Food was good. Portion sizes were mixed. Ordered the dragon roll and wasn't too pleased with the freshness of the jumbo prawn. It was really overly fishy tasting. Portion was generous though. The short rib bowl was really yummy but the portion was rather on the slim side. Be careful it's spicy. We ordered the sauce on the side and we were glad we did. The wakame salad was super yummy and very generous. My wife and I were watching one of the TV screens in front of us (not at the bar), and one of the bartenders came by, looked at us, then changed the channel to a golf match and walked away. We were literally talking about what was on the screen, when blip... golf. The atmosphere is very high end but the type of music, volume and all the TV screens gives it more of a hotel bar feel. Considering this is a popular hotel in the tourist area and plenty of kids abound, it didn't give me the family feel either. Likely going to be a one timer for us.

First, Josh, our server, was amazing right off the bat!!! From the very beginning introduction, we felt like this is the type of guy we'd love to sit at the bar with one day. (Perhaps its a Josh thing, since we also had a Josh in our party. Two well-poised studs. Maybe in another dimension, Zeta Josh and Hungry Josh are besties. Or they'd at least make good business partners at the Law Offices of Josh & Josh). If everything else had been under par, we still would've left happy simply bc of Zeta Josh's warmth and class. In fact, there was a minor hiccup with our food, and honestly it didn't even bother us one bit, but Zeta Josh still went above and beyond to gracefully acknowledge the error and take care of us (not that we'd even have held it against you, Z-J! :-) ) Now, onto the rest... The smaller menu doesn't offer much variety, especially on the sushi, but what it lacks in options it makes up for in taste. We started with the crudo for an appetizer and the flavor was everything we hoped it would be and more. As every crudo I've ever ordered, yes, it is a small plate (shouldn't all appetizers be, anyway?) and thus crudos tend to always be pricey considering volume , but that's standard and tbh the crudo dish at Zeta came with twice as many pieces as many restaurants I've been to, yay! So between the flavor, freshness, presentation, amount, and quality, we were very pleased all around. Seriously, get it. I also got the miso soup which was ideal if you like miso soup; they did not skimp out on the little tofu pieces and seaweed :-). For my entree I ordered the red chicken curry (pictured) which came with rice. It was a fair portion, not too big, not too small. The chicken is breast and it is grilled then sliced for the perfect ratio of meat to curry. The grilled flavor underneath the sauce made it an amazing combination, whoa! My partner got the tuna poke and I tried some; it deliciously carried a wonderful variety of flavors and texture and temperatures. I especially loved the enoki mushrooms in it. The bowl looked quite satisfying so it's absolutely worth your buck. And of course... The beloved Sapporo beer. Served perfectly cold and refreshingly crisp. We will definitely come back on our next stay at the Signia or Waldorf. -Aline& Hungry Josh

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The service was outstanding—Larry, our server, was amazing! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Chef Shirley, was also wonderful. Since it was our first time dining here, she took the time to give us a brief but helpful explanation of the menu, which we really appreciated. As for the food—simply delicious! Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Our server was Christine. The service was absolutely amazing. She is awesome as she takes the time to go over your questions as well as being so very cheerful and charming. We will be back and we will ask for her. The chef is Shirley who is also very skilled at her art. She was with the La Luce Restaurant and now with Zeta. She is also very amazing. Maria was a very sweet and pleasant server as well. Now we come to Tony. He is the bartender and what a bartender he was. His special skills make being a mixologist one amazing skill. Just like being a chef, this is an artistic skill that these people really excel at. We recommend the Sesame Margarita, Sake Sangria, Wakabe salad, Short Ribs (both the bun and the Dinner bowl), and the Dragon roll.

We are here on a Saturday after a long day at Disney. The food was very good and fresh. We did mostly sushi and shared but had a few apps and all were good. I had no real complaints about the restaurant and it was extremely convenient to get to.

Google
Came here based on many high reviews from Yelp, Google, and foodie review sites. Very overrated. Not sure why it got so many great reviews. Maybe if it was more reasonably priced, I'd oblige for 4 stars but definitely not at this price point. Mediocre Japanese food at best. $10 for a Miso soup? Really? Even as someone from expensive California, that's ridiculously priced. The food isn't bad, but it's definitely not $20 to $24 per roll good.

Google
Delicious food, excellent service, laid back but classy atmosphere! Everything we ate was flavorful and came out quickly. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and the ambiance was low key but sophisticated.

