conversational, extremely sweet with our 3-year-old son, and constantly walking around the property to ensure everything was perfect. I would also like to acknowledge Guerrero, Rubel, Orlando, and all the members, waiters, and bartenders of the Club Azure, specially Oscar and Soriano, who made our stay even more special.||The food was delicious, with a variety of options and premium drinks of excellent quality. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and with beds perfect for a full rest. The hotel, in general, is gorgeous, decorated with great taste and with phenomenal amenities that invite you to enjoy every moment.||Without a doubt, an experience to repeat and recommend.

This hotel blows all the others out of the water. The service here is 10/10. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The restaurants are beyond delicious. Mr Chocolate brings the energy to the exercise events. Danny, Daniel, & Cesar were awesome at the pool bar! Constantly dishing out or favorite drinks with a smile & great customer service. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent experience while visiting. Mr Chocolate running the activities provided an excellent experience. The exercise classes were great and he brought so much energy to every event we participated in. Danny boy at the wet bar was fun and made amazing drinks. Luis Alberto, Daniel and Cesar took great care of us by the pool and kept our drinks coming all day long. They had amazing personalities and continued making us laugh all day. We loved this trip and would absolutely come back soon!

I stayed with some friends at Zemi Miches this past week and everything was incredible. Special shoutout to Juan Carlos (our Club Azure concierge) for amazing service - he always made sure we were having a blast, helped us with dinner reservations, and even prepared a little birthday surprise for us, and to Joas and Juan at the Club Azure bar - served up incredible drinks all weekend and were so much fun to hang with. Oscar at the Royal Palm restaurant - always brought the vibes at breakfast. Also Denny, Daniel, Luis, and the other guys at the main pool bar were a blast. Overall, the service was one of the best we've experienced. Even though some amenities weren't open by the time we stayed, we enjoyed our time (even had most of the Club Azure amenities completely to ourselves during the weekdays). The restaurants were all fantastic - our favorite was Toa, the Taino restaurant. I'm confident that with the current staff, once all the amenities are open this place will be a true gem in the Caribbean.||P.S. When I tell you this is a hidden treasure in the Dominican, it’s not close to the airport, so expect a nice relaxing hour and a half drive … which by the way our driver was pleasant, the van was cool and clean, transportation was arranged by the hotel for an extra fee ( but round trip) so don’t panic about the price!|Upon arrival we were greeted with a cool towel and friendly, beautiful hotel staff|The hotel entrance was grand, luxurious, elegant and inviting!!! The decor is amazing, the smell was heavenly ( I believe a special scent created just for Zemi Miches) Check in was smooth and friendly… no line/ no wait… after check in we were given a quick tour of the main areas lobby bar, restaurants, pools etc. then we were driven to our room via golf cart … our room was in Casa 3 w/ the plunge pool and tropical view. Upon entry the room was beautiful, the decor and space was thoughtfully executed (immediately felt like home away from home) The only thing I didn’t like was that I could never get out TV to stay in English when I was watching it, the smell at night was at times unbearably unpleasant, possibly due to ongoing construction on that end of the hotel but only during the night and not constantly. If you’re scared of bugs or FROGS beware of them as you walk the path to your room at night!!!|Ty vibes were nice through your the property, service was excellent, drinks were plentiful ALL DAY!|the food options were just okay for me. However, I really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast, Yuca for lunch and dinner, Batey’s for ice cream and the sports bar was a nice place with a great vibe to get away enjoy some eats, some pool or air hockey and of course catch our favorite Teams!!!|The entertainment was really cool… I enjoyed soap making, karaoke in the main lobby, silent disco, live band w/ dancers, the saxophonist was AMAZING and the circus entertainment was an absolute treat… I wish there was more night life on site like a club with a live DJ…|This Hotel is very family friendly, couple friendly with a lot of cozy areas to relax, soak up the sun or be in the sun!!!|Shout out to some of my AMAZING FAVORITE HOTEL STAFF:|Donar- very friendly, handsome, helpful, knowledgeable of the property and very patient, delightful |Mr. Chocolate aka the vibe!!!-|Part of the entertainment team, full of energy, very hospitable, inclusive of everyone! And a great dancer, absolutely loved his energy!!!|Eulogio- very professional, very attentive had the best food recommendations for all of the restaurants ( and you can bet money on his pallet!!!) He made sure we always had the best seat in the restaurant and just overall exceptional quality of service!| Socrates— manages the sports bar, he creates a great atmosphere for ongoing entertainment, he extremely pleasant, professional and wants to make sure that everyone is happy and well…|Adolfo— he was in a few different areas but I met him in the sports bar, he was our server, he was very courteous, attentive and helped me to work on my Spanish accent!!!|Visit Zemi Miches, the hotel is still in progress but the areas open to the public was very nice…R&R there does not disappoint!!!

Our stay at Zemi Miches was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautifully designed with a thoughtful layout that makes everything easily accessible. While the beach is somewhat decent compared to other parts of the Dominican Republic, the overall atmosphere more than makes up for it. A special shout-out to Mr. Chocolate and Keily for leading one of the most fun and energetic entertainment activities we’ve ever tried—the spin exercise class in the water! It was such a unique and enjoyable experience. The gym facilities are also top-notch, with everything you need for a great workout while on vacation. The resort kept us busy with a variety of engaging activities like cigar rolling and rum mixology classes, which were both a highlight and a perfect way to soak in the local culture. Service was consistently excellent, especially at the bars. Jose Rodolfo and Daniel went above and beyond at both the swim-up bar and the dry bar—always friendly, attentive, and making the best drinks. Their hospitality really stood out and made our afternoons by the pool so much better. Overall, Zemi Miches is a resort that perfectly combines relaxation, fun, and outstanding service. We left feeling refreshed, entertained, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lively and memorable all-inclusive getaway!

The entire staff was so accommodating. Special shootouts to Luis the restaurant manager for pulling together a cake and birthday surprise, Manuel and Fernando had impeccable customer service and thoroughly enjoyed anytime they were in our restaurant. Danny, Juan Daniel always kept the libations flowing and everyone entertained. Mr. Chocolate and Kelly had the difficult task of entertaining everyone at a very new resort and their team accomplished that. The pools and beaches were beautiful and safe...particularly safe with Lifeguard Marcello keeping an eye on us. I will definitely be back!
