Poor business edicut. Called ahead and made a reservation. After a 6 hour bus ride from Dumaguete, I got to the hotel and they "asked for my consideration" as they knowingly sold my reservation to another customer. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I will never book with ZEN Rooms again.

Service was ok. But it is strange that you should left a security deposit 1000php.Also rooms quality is not so good. Unable to fully lock a window. So the outside noise comes in the room during all night. Creepy neighborhood

I normally wait until I check out before I leave a review but Zen rooms at 827 m velez street is super great its clean comfortable and the staff is top notch super nice and helpful I thank all the staff members I highly recommend this hotel so if you are coming to Cebu you must stay here.
