Zen Hostel

I would not recommend anyone at all to stay. It is no longer in the state of being a hostel. It turns into a hub of food delivery riders. The stench of smell is horrible. Forget about hygiene. Kitchen and everything is claimed by those riders. It is non-existence. The bed is ok. The shower is clean enough. Toilet on the other hand, I won’t mention. For a quick short stay. Sure, it is bearable. If you are food delivery riders, this is for you and longstay. Those people are there The plus side, the host and the staff there are nice and kind. Very serviceable people I want everyone to avoid it so they dont have to experience it like I did

Well, where do I start? So... It seems like to be a structural problem for hostels in cluj, to not have a reception. Anyhow, this hostel even underperformed in relation. The guy who was leading me to my room was giving me the code for my room, yes, but somehow forgot to tell me the code for the building door. That was inconvenient, but not deciding. What actually was, were the beds. Bunk beds in its quality more like a nightmare instead of a place to rest. The restroom has not been cleaned for quite some time. Additionally the shower was flooding in split seconds, because noone actually ever cleaned it. It was moldy and disgusting. And toilet paper seemed to be luxury. But it's near to the centre.😃

This place is a mess. The place smells so bad and looks dirty. The place is full with bad bugs, I just got a serious bite. The beds are very uncomfortable, the access to the bunk beds are hard, and not safe. No privacy curtain around the beds. I do not recomand this hostel. The photos from the site are not real.

Shocking doesn’t do this justice. I turned up with a fully paid booking to be greeted by a heavily drunk man who was more interested in his cigarette than checking me in. I was then told that the hostel was full despite having paid for a bed, and was shown to what looked like a personal room to sleep on the floor. When contact with the boss was made there was no response to the phone or messages. The only positive here was a full refund was given but I would not recommend anyone to book or try to stay here. Awful

stayed one night and had a good experience. room was very clean, bathroom had toilet paper and good shower, plus theres a kitchen downstairs to cook in :)

Easily the worst hostel I've ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Worst staff, worst rooms, worst hygiene, worst experience. This place should be closed and condemned.

They are fra*ud. They don’t provide anything they offered. And they did not refund my money from booking. I hope you bu*rn alive.

Easily the worst hostel I've stayed at. The owner and the check in staff are absolutely horrendous human beings. They are actively abusive towards their guests who are spending good money to be there. The rooms are dirty. The toilets don't flush. There are bed bugs. The list goes on. Do your research and find a better place to stay. Even sleeping on the streets would be better than a night in this hellhole.