Google
Amazing accommodating allergies. Everything was made separately and it was delicious. Usually "allergy free" means tasteless and ingredients are removed. I ordered the poke bowl, sushi and edamame and it was all delicious and incredibly tasty. We've had Zeta the last 2 nights. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Zeta Asia was nice. The Bonsai roll was blissful. The extra dirty gin martini could have been dirtier but I also think the Monkey 47 gin changed the flavor profile a little... or that might have been the dry vermouth. I enjoyed fried gyoza, but I haven't found an Asian-cuisine restaurant yet that could screw up gyoza. Just saying. Overall, it was a solid experience at the Signia at Hilton resort in Disney Springs. A little on the pricey side, but you are at a resort where prices are going to be higher. It is the convenience without having to venture off site. Service was solid. The sushi was good. I felt good about things. Huzzah.

Yelp
This is a great restaurant in Signia where the staff are all great with some good food. My friend and I came here 45 minutes before closing and they still served us and didn't rush us to get our order in. My favorite item that we ordered was the Nori Kurakka ($22) which are spicy tuna nachos. I love that they fried the seaweed for the nacho chip. It was very delicious and the tuna is not too spicy if people cannot handle too much spice. We ordered the pork belly bao bun as we were told these were popular too. The dragon roll is always a must for me to order so we got that as well. The roll was delicious and was not skimpy either. I don't enjoy sushi restaurants where the sushi is really small and thin and then charge you a lot for a tiny roll. The California roll was probably my least favorite out of everything we ordered. But everything else was delicious overall!

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner while attending a conference at a local hotel. Was greeted and seated at the bar and was promptly asked for my order by the server. Sports were on the TV, and popular music was playing. Air conditioning was cranked to be fitting of Eskimos. I ordered the green salad with ginger dressing. The vegetables were fresh and the dressing was tasty. At $15, seemed quite pricey. For my entrée I ordered the Ahi tuna poke bowl. Very little ahi, too much aïoli, and the kimchi overpowered the dish. Upon receiving the check I noticed I was charged $6.50 for a club soda, which was just club soda out of the gun. OK experience, but I would not returrn.

Yelp
Very good and fresh sushi and excellent and friendly staff! The jalapeño roll had a good kick to it which most rolls in my past with jalapeño have not. The tuna was not fatty at all nor was it super fishy. The rice was a great balance to the roll. Gyoza was solid, and the pork belly bao bun was my favorite! It was oozing with flavor! To top off the night, the pineapple spring roll was both sweet and light. I loved the ice cream and apple that came with it, too.

Yelp
Our dining experience at Zeta Asia didn't have the best start. Even though their posted open time is 5pm (and we arrived promptly for our 5pm reservation), the doors didn't actually open until about 10 minutes later. We sat ourselves at the bar where we had adequate service, nothing spectacular. Fortunately, the food was fresh, delicious and had great presentation. Zeta Asia is convenient if you're staying on property, but I think we'll venture off property next time.

Yelp
Wow this place might be the biggest waste of money. I was trying to get a last minute reservation for valentine's day weekend, and this place was the only restaurant available and I understand why now. The food was incredibly overpriced, and they don't give you a lot. I left feeling hungry still because the food they give you is portioned so small. The service was good, our server was knowledgeable about the menu and we got our food pretty quick. The food itself though is not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in one of the wings of the Waldorf Astoria. My girlfriend decided to order a salad, and I was interested in ordering it. I misu soup and a curry chicken meal They delivered my soup which wasn't as hot as I typically like, but nobody gives it that hot anywhere. As I ate the soup, I got a quarter down, which was way too salty. I called the waitress over, and the waitress happily credited the soup, and I replaced the soup with the salad. The salad had a spectacular dressing. Delicious, I had never had a salad dressing like that, and I couldn't even describe what was in it. It was probably one of the best salads I have ever had. My girlfriend had her salad, and she enjoyed it just as much as I did. The curry chicken dish had just the right amount of spices and hit the right spot. The service was spectacular, and the ambiance would be business casual. They have a full bar. I recommend the salmon overnight, but everything else.

Yelp
We went here as part of the Epicurioius progressive dinners, and really enjoyed the three offerings: pickled vegetables, spider roll, and steamed bar bun with Peking duck. The latter was the group's favorite. The only problem is that the room is extremely austere, all hard steel and stone surfaces, so it's not necessarily the coziest Asian dining experience. The service was wonderful.

Yelp
We found this gem on Magical Dining, then booked through Open Table - turns out we were the first online booking they had the privilege of serving. The food was excellent in taste and preparation. Larry took great care of us and Rick, the manager, stopped by for a lovely conversation. Zeta is looking to cater to more locals - tucked away in a Bonnet Creek Hotel, they DO validate parking (just ask!). The Madrasa Mule was tasty and zingy. The selections of sake were various and delicious. The food was perfectly delectable. We will definitely be coming back and are hoping to see you locals there!

