Zentis Osaka

Elegant and modern hotel that smells great from the moment you step in. Located in a central part of Osaka - approx. 15 minutes on foot to Osaka station, with plenty of amenities nearby, including a Family Mart and a McDonald's. We checked into a studio room on the 11th floor (1111), and it was fairly spacious, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. It just needs a bit more light above the bathroom mirror. The cleaners do a really good job, and all staff are very helpful and personable. The gym is really good too - it does get quite busy at times. We got two free water bottles every day, which was a nice touch.

It is surprisingly good. The location is very convenient and surrounded by a variety of BBQ restaurants. The room is so much larger than I have expected and is generally very clean. The toilet seemed to be a little bit old, and I wish it could be cleaner. In general, good experience.

Good: hotel looks nice and new, location is good and silent. It looks clean rooms. Look like the pictures. Bad: rooms are not well design, only made for couples, not comfortable to shower if you are naked is someone open the door of the room. No service was given to help us in all the questions we had. Rooms are a bit small. Is not a room for everyone.

Hotel is average at best. When we checked in the room was very dirty the floor had bits all over it and shower was filthy. We complained and the room was cleaned again but the floor still wasn't done. The layout of the room is quite strange and made it very small and cramped. The bidet was excruciatingly slow and very cold- nothing like the other five hotels we stayed at in japan, even the public toilets at the small train stations or 7/elevens were better.|The reception staff were nice. The location is okay, right next to a McDonalds and family mart and was a 10-15 minute walk (in july heat) from the main station. There was tasty free tea, coffee and sweets next to the lobby ||BIGGEST ISSUE: my main problem at this hotel was actually the iron, there is only one for the whole hotel and its in the laundry room on the second floor. It looks like something that's a century old and takes forever to heat up. You will always have to awkwardly wait for your turn to use it or will have to awkwardly iron your clothes while others wait for you. It was incredibly inconvenient to come down in the morning or night to iron and strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue.||along with others I think this hotel is average and I think overpriced for what it gives. There are better options in the area.

I stayed at Zentis Osaka for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The elegant design and calm ambiance make it feel special from the moment you step in, where you are welcomed with the beautiful scent and smiles. The hotel is well located: close to the metro and about a 15+ minute walk to Osaka Station, making it easy to get around the city. My room was very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable.

A true hidden gem in the heart of Osaka!Staying at Zentis Osaka was an absolute pleasure. The design of the hotel is modern, elegant, and full of thoughtful details that reflect a perfect blend of Japanese aesthetics and contemporary comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional — always ready to assist with a smile.The rooms are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. We especially loved the soft lighting, high-quality bedding, and the luxurious rain shower. The in-room amenities were well-curated and of premium quality.

Zentis Osaka offered a very good balance of contemporary design, cleanliness, and warm service. Our room was compact and the bed was very comfy. Despite a short walk to the subway, the neighbourhood felt peaceful and shops and cafes were nearby. Breakfast was well presented, though there was less choice than some other hotels of a similar standard. Both Japanese and Western breakfasts were offered, There was limited storage in the room for two suitcases and the glass‐walled bathroom and shower which may not suit all travellers!

This was the best hotel of our trip so far! It was a beautiful, clean and calm environment as soon as you walk in. Our stylish room was spacious compared with other hotels we have stayed at. The bed is super comfortable with divine feather pillows. There was a table for breakfast and clever storage areas for our things. Good service with a room sort out every day including fresh pyjamas and any items we had used were kept topped up. I loved the free coffee machine, water bottles and apples in the foyer - a good start to the day! The area is safe and close to two subways with direct links to Namba. Staff were calm and happy to help us e.g booking our taxis. There’s even someone waiting outside to tell us when the taxi has arrived so we could relax inside with out heavy bags. I felt very relaxed staying here. Thank you Zentis.
