Zensala Riverpark Resort

I stayed in their penthouse suite for 5 nights, and it was such a lovely experience. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful river views. It’s the perfect place to relax. Breakfast’s really delicious too ! The whole property feels peaceful, and the staff were always warm, friendly, and attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would happily return !

The hotel is located along a small road next to the calm and green Ping River. The riverside garden is well kept and adds a nice touch to the place. The atmosphere is quiet, and the staff are polite and relaxed. I stayed for 7 nights in a pool access room. The room felt spacious thanks to the high ceiling, and the large windows opened to a fairly big balcony with some shade during the day and a view of the green surroundings. The room was reasonably clean and maintained, though not new. The pool area is clean and easy to reach directly from the room. Breakfast is from a menu and includes 2 main courses, 1 side dish, small fruit plate and 2 beverages . I found no convenient stores, massages or tourist attractions close by, there's a 7-Eleven and a Mini-C about 10 minutes walk away, but the road is narrow with no sidewalks and quiet busy, so walking there isn't ideal.

Excellent river view hotel, had some extraordinary stay here. River flowing by the resort with the pool is exquisite. Rooms are spacious and give a nice lounge feeling. Highly recommended for people who wants to relax in a quaint habitat.

I came here to stay one night with my husband. The room is spacious. I chose the upper zone with a view of the Ping River. But the only problem is the bathroom. It seems like the water doesn't flow very well. When taking a shower, the water flows to another zone. 😅 Other than that, everything is good. Breakfast is provided, but my husband and I didn't eat it because we were in a hurry to check out.

If you like quiet and serene environment for a short breakaway this is the best choice of outskirt of Chiangmai. Clean room, good food, great hospitality from the staff

Stayed two nights at this hotel. Environment is peaceful. Facing the river, the orientation of the room is good without direct setting sun. The cafe nearby is quite famous cafe within walking distance.

This hotel is a hidden gem, the staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful. The food is superb and very fast service. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Our room was very clean and spacious too. The staff appreciate a please and a thank you. We stayed 10 nights here and definitely would come back and will recommend to family and friends. Lovely pool for a refreshing dip in the hot weather, lovely gardens and outdoor seated areas. Easily give this place 5* It is about a 5 to 10min Grab ride into town. 7 min walk to nearest 7/11 store. 5 mins walk to two lovely coffee shops. |Only one down aspect was that no bar and can't get a food/drink after 9pm which isn't that big of a deal.

The hotel sat on the river bank and took around 15 mins to drive from the city center. But if you don't mind the distance then you will be rewarded with a great river view and green scenery. The room is comfortable with a good bed and pillow. The bathroom has a rain shower with good water pressure and has all the standard amenity and even provides a body lotion. The penthouse is huge and has many seating areas including a nice size Balcany. The service is also good, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a la carte but you can choose 2 main which should satisfy even for big eaters. The quality is also very decent. The down side is the rooms can get hot in the afternoon as the sun bakes the west side of the wall. Noise from the road can be a bit annoying but die down after 8 or 9 pm. Also there is no elevator so if you have elderly or children you might need to ask for room on the ground floor. But apart from those issues this hotel is a good choice.
