The only thing this wallet has correct is the name because if zero stars was an option I would have chosen it. Here are my reasons. 1. Poor design If you don't have the right amount of cards in it at all times, everything just falls right out and into your pocket, rendering it useless. I would say it's essentially as good as just using a rubber band, but some how a rubber band works better at doing what the wallet is advertised to do. 2. Warranty They say it's warrantied, but if you try to claim it, they will find any excuse to not honor it, and if by some miracle they don't call you crazy, they try to charge you for the repair, which is not how a warranty works. 3. Poor customer service After speaking with someone at the shop today, whom i was informed was the owner, I was left with such a sour taste in my mouth that it stayed on my mind for an hour and a half drive until I got to my destination and wrote this review due to his condescending and insulting comments and additude. This wallet is not worth the ridiculous price that they are asking for, considering that there are multiple cheaper options that actually do their job and honors the warranty. I'm normally all for supporting small businesses, but this time it turned around and bit me. -1 star.

my boyfriend paid 17 plus for this nasty sandwich. look at how greasy and nasty this is i’m 100 percent sure they do not use gloves i didn’t see any when the lettuce was being put on my sandwich. nasty. do better. this is not okay

This place is awesome! Great spot to shop local if you are in the market for a new wallet or looking for a nice gift. I purchased myself one of their wallets about a week ago and I absolutely love it. Very well made, looks great and super slim in the pocket. The owner of the store was very friendly and showed me all of the options he had to offer. The shop is located in a really nice old building on Gay Street downtown, it is very tidy and has a great leathery aroma. I will definitely be back to purchase some more of these wallets for Christmas gifts this year.

Love the team here. You can't go wrong with a zerOz wallet. I've had mine for multiple years. Stopped in yesterday to replace the band and I am happy to be using the wallet again. I had taken a break. And I now remember how happy I felt when I made the switch from a traditional bulky wallet in the first place. Take a chance, try something new, treat yourself.

I have had my zeroz wallet for years! I bought it when they were selling them from their garage. Best wallet I have ever had. We have been through the wars together.

I wish I could rate six stars! The moment I walked in I was greeted by Paul, the owner of the shop. Paul showed me every option of size and material they had and explained all the benefits of each wallet, and was eager to answer all of the questions that I had. They can show you ANYTHING you’re curious about, from the different leathers they have, to how they wear over several years, to how their custom leather stamps work, they will show you everything. These guys are experts and know everything there is to know about their products. They didn’t have the exact size with the leather and pattern that I wanted on the shelves, so they made it custom for me for no extra price and had it done in less than a day! You can see the tools they use to make the wallets behind the front desk, it’s a cool operation and it’s great to see that they’re made by hand in a local shop with a small, dedicated team. If you are looking for a wallet or are just curious, definitely stop in!

This is exactly what I have been looking for in a wallet. The tab to quickly access the most used card is a great idea. Along with the great product, I really enjoyed talking with the owner or manager, I'm sorry I forgot his name. He has a genuine love and passion about his product, and is enjoyable to talk with. We returned the next day and got another one for my wife!

zerOz wallets are such high quality - I love the simplicity and high craftsmanship. I spent 30 minutes today in the store with Paul; his passion and love for his work were awesome. Overall, I couldn’t recommend a better wallet - especially something local and handmade in Columbus

I just looked at the first review I left 11 years ago and I still have this wallet. I've never had a wallet last this long and it still looks like the day I bought it. The cash strap broke once and it was a fast/easy repair and they were super helpful. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Had the best time visiting this shop the last time we were in Columbus. I think Paul showed us every wallet in stock in response to our questions. I've since ordered a custom wallet on line and the responses have been prompt and helpful. My new wallet is on its way! From concept inquiry to shipping--three days! Doesn't get any better than this. I think the prices are fair for a custom beautifully made wallet. If you're in Columbus, be sure to visit the shop, which is just lovely.

