Zeniva Hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. The location and price balance was the reason for my preferance. But if you are going to spend a little time in the room, the standard rooms are very small. The room I stayed in overlooked a car park and the rear facades of the apartment buildings. Sound insulation is not too poor but not very good either. Overall I can say that I had a good experience. There was no problem in terms of cleanliness and service quality of the staff. However, I think the most important problem of the hotel is the breakfast. The content is very ordinary and the range is very limited. I think it is the lower limit of an acceptable breakfast at this level. In addition, when I arrived in breakfast, the bread and bagels was over. Unfortunately no good coffee neither. Apart from these, I could find very little I could eat. Although the hall was full and there were a few separate guests who had just come down for breakfast, they collected the breakfast just at the end time. I think the breakfast content and service quality needs to be improved a little at this level.

Great Stay in Izmir with Minor Downsides I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Izmir. The location is excellent — within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beautiful waterfront. The staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One small issue was that the room was a bit noisy at times due to thin walls — I could occasionally hear sounds from neighboring rooms or the hallway. However, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily return. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a central and cozy place to stay in Izmir

Firstly the location is really something…100m give or take to the konak foreshore and the many dining choices to be found there. Rooms were spacious and nicely lite with large windows. Breakfast was good albeit coffee choices could have been better. Staff excellent and helpful

1- This hotel has a great location with accessibility to ferries port, taxi station , cafe and restaurant, supermarket, grand bazaar and night life bars (by walking within 10 minutes) 2- The staff are so friendly and welcoming and supportive as well , In the end I would like to say thanks to “Ms.Melisa “ for her kind support and her hospitality.

The breakfast stands out with its extensive variety of high-quality options, catering to diverse tastes and ensuring a great start to the day. While the rates may lean toward the higher side, they remain competitive and reasonable given the quality of the facilities and the typical pricing standards in İzmir. Minor improvements could be made to enhance the experience further—such as providing more comfortable pillows and addressing the occasional issue with windows not closing perfectly. However, these are minor drawbacks in an otherwise highly satisfactory stay. Overall, the room was spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure convenience and comfort. The service was exceptionally smooth and professional, reflecting a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-rounded stay in İzmir.

Definitely would recommend this hotel. Location is perfect was amazing. I enjoyed breakfast. We had a wonderful time staying there.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, as we had a meeting nearby. Additionally, other hotels in the area were considerably more expensive. I appreciated the modern interior design of the Azrniva Hotel, which was one of the main reasons we chose it, and everything looked just as it did in the photos. The hotel was perfectly clean, which is my top priority. Breakfast was satisfactory, and we had no issues during our stay. However, I was disappointed that although I booked with the option to pay upon arrival, my card was charged on the day of arrival before we checked in.
