Zentrum Artos Interlaken

A very neat hotel that is part of an elder care facility situated perfectly in a quiet upscale neighborhood facing the mountains. Staff are very attentive, super nice and smart. The breakfast is plentiful with a wide range of tasty food. The somewhat hidden secret of a stay here is the gym, spa and relaxation rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel in general is very nice, peaceful and well situated. The rooms are generally spacious and most offer great views. Typically, a lot of hotels in the area do not have air conditioning and this hotel is no exception. It can get unpleasant in the summer! The lack of a fridge in the room is annoying and there is no means to make a hot drink in the room either, although there is a cafe just downstairs.

We have just returned from our stay at Artos. We were so pleased with everything! The room was modern and spotless! It is about 7 min. walk from the train or you can take the bus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yes... senior citizens share the space but it was fine. I would definitely stay here again! The attached photo was taken from our balcony.

Zentrum Artos Interlaken delivers a very good guest experience: solid rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, a great location and thoughtful extras (wellness, community feel). For travellers who prioritise comfort, value and a relaxed stay in Interlaken, it’s a highly recommended option.

We stayed last year around August at this amazing property. Our suite had walkout balcony with breathtaking views of Harder Kulm and the snow capped mountains nearby (probably Eiger or Jungfrau). The complimentary breakfast spread was very good, and we got the opportunity to chat with the local residents. Unsure why this property also being a senior living community is such an issue! Aren’t we all going to grow old someday? Personally, I would totally stay at this place if we visited Interlaken again.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful always. The breakfast was spectacular as was the service. The hotel is located right in front of a bus stop, or a short 10 min walk to interlaken ost. We did visit during a heatwave and the facility was not equipped with AC, but provided a fan. It was still a bit stuffy though. We used the hottub and sauna which we were content with. I would stay at this facility again

Nice size rooms. Great views. It has a bit of the nursing home vibe. No fridge in the rooms. No coffee or tea making facility in the rooms.

You are staying in a nursing home with senior citizens. I wouldn’t describe this as a hotel. Its below average for what u pay. the rooms were okay, NO AC which is the worst! No shampoo, no conditioner. Breakfast buffet is just again okay. Overall It’s Very expensive for what you get. Smells like a hospital and feels like you are staying at a hospital. This is not a typical hotel in my opinion when u think hotel. even though it is stated on the website it’s a hotel next to residential homes and a nursing home, its not next to, you are literally staying in a nursing home, it be more accurate to say rooms to stay overnight at a nursing home rather than a hotel.