This is my favorite wallet to date - very easy to use and super functional. I've owned a few ridge wallets and this one looks much more sleek and I get a ton of compliments on it. I picked this one up from there booth at ComFest and they were super helpful when picking it out. They walked me through the features and helped me set the whole thing up before I left the booth. Great bunch of peeps, super friendly, and you can support local businesses! I've already referred two people since this weekend.

Ooh ooh ooh!! Today, I made a stop in zerOs. This was my first venture inside this store. I'd never had any desire to stop by before, simply cause I figured they were just another high-end purse shop. Wrong!! Their leather "wallets" are freaking awesome!! Their bright, bold colored hide left me speechless. Several have a stamped, tooled, design. The owner the young gal that greeted me explained all about the shop. Leather's great quality from Italy. I too hate carrying around a big billfold. These little suckers are my knight I shining armor! My birthday just so happens to be next month, so I might just have to splurge and buy myself a birthday present here!

The quality of this product is incredible. I purchased my first zerOz wallet about 5 years ago and it is still in incredible shape. The leather aged so well and looks better everyday. Instead of purchasing a 'new' wallet. I decided to leave a review instead. This product can take some time to get used to. I recommend using about 4 cards and 1 card in the pull tab. The zerOz wallet will stretch to fit the cards with a perfect snug. Obsessed.

I stopped in the shop on Gay Street during one of the market events, and I'm so glad to have found a cool locally made product! I thought the concept sounded neat so I bought a wallet for my husband as a gift. They are a little pricey, but not more than I would expect for a well made leather product. I thought this would work great as a travel wallet for my husband. The variety of colors and designs of the wallets is excellent! They have something for everyone here. They also have a few different sizes, which they display well so that you can decide what size you need. Fast forward almost a year and my husband is still happy with the wallet, but the band for cash stretched out pretty quick. It's a $20 fix to replace it, which we are currently having done. In hindsight, I realize that my husband carries more cash on trips than he does here, so this will probably become more of his "everyday" wallet. Also glad to see a second store is now open in the Bridge Park area in Dublin.

Walked into a quaint little shop. I love a few things about this place. 1. Location. I like that it is down town, I went on my lunch break to purchase one. 2. The Owner, Paul, Great guy! After talking to him for just a moments I felt like we were life long friends! Very genuine and passionate about his amazing, SIMPLE product. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into designing and making these little wallets. 3. Made right here in C-BUS!!!!! Cant get much cooler than that.

I LOVE these wallets! I first went into ZerOz before fathers day last years trying to find my hard to shop for dad something he would actually use. I ended up liking them so much I bought one myself. A year later, we're both still using our ZerOz wallets. They have a large variety of different sizes, colors, materials. I got my dad the "bigger" one because he carries company cards in additional to his personal, but for myself, I got the smaller one which carries 2 cc, 1 ID, and cash and a couple "frequent buyer punch cards" on the backside. Paul, the owner, is fantastic, super friendly, and he took me to the back of the shop to show me where he makes the wallets which was so cool to see! My wallet is still in great shape after a year but I'm looking forward to buying a second one soon!

I bought 2 wallets for the 3rd wedding anniversary gift for my husband and me today. I researched leather wallets are good for the 3rd wedding anniversary. Then, I found zerOz. I hesitated to go downtown because I don't like the rough traffic in downtown with my 9 month old baby. But, I was so impressed the smart skinny wallets on zerOz's website. So, I pushed myself. Lol Sam(I think that's his name..) helped me to find the wallets. Very nicely!! I normally panicked when I needed to talk people because of my mediocre English speaking level. (Self conscious..! Maybe..) But, he treated me very kindly. I got Carbon night(S) and Espresso shot(M). I'm very happy I could get the wallets!!!!

