Great rooftop bar with stunning views over Darling Harbour, especially at sunset and in the evening. The location is very convenient and worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The food menu is limited but well done - the lobster roll and beef burger were both delicious. It does get busy on weekends and fireworks nights, so booking ahead is highly recommended. Would not recommend going there during heatwave weathers. It’s purely outdoors and you will not be allowed to order things and send them to your room. Overall, a great spot for drinks, views and a relaxed night out in Sydney.

I chose this place because I wanted to visit somewhere special on the last day of my stay in Sydney. It was truly wonderful and I had an amazing experience. There were so many drinks on the menu that I couldn’t decide, so I asked for a recommendation. The drink I was recommended was absolutely delicious. I really wanted to have it again, but unfortunately I forgot the name. The view was absolutely stunning. Even though it was raining on the day I visited, the night view was still incredibly beautiful. I would definitely love to visit again when I come back to Australia. Thank you so much!😊

Definitely the best spot to watch the fireworks every Saturday, and I love the vibe. You’d better have a try on its newly released cocktail menu with Don Julio Rosado. Fire and Tide is genuinely recommended and you will love its fresh and spicy tastes.

We visited Zephyr Cocktail Bar and had an overall great experience. The rooftop vibe, drinks, food, and the stunning view made it a perfect spot to relax. One thing to keep in mind — we were about 15–20 minutes late for our booking and didn’t inform them, so our reservation was cancelled. It’s a busy place, so definitely let them know if you’re running late. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good drinks paired with a beautiful rooftop setting!

Highly recommend coming for the sunset or night view. Saturday night fireworks are also worth it! The bar has a great vibe and the food is really good too.

I’ve had a truly enjoyable time here. The lady that served us, Plein, for my friend’s birthday was friendly, welcoming, patient and overall wonderful service. The food was quite delicious, and drinks were A1! I definitely recommend. Beautiful view of fireworks as well.

We had the most amazing server- Pien. She went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday a special night. She was so friendly, professional and attentive. Also had the freshest and most delicious oysters as well as the most delicious fried chicken I’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

My first time visiting Zephyr Rooftop Bar and it definitely lived up to the hype! The place offers amazing views of Darling Harbour — the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening. I loved how open and breezy the space felt, with the fresh air from the harbour adding to the atmosphere. Tried their Espresso Martini, and it was excellent — smooth, balanced, and beautifully presented. A great spot to unwind.

The Zephyr has some outstanding views of Darling Harbor. This place has some energy and well prepared cocktails. Service was friendly. The drink I order had real juices and was not some sugary mix - of course you would not expect that with the price of the drinks. Fun atmosphere worth the visit.

Great night view from the top, but this place is impossible to get a table. They always have functions, as hotel guest and i don't have enough time to make a week early reservation. It was ridiculous and I only able to do a walk-in because it was a rainy night. You are here to see the view and enjoy the open sky vibe, but it was so challenging. At least the host was very nice and willing to accommodate enough for 30 mins to view the harbor at the evening. i don't think I will come back again. I am sure I found better rooftop bar.

After a disappointing bar experience, decided to come and check this place out and looked over their drink menu and they had a lot variety, so ended up getting a nightcap here. ROYAL PASSIONFRUIT MOJITO $24 Vanilla infused Zephyr tailored gold rum, fresh mint, passionfruit puree, freshly squeezed lime, passionfruit syrup, topped up with prosecco. Served long with candied lime I love passionfruit and so naturally this drink spoke to me, but I asked the waiter if they could just make it with regular rum rather than vanilla infused and they were able accommodate. It came in a tall glass and it was beautifully presented. "Boost" Me Up - deep fried boost bar, grape molasses, almond granola - A ordered this and I tried a bite, but not into this sort of sweet stuff. IMO - not worth the calories. They have more drinks than the other previous venue, but the service here was lacking. The server just kept playing with his phone but pretending he was working the POS. We couldn't get his attention to give us the bill. I had to yell for him for him to finally look up and this is the reason for the 3 star rating. It's like do your job.

Super cool place! Great cocktails. An amazing view of Darling Harbour. It takes a little while to get your drinks but it Is an awesome place to hang out with your friends or go on the date or watch fireworks on Saturdays:) Loved it! Recommend:) Cheers :)

Grab a high chair and imbibe on a cocktail curated by top mixologists whilst experiencing a commanding view of one of the best Harbors in the world . Set on the rooftop of the Hyatt Regency Sydney, the newly opened Zephyr Rooftop Bar boasts a panoramic view of the Darling Harbour. Its relaxing vibe and contemporary concoctions makes this bar an invigorating place to simply unwind, relax, and take in the view. Besides their extensive drink list that includes wine, vodka, rum, cognacs, barrel aged vermouths, cocktails, and so on, Zephyr offers small plates as well as charcuterie and cheese boards. Zephyr is sure to shake up the bar scene in Sydney and will be added to my fav bar each time I come to Australia to visit ! Salute everyone!! The views from here are amazing, the view from their hotel room is crap. The drinks were very good and strong. The bartenders are very knowledgable, friendly, and good service. Great place to come for a drink and relax but i highly advise against staying at their hotel, hyatt regency sydney. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at in the world.

I have visited this bar three times before writing this review. The service here is difficult to describe fairly for me. When I do interact with them, they seem to authentically have the best of intentions, but there is no hustle. They seem to go long periods without checking in on you. on one occasion that I visited the place had just opened and was nearly empty, so I find slow service confusing at such periods, I went far too long on two occasions to even get my order taken. The food itself was incredibly lackluster. I was uninterested in finishing anything beside the raw oysters .... which of course did not require as much preparation. The hamachi that was served to me was warm and lacked depth. It would have been well served by a more interesting dressing and chiller temperature. Pork dumplings were forgettable. My opinion is that expensive food should be delicious, not average. The drinks, however --- excellent! I appreciated the attention paid to my drink. A little expensive, but the caliber matched the price tag. As for the ambiance- I highly recommend. Beautiful views of the harbor, interesting but unique, chill music. And a generally busy atmosphere that makes you feel like you are somewhere worth being. Bottom line: I recommend highly for drinks and ambiance if ordering directly at the bar. Skip the food.

2 only for the views. Crap service. 20 minutes to get a crap drink. Horrible. Go up, take some pics and then find a real bar that likes to serve drinks. I went to the bar only to be told I need to find a seat and some will come around. No one. Went back to bar, told again someone would come around. No one. Went back to bar when someone asked if I want something. Told them my order and sat. 20 minutes later a drink arrives. How do you screw up a martini. There are only ~20 in the whole place. Don't waste your time here. Snap, snap and move on.

Stunning views of Darling Harbour and great drinks too! The staff are very attentive and efficient. The drinks and food are also delicious. On Saturday nights you can get a prime view of the darling harbour fireworks. There is no better place to see them

Great views and ambience. Drinks are on the pricier side as expected being a very nice rooftop bar. Beware, server recommended a scotch (shot) today and we were surprised with a $38 bill for the shot, a heads up would have been nice.
