I recently purchased a Keji Cruiser from Zen Electric Bikes, and I am very impressed with the bike. The fit and finish of the bike is top notch, and the ride is very smooth and stable. Also, the shifting is very smooth and precise. I would highly recommend Zen to anyone looking for an ebike.

I LOVE this bike! My Zen Photon Pro is amazing. I'm able to climb any hill (Strava says I've climbed 18% grades!), go up to 60 miles on a single charge and it's just so easy. The fact the battery/charger and battery management system is UL Certified is one of major decisions I chose ZEN. It was easy to complete the bike when it arrived. The manual is easy to understand as well. The team at Zen as been very helpful throughout the process from ordering to shipping to actually riding. It's fun going on group rides where we climb some big hills and everyone is suffering...except me! 8-)

I took delivery of this remarkable e-bike one month ago. Its fit and finish exceeded my expectations. Its performance does as well. Its power and torque handle the hills around our village without strain. The Enviolo stepless gearing assists smoothly and dramatically on hills. The torque sensor rewards effort, so my cardiovascular workout became much improved over that of four years with only a cadence sensor on a hub drive fat tire. The efficiency is such that my cruising speed has increased by about 20% without more effort, and with power assist rarely higher than level 2; the fat tire e-bike would need level 5 on the first hill out of our village. The throttle, for me, was a must for safety, and it is very responsive for maintaining cadence, and great for assisting taking off straight and safely at intersections. I don’t use it for cruising, but one could. While the e-bike is heavy, it is very rideable without power; the Enviolo really assists in this regard. The upgraded Johnny Watts 365 tires are very stable on slick roads and trails; I prefer them over fat tires in all but deeper snow. The upgraded seat suspension works well, and the 3d saddle is very comfortable. The e-bike was very securely packaged. Assembly was straight forward, and when I managed to confuse myself, I heard from both Kriti and Ravi in mere minutes. Resolved! Zen was chosen primarily because of the battery. The battery does not disappoint. Range far exceeds that of a triangle 16w battery claiming similar range. (The range has been limited by temperatures somewhat below zero.) And the rest of the e-bike has confirmed my choice. Five stars.

I bought a Zen Samurai E-bike from Zen after doing quite a bit of research on E-bikes for commuting. They offer excellent value for your money, and perhaps more importantly truly great customer service and support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or their bikes to anyone looking to buy an E-bike. Here’s a picture of the Zen Samurai size large:

I'm very happy with my new Keji cruiser. Kriti helped us out with some test drives in Dartmouth, and then delivered the new bike to our home in the HRM. I use the bike for commuting, groceries, and weekend adventures. It makes traveling around the neighbourhood fun. One-year follow-up: the bike is holding up well after hundreds of km. One issue to be aware of: the rear rack has square tubing, which makes it hard to mount accessories like a child seat.

My husband and I just bought our Zen bikes (Photon Pure and Keji Cruiser) and we absolutely love them! My bike not only is incredibly fun to ride but I feel safe and sturdy and haven’t had as much fun on a bike since i was a child! As an outdoor enthusiast I absolutely love the Keji decals on my Keji Cruiser and all the small details that make the bike so visibly appealing! I also love having both the assist and the throttle options making our long bike rides that much more pleasurable. Ravi and his team have been fantastic to deal with always very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and I loved the fact that we supported local buying from such amazing people. If you want a top quality e-bike, Zen is the way to go!

My wife & I each bought the Photon Pro models. We did a lot of research into which E-Bike type would suit us and settled on these ones. Superior quality and components along with made right here in Nova Scotia, thus supporting "Buy Local". We had excellent sales and service from very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Zen for E-Bike purchase.

We bought two Zen Keji Cruisers. We were given to demo bikes to use after it was learned our bikes were delayed in shipping. We had the Zen bike story explained in detail to us by Ravi which convinced us to buy from Zen! Not all the accessories arrived with our bikes which was disappointing but it’s our hope they will arrive soon The bikes are awesome. Well built and easy to ride. We look forward to our winter on them.
