Zentis Osaka (Osaka, Osaka Prefecture) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"In the heart of Osaka’s bustling Kita Ward, steps from the north shore of the Dojima, Zentis Osaka combines the efficiency of a top-tier business hotel with the soul and network of an established boutique. That’s particularly evident across the combination cafe, bar, and terrace, an adaptable set of connected public spaces that evolve to fit the mood of the hour. Sleek rooms riff on “bento” themes with modular, functional layouts, plus full-length city views and plush Imabari linens." - Tablet Hotels

Zentis Osaka offered a very good balance of contemporary design, cleanliness, and warm service. Our room was compact and the bed was very comfy. Despite a short walk to the subway, the neighbourhood felt peaceful and shops and cafes were nearby. Breakfast was well presented, though there was less choice than some other hotels of a similar standard. Both Japanese and Western breakfasts were offered, There was limited storage in the room for two suitcases and the glass‐walled bathroom and shower which may not suit all travellers!

Such a gorgeous hotel. Smells incredibly like a spa from the moment you walk into the lobby. Beautiful facilities and very comfortable beds. I was greatly appreciative of the laundry facilities and the ability to check out at 12, allowing me to have a more restful morning. Only downside is the walk to the Y line train as my feet were so tired. But it was fine, only about 12 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Our favourite stay during our trip to Japan!! The room was spacious, clean, all the amenities were top notch and the staff were kind. There is a bit of a walk to the train station however, the area itself is so beautiful that we didn’t mind at all. There is a coffee station on the main floor along with food and drink (for purchase). I highly recommend sitting and enjoying a coffee in their lounge before you head out on your adventures in Osaka. There is also an amazing sushi restaurant right across the street as well if you need to grab a bite. If we go back to Japan in the future, we will be sure to stay here.

Hotel was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and functional. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, they helped us sending the luggages to Kyoto and it went smoothly. We also loved the fact that they have laundry/ironing room/service for hotel guests. We would recommend this hotel for couples and solo traveler as the bathroom inside the room was “quite challenging” for non-couples travelers. Last comment would be the hotel should have 2 types of pillows, we found the pillows too soft and overnight it flattened out. Location wise is for travelers who want peace and quiet from the bustling downtown area.

We stayed here for two nights only, the location of the hotel is great and it’s in relatively quiet street close to the station, public transport and shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very basic with minimum amenities but beds are comfortable so I would grade it like a solid busing hotel. But for vacation we were expecting a bit more comfort. The breakfast we didn’t like at all, very limited menus and coffee wasn’t good unfortunately. The staff at the receptors nice and very helpful but quite busy as there isn’t real concierge so everyone speaks to the reception. Overall 3 stars from me, solid but not great

When we finally found the hotel - hard work coming from the railway station, hoween ver Reception was fine, and a bonus they had free coffee available and you could buy bottles of beer. The room was small but clean. Didn't like the layout - the " open" wardrobe next to kitchen . For water have to go to sink in bathroom /toilet. Shower is separate but open unless you bring down temporary curtain ( which didn't cover much anyway! Pretty much living out of a suitcase - luckily only here for 3 nights.|Breakfast was diabolical! Choice of 3 set menus ( American, Japanese or Vegetarian ) - it was the same every day - the eggs were scrambled - also bacon, and a couple of vegetables which were raw and cold! Had juices, cut fruit, toast - if you manage the toast you have to put in a bowl as flat plates not made available!|They had a small gym here which was a bonus for us but the hotel was in the wrong place for our purposes.

Really nice hotel and location, close to Osaka station but in a quieter neighborhood. Had the best traditional Japanese breakfast of our entire trip here, that was a definite highlight! Beautiful shared lounge with tea and snacks and Japanese garden. Staff friendly and happy to give local restaurant recommendations. Almost all guests were foreign, so a cosmopolitan atmosphere rather than traditional Japanese, but a great home base in Osaka.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zentis Osaka for two nights, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm hospitality and impeccable service, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern elegance and traditional Japanese aesthetics. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering stunning views of the city. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bed to the high-quality amenities provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features of Zentis Osaka is the on-site dining options. The breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, featuring a mix of local and international dishes that catered to all tastes. The ambiance of the dining area was inviting, making it a perfect start to our day. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, conveniently situated near public transportation and within walking distance of popular attractions. Exploring Osaka was a breeze, and we were able to easily access delicious street food, shopping, and cultural sites. The hotel also offers a lovely lounge area where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, providing the perfect space to recharge. Overall, our stay at Zentis Osaka exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful design, and prime location made our visit truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Osaka. We can’t wait to return!
