Zéphyros

I visited Monday, September 1st for both films the first was a nice legal drama but the second, a film where somebody was looking to hire someone to bury him was like okay, since you paid €8 for the ticket you gonna stay and watch it. But I couldn't, it was a slow film, a bit torturing, sadistic in a masochistic way, and not poetic in any sense so I left after about 20 - 25 minutes as I've done countless times in the past. The cinema itself however is a gem, a beautiful garden where you are always delighted to visit.

A historical open air cinema in the neighborhood of Petralona. Ticket is €7 or €6 for students, cards accepted. Nice ambience overall, 1 star less because some chairs were broken and the guy in the bar was not very friendly.

Classic old iconic, garden theater. As a place is fine, however the toilets on the date we were there have definitely seen better days to put it mildly. The wc hygiene was a definite issue.

It's open air cinema which I love and Zephyros is good. Its in Petralona, so not a central is the other cinemas I go to generally but they have a decent cafeteria cantina staff are a bit clumsy at times but if the movie is good and the weather is good which usually is during the summer in Athens sometimes bit hot it makes for a great night out.

One of the most beloved Athenian summer cinemas, in a very soulful neighbourhood. Old classics are often shown.
