Congratulations your back ! This is a unique apartment block right on the wharf area of Salamanca Hobart brilliant position!|This was closed over two years due to fire next door and for legal/ insurance issues it dragged on far too long !|Chris the manager has been a delight to deal with and feel for what he has had to deal with!|The apartment is fully functional and immaculately maintained AAAA|Our room was perfect and the room service is first class !|We return every 2 years and always look forward to our stay and are always made feel very welcome 🤗 |Can not recommend more highly 👍👍👍👍|Mike

Stayed for 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment,very clean.great room.very spacious and comfortable.kitchen was well equipped with everything you need.beds large and very comfy.balcony was lovely with a good view.staff were great from booking to checkout,very friendly and helpful.

please replace your flags out the front of the building. having tattered flags flying is a sign of disrespect. do better.

Overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations, receptionist set the tone for our visit, so genuinely accommodating without being pretentious. Housekeeping staff friendly and welcoming and the room was the best! We have stayed in 3 hotels in Hobart in the past two months and this one is by far the best one. Will be our go to hotel in Hobart from this day forward… I’m so lucky there was availability for our stay, we will probably have to book ahead in the busier seasons. I can’t rate this place more highly!!!!

We came here with two other couples.And were lucky enough to stay here. It was the long weekend, and location is fantastic. Close to everything Hobart has to offer. We stayed in the Davey penthouse which had more than enough space and great views. All the amenities were good without been over the top. Our only concern was we could not get internet too work on TV. But this was a small issue, as we were out most of the time. !! Beds were comfy and the main suite was very nice. Overall a nice experience enjoyed by all of us.🙂

A basic, simple hotel in the heart of Hobart. Rooms were relatively clean but a bit old and out dated. Very self contained with a washing machine in the room. Good size rooms for 2 people. Easy check in/check out process. Cheaply priced hotel considering the great location. Good for a night or two.

We were very happy with our accommodation and wished we could have stayed longer than one night.||The location is perfect, right on the waterfront, handy to restaurants and, importantly for us, just around the corner from the airport shuttle bus stop.||Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we could have needed, including a small kitchen and a washing machine. It was all spotlessly clean and modern. We were on the second floor, facing Davey Street and weren't troubled by traffic noise.||Check in and check out were quick and easy. We would happily stay here again.

I stayed here 4 nights in August. It was a fabulous place to stay. I had a studio apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the harbour. It had all the amenities required, and I could not find fault with anything. The location was excellent and the view was fantastic. I would definitely stay at this apartment again. Highly recommended!
