The worst villa I have encountered! Think twice before booking this villa!
I encountered bad experience with this villa -
1. Slow response from villa (like nothing for whole week) after paying deposit. They even ignored my messages. The attitude was totally different from that before paying deposit.
2. No responses from villa until I found Thai people to contact them. They said they don’t know English. However, they replied me in fluent English so fast before paying deposit. It was ridiculous.
3. Two days before the trip, they said the villa’s roof was leaking and needed to changed us to another villa. Another villa has many single double decker beds (not suitable for elderly) and the pool size is much smaller than the original one. You will never expect to have such service and attitude for paying such amount (~THB110,000 = USD 3,700). No apologies and no compensation from them. They directly cancelled my booking. I have only two days looking for another villa before the trip.
4. My friend called the villa staff about change of villa. The villa staff’s attitude was bad and made my friend so angry.
Do not choose this villa if you want to have a joyful trip!!

2.我找到泰國人與他們聯繫。他們說他們不懂英語。但是，在支付押金之前，他們是用流暢英語回復我。太荒謬了。
3.在旅行前兩天，他們說別墅的屋頂漏水，需要把我們換成另一棟別墅。另一棟別墅有許多雙層單人床（不適合老人），泳池大小比原來的小得多。您永遠不會期望有這樣的服務和態度來支付這筆金額（~1,100泰銖= 3,700美元）。他們沒有道歉也沒有賠償。直接取消了我的預訂。我要在旅行前, 只有兩天時間尋找另一棟別墅。
4.我的朋友曾打電話給別墅工作人員。別墅工作人員的態度很差，讓我的朋友很生氣。
如果您想享受愉快的旅行，請不要選擇這個別墅！
