Zentis Osaka

We had the pleasure of staying at Zentis for one night and are so glad we chose it for our one day in Osaka. We got there early in the morning and they held our luggage for us till check in at 3pm. Once we arrived back, they had already delivered our stuff to the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and modern (Corner Studio King). In the evening, we went for a drink at the bar and the vibe was relaxed and sophisticated. The cocktails were delicious and our bartender was friendly and very helpful. For breakfast, they offer complimentary buffet with the option to purchase from a select menu. We just ate from the buffet which included steamed veggies, pastries, fruit, cereal, & yogurt. Overall, we loved our stay, particularly for the calm and quiet nature of the hotel. It was the best sleep I’ve had since arriving in Japan over one week ago. Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely blown away by this gem! From the moment we walked in, the front desk team treated us with care and professionalism, and those beds? Like sleeping on a literal cloud. Dont get me started on the pillow, wow. Poweeeer! Honestly, top to bottom, this is hands down one of the best stays I've ever had. For this price and location, it's a total steal! No matter how tiring our day trips were, we couldn't wait to get back to our room. If you're on the fence, just book it. Recommended! Poweeeeer!

The rooms are very new and are impressively spacious by Japanese standards, with clear attention paid to design - everything has a premium feel throughout... with the exception of the air purifier/humidifier - it seemed more like a cheap aroma diffuser, and a proper Sharp or Panasonic unit would have been better. Otherwise, the room was excellent in every respect, with good soundproofing, effective air conditioning, strong shower pressure, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. There's also an Apple TV which makes watching stuff like YouTube convenient. The complimentary perfume (male, female or unisex) selection in the common room was a nice touch, as was the Nespresso coffee. The location is also convenient, with around a 15-minute walk to Umeda or Yodoyabashi for trains. The latter has easy access to the Keihan line to Kyoto, which is significantly faster and more straightforward than travelling via Shin-Osaka. It's a very quiet area - so if you're looking to be right in the centre of the action, I'd recommend staying around Nanba. The hotel is located in Kitashinchi, which has a lot of good restaurants. Try the ramen and late night sandwich places nearby! They can also help with luggage forwarding, should you need it. Overall the hotel offered good value, especially because I got my 3rd night free with a promotion.

Elegant and modern hotel that smells great from the moment you step in. Located in a central part of Osaka - approx. 15 minutes on foot to Osaka station, with plenty of amenities nearby, including a Family Mart and a McDonald's. We checked into a studio room on the 11th floor (1111), and it was fairly spacious, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. It just needs a bit more light above the bathroom mirror. The cleaners do a really good job, and all staff are very helpful and personable. The gym is really good too - it does get quite busy at times. We got two free water bottles every day, which was a nice touch.

Loved this hotel. It actually looks nicer in person. We booked 2 corner twin rooms and one king room. The corner rooms were bigger and much nicer, it's worth the little extra cost. The people at the front desk were very helpful and were able to speak english (which is a rarity in Japan). There's a nice lounge/bar upstairs with very friendly bartenders and an impressive cocktail menu. We didn't eat at their restaurant. There's a very nice laundry room/sitting room with a variety of coffee's to choose from. There's also a vending machine with drinks and water to purchase. A Family Mart is nearby that serves ready to eat food (which was nice when we didn't have time for a sit down breakfast) and the tempura/sushi restaurant across the street is excellent. My only complaint is that the room didn't have enough lighting. It was hard to tell if my clothes were wrinkled. Fortunately I packed a travel makeup mirror with a light.

Had a terrific 4 night stay in November 2025. The staff were terrific and my room was spacious, modern and clean. The common areas were great and the general layout of the hotel is excellent. ||The hotel is ideally situated, although it is a 10 minute walk to get to a station. It is in the more interesting part of Umeda, yet it is very quiet and peaceful.||I will definitely stay again should I return to Osaka. Thank you. ||I

This was the best hotel of our trip. Telegraph recommended - we LOVED the room. It was so so relaxing, it had been perfectly designed for you to feel so restful after a day exploring the city. The view was also fabulous - we could see Osaka castle in the distance! We had their cheapest room and it was large. Free coffee in the reception area alongside a fabulous laundry room (iron, coffee machine, perfumes, shoe shine also all included!) meant the facilities were very well thought out and very useful. It was excellent value. We would really really recommend staying here. We didn’t have breakfast so unfortunately can’t comment

Location to nearby train stations is a big plus, especially with luggage it's nice to just pop over and be on your way. 🚉 there are lots of places to eat and drink nearby, the hotel offers breakfast but it's about 50 usd per person. That price includes a buffet and either a Japanese breakfast or a western breakfast. The bar is open until 11pm, those drink prices were very reasonable, about 60 usd for 5 drinks. They offer pajamas, razors, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste. All wonderful.
