Fitzroy Island version of fine dining. We had breakfast, lunch, &dinner at least once. Limited in menu, but suffice in variety for our 3 night stay. I’ll mix in all the pics. Eggs Benedict was thoughtfully made. Done to perfection was the 🍳 with delicate ham. That being said, most dishes needed a bit more flavor perhaps salt. But I do applaud having my choice to add or not. The beef was not to impressing , but okay. My gripe was the gravy that came with it seemed packet flavor’knorr’ tasting. Presentation was beautifully made. We also had seafood noodle dish which was according to an Asian was decent , but really not impressed. She travels to various Asian countries, and noodles are hand made as you dine. Overall, despite the holiday 15% extra charge (boxing week). 115$ plate. It was memorable view and staff was excellent. As always, post wherever your palate takes you.