I liked the design and notion of the zeroz wallet. I was visiting Columbus and decided to buy one. I followed the directions to a "T", never over stuffed the wallet, etc. About 4 months after purchase, the rubber band that holds cash began to get loose. While I understand they'll replace that particular component for free, that won't get back the nearly $100 I lost when it fell out unbeknownst to me. Good idea, poor construction.

Amazing wallet, amazing company! I am overwhelmed with the simplicity and ease of this wallet - I always say "this wallet is life changing!" I've had mine over 10 years and it still looks like new. Great product - highly recommend!

Stopped in on 7/14/15, over a year from the date I first purchased my wallet. The adhesive broke ages ago but I continued to use it with a rubber band. Paul greeted me very cheerfully and when I placed the wallet on the counter (without saying a word) he immediately proclaimed, "that's no good!" and offered to repair it for free (one business day turn around). This offer was made without questions more than a year after I purchased it --- and they even pointed out I had way more cards in it than it was rated to use (I had 14 in an 8 card wallet). Paul and Leah are awesome. This business is awesome. Buy a Zeorz.

Prior to a Zeroz wallet purchase for Christmas a few years back, my fiance used to just keep his cards/money in his pocket. They were always misshapen and misplaced. I had the pleasure of visiting the store to pick up my online order (which was super easy and user friendly) and there were only two people working. It's a tiny place, and based on the smell of adhesive when you walk in, you know they do everything in-house. The owner was friendly and answered all of my questions. The gift was a huge hit, and the wallet has continued to hold up ever since. We more recently purchased one of the lime green wallets for my future mother-in-law, and she uses it when she goes out riding on their motorcycle. This is a great place to buy a locally made product that's super useful!

I'll start by saying that I love my Zeroz. I've started carrying cash more since buying it, and I haven't looked back at the old traditional wallet since. I bought it during a neighborhood sale while visiting Columbus and met the folks who make it. Man are they passionate about their product! It's a really cool accessory, and I haven't found an inconvenience with it yet. They mentioned that the "Tabz", basically the sleeve in which you place your most commonly used card, will eventually crack and have to be replaced. This happened to mine after a summer with lots of travel and activity, no big deal. The problem I had with it, however, was trying to get replacements ordered. The website is Adobe Flash based, and neither my Android phone nor iPad allowed me to use the web site. I had to get on a computer to make the order, and shipping was very expensive for something that's super easy to ship. Additionally, they come in a $5 three-pack with other types of Tabz (a rigid one and a black one) that I may or may not want or like. There were no other options for replacement other than the assorted five-pack. With that all said, I love the Zeroz and I might buy a second one just to have another style to add to a rotation. Awesome product, not a great web site. Thanks guys!

I went through 28 years of my life without a wallet. I literally can't stand the feeling of anything in my pockets, so every time I would buy a new wallet to try, it would last about a day before being exiled to some sock drawer - never to be seen again. And then I met zerOz, and my life was forever changed. Okay, so it's just a wallet and can't really change your life. But it's still pretty freaking fantastic. I bought my first zerOz about three years ago, and it still looks perfect. Seriously, it looks brand new. I've heard some people talk about theirs getting stretched out, but the trick to keeping your wallet looking great is to treat it the way the zerOz folks tell you to. Don't. Overfill. It. My little three-card wallet has *never* had more than three cards in it, and it has never stretched out. The only problem I've ever had is that the cash strap recently broke; however, the friendly staff were happy to replace it for free! They even showed me what they're doing to help prevent future broken straps. Very cool! For a recent vacation, I really wanted a zerOz that held a few more cards, so I bought a snazzy new five-card one. And guess what? It's just as amazing as my original one. But this time when I went shopping, there were dozens of styles, textures, and colors to choose from! I really can't say enough good things about zerOz. Great people and a great product!

