Zentrum Artos Interlaken

A very neat hotel that is part of an elder care facility situated perfectly in a quiet upscale neighborhood facing the mountains. Staff are very attentive, super nice and smart. The breakfast is plentiful with a wide range of tasty food. The somewhat hidden secret of a stay here is the gym, spa and relaxation rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We have just returned from our stay at Artos. We were so pleased with everything! The room was modern and spotless! It is about 7 min. walk from the train or you can take the bus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yes... senior citizens share the space but it was fine. I would definitely stay here again! The attached photo was taken from our balcony.

The environment of the stay was not particularly appealing. The area was predominantly occupied by elderly individuals, giving the impression of a care facility rather than a hotel.

Stay in Interlaken - 2 days with breakfast.||Pros:|1. Location - it is in the center of Interlaken and yet a bit at the side. |5 mins walk to OST Station. Super market Coop is there.|10 mins walk to Harder Kulum station. |20-25 mins walk to WEST station.||There is a tea room / pantry on the ground floor. Very helpful. They also have laundry room in the basement.||2. Room - basic, spacious and clean. Had a balcony as well.||3. Bathroom - basic and clean.||4. Staff - very friendly||5. Value for money - absolutely! ||I believe this hotel is linked to Elderly People Home. Lots of friendly people you will find there.||Cons:|None||Will I stay again? Definitely yes!

Zentrum Artos Interlaken delivers a very good guest experience: solid rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, a great location and thoughtful extras (wellness, community feel). For travellers who prioritise comfort, value and a relaxed stay in Interlaken, it’s a highly recommended option.

The hotel in general is very nice, peaceful and well situated. The rooms are generally spacious and most offer great views. Typically, a lot of hotels in the area do not have air conditioning and this hotel is no exception. It can get unpleasant in the summer! The lack of a fridge in the room is annoying and there is no means to make a hot drink in the room either, although there is a cafe just downstairs.

Nice size rooms. Great views. It has a bit of the nursing home vibe. No fridge in the rooms. No coffee or tea making facility in the rooms.

Friendly staff, good location and clean room. It is good to have breakfast so we don’t need to go out for food when it snows.
