Zensala Riverpark Resort

Lovely hotel locate just outside the heart of Chiang Mai. Very helpfull staff who spoke English. Lovely swimming pool and sun bathing area. Small attached restuarant provided excellent breakfast and suppers.

Hotel is peaceful but room is close with a road and the noise from the vehicles was very loud. There are few car parking spaces and not safe.

Great city bolt hole. Clean spacious rooms by the river We stayed over night after a birthday dinner nearby save the drive home and good enjoy cocktails and drinks. Breakfast was a highlight. Small bites cooked to order, order as many as you like, good coffee. Recommend, and will stay again. VERY DISAPPOINTED ON RETURN VISIT. Totally different experience. Breakfast format had changed. Obvious management or lack of any training and management support for staff. The room was basically clean and comfortable but needs maintenance. leaking shower, loose basin tap, mouldy sealant around the shower and glass shower fitting, watermarked tiles that all need a deep clean, not just a mop over The reception and restaurant were under staffed . Breakfast options limited and the Cook ? had no grasp of the western menu items on offer and did not care. The food was un-edible and the coffee ordinary. There was a reason we were the only guests on a Friday night. We will stay else where in future

Quiet place, room is spacious! tidiness and cleanliness are above standard. Not quite far away to One nimman, Chiangmai old town and international airport. Most of the important things are their staff, they are friendly and helpful for the visitors. But, i think they should buy a bigger size of fridge. Because it is a bit small that cannot buy so much fresh fruit, ice-cream, beer and drinks in it.

This hotel is located a bit outside of Chiang Mai city center. This resort is attached to Ping river.|It’s really nice that we can enjoy peaceful near the city center.|There is a big park and swimming pool along the river.| |Out penthouse room is on the third floor. The room is very big with separate area of living room and balcony. We can enjoy with nature view from the room.|The bathroom is very big with a big bathtub.| |There is the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel where served all day dining. The breakfast is provided as all you can eat a-la-carte menu, all of them are delicious.|Dinner is also great, they served both Thai and Western food.||There is a parking lot in front of the hotel but it's not sufficient for all room.

Nice little hotel located by Ping River. Breakfast is delicious and well presented!!! We stay in Deluxe room on 2nd floor with a river view. The room is large. Bed is very comfy. The toilet and shower room are separated. The design looked nice but I find the function is a little inconvenient with no hook in the shower. (Have to slide the door open for a few inches to hang/take towel from the hook in front of shower room.) Not sure if there is an elevator as we always use stairs. The lower floor has pool access option which you can jump into the pool directly from your room. Overall, a pleasent stay and will visit again in the future.

A great boutique hotel for the price. I had the pool access room and it was really nice, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. I really enjoyed how quiet it is being away from the city but not to far to get there. Will certainly stay here again.

Scenic place with all the comforts. Only inconvenience is the distance from the centre but it’s a great place to relax .