Who knew you could fall in love with a wallet and commit to a lifetime together besides? Yes, I'm here to tell you that you can and I did. I found this place while on a business trip to Columbus a few years ago. I was in the coffee shop across the street sitting at the window, kind of spacing out, when the gorgeous design of the zerOz store suddenly woke me up (even more than the Americano I was drinking at the time). When I walked in a few minutes later, the first person to talk to me was the owner. So welcoming, it felt like we were going to be friends. Genuinely nice guy who also happens to have a brilliant design aesthetic and make stunning wallets. It felt like being in my favorite gelato place - all those flavors (I mean, colors and designs), I couldn't figure out how to decide on which one to get. So I got two. And then later I went back and got a few more for friends. Here it is almost two years later and I can honestly say that every single time I pull out my zerOz wallet I feel affection wash over me. It's such an elegant design, the deep red color is gorgeous, the circle design has a modern flair with a humorous touch, the strap on the back is perfect for holding either my work key card or a hotel key card, and I remember the guy who made it. His only problem is that the quality of the craftsmanship means that I'm not wearing out the wallet. Ah, but I keep thinking I need to change it up a bit. Problem solved - plenty of colors and designs to choose from. And the prices! I can afford a few more of these well-crafted wallets.

Have passed the storefront on occasion during visits to Columbus but never stopped in until today; left with a wallet for my wife. Paul is exceptionally helpful and informative, not pushy sales, just straight informative, stay all day if you want, Paul will just pump you with information, not berate you into a sale. Will see how my wife likes hers and go from there for myself, but seems like a cool idea and convenient way to carry your cards and cash without a lot of lumps from a bulky wallet.

What a great find. I was walking by and had to stop in for a look. I was given a guided tour, including how the wallets are made and was immediately sold. They had a great selection at an affordable price. This is a must for all those guys sitting sideways on their overstuffed wallets. I ended up purchasing a second, 3card wallet for the occasional night out and hiking trips.

I just bought my 2nd Zeroz wallet after carrying my first for several years. The first one still works great, but I just wanted to change it up a bit. The staff here is great, and if you get a chance talk to the owner / inventor of these wallets; he's unbelievably passionate about them. All the wallets are hand made in their little shop in downtown Columbus.

I just purchased my 3rd zerOz. The first is still going strong after 5 years, but I wanted an upgrade. While in the store, they offered to repair my broken cash band. Also, I have the 3 card wallet for travel. Really and awesome product with incredible customer service. I'll never put a wallet in my back pocket.

I like the design and concept. However, the cast strap broke after 8 months. When I wrote in to customer service on their site asking for a discount on a new wallet, I never received the courtesy of a reply.

After years of walking by, the owner stopped me of the sidewalk and invited me in. I thought it was a show room and not a store, but you can buy the wallets here. One the design is modern and utilitarian and two there are scads of different colors for your perusal . I love that they are made in America and that the company is local. I'll probably treat myself to a new wallet one of these days.

I used to work in downtown Columbus and always passed zerOz regularly. I stopped in a couple times and they're very friendly people who truly believe in their business, as they should. Unfortunately, I never had enough time to buy from them. It's been some months since I've moved to Florida, but I still wanted a wallet from zerOz. Even over e-mail to customize my order, they're just as friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Service is great, their business is great, and their work is superb. Paul is a customer service rockstar! zerOz are so compact, functional and, most of all, cool! They make great gifts. I have two, a medium for everyday and an extra small for going out with friends. Once you go to a zerOz, you won't look back!

I purchased a Zeroz wallet about 6 months ago and Paul, the owner, assured me and two of my coworkers, who also purchased a wallet that if the wallets ever needed repaired he would make the necessary repairs free of charge. This guarantee included the credit card insert. I recently returned to the store and spoke with Paul about replacing the credit card insert which is ripping. Paul laughed and told me that I could buy another one if I wanted. I have referred several people to Zeroz and each one purchased a wallet. I will not refer anyone else and the people I have referred have also experienced problems with their Zeroz wallets and/or the owner, Paul. Poor customer service and quality of product.