Yelp
After coming back from a long day of Disney , eating hot dogs, cotton candy ,Dole Whip and anything my inner child wanted...it was nice having an on-site restaurant that serves sushi and Asian fare. Zeta Bar & Sushi Lounge , located at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Signia Resort, is a wonderful way to experience sushi and adult cocktails when visiting Orlando. It was popular which means not only travelers were there to dine but locals too. Note: they are only open Wednesday-Saturday. Lucky for us we were able to dine there on Saturday evening before closing. We started off with two signature hand crafted cocktails and I had a bowl of Miso Soup. We added an order of Crazy A Bao Buns to that. You get two baos per order so I chose some of each: pork belly and Korean bbq short rib. I was drawn to the ingredients in both so that's why I opted for the variety. Everything I ordered was so yummy so far! They do have a menu for little ones but our kid enjoyed a side of avocado, sushi rice and other sushi extras to make her own bowl. We had two signature rolls: Dragon Roll and Jalapeño Roll. We started dining there but because our kid was tired, they were able to pack up our sushi and sauces to enjoy in our room. Fresh, Delicious,Memorable..that's what I want from my sushi experience. And that's what we got.

Yelp
By far one of the best sushi meals I've ever had!! Highly recommend the short rib bao buns!! Super fresh salmon sashimi and impeccable service!!

Yelp
OMG.... do you love Sushi? Go here if you do! The food was absolutely sensational. Such gorgeous presentation and beautiful food. We had a lovely time here, but our waitress was scattered and having an off night. The service was very slow, inconsistent, and the waitress was inattentive. I don't blame the restaurant for that, but would of course go again, because the ambiance and food were just so darn DELISH. EXTRA YUM!
google avatar

Sandra R.

Yelp
From service to food,I would recommend without reservation. Give yourself time to enjoy both the food and company you are with. We did both and worth the cost and time. We had both a salad and miso soup, and followed with a lovely fresh roll with jalapeño and tuna. We would repeat this in a heartbeat. Big thanks to careful service, giving time to consider and enjoy each other, and excellent food and drink.
google avatar

Andrea L.

Yelp
I loved my spicy salmon sushi! The fish was so fresh it melted in my mouth with just the right amount of spice. The short rib was so tender and there was a subtle spicy sauce that brought it together for me. I wasn't feeling the kimchi even though I like it in general. This was recommended by my waiter and it was pretty good. A 3.5 out of 5 overall. The key lime crème brûlée was so delicious! Lastly the service was timely and courteous!

Yelp
All the stars goes to the sushi, drinks and ambiance. If only service would equate to the taste of freshness and relaxing ambiance this place would be worth revisiting. However, based on the lack of great service this place should only be tried if there are no other options available to you. Seriously, service sucks bad. The bar staff are either busy doing nothing but staring at a screen trying to figure out how to work with technology or begrudgingly placing in an order with a disgruntled demeanor. I would never return.

Yelp
I don't know what to say. This bar/restaurant is located inside the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel and it was not that good. First the bar and drinks, honestly they do not have a good bar system, they had one guy working the entire bar and later in the night as it kept getting busy one of the managers had to come help him out, poor guy he was so overwhelmed. The drinks were pretty bad. Just because you put a lot of liquor in a drink doesn't make it good and they don't use actual juice or soda. They have a soda/juice gun which waters everything down, like how do you mess up a vodka lemonade. They used pink lemonade which gave it a totally different taste and the vodka wasn't even premium which I asked for. Second, the food. This restaurant is an Asian restaurant with sushi and Japanese plates. The sushi was okay but I honestly didn't think it was fresh. I had about 3 pieces and felt like I was going to get food poisoning the next morning. I wouldn't recommend the sushi. Now the other plates such as the bao buns, fried rice, and sliders where pretty decent from what my party described. I'm disappointed because this place has the potential to be so good, but what do you expect from a hotel restaurant. Not the best.
google avatar

Priya P.

Yelp
Okay so this is located inside the Signia by Hilton resort. If you're not a guest of this hotel the parking is ABSURD. We paid $40 for one hour maybe one hour and half. The food itself was pretty good - we had the short rib bao buns, seaweed salad, and an eel roll. The food was amazing and the service was good. Food did take a lil while to come out. But the parking was wild.

Yelp
I came today 11/21 with my father and I loved everything that came out, Christine our server has been amazing and attentive, always checking on us. The food was amazing my favorite dishes was the short rib bibimbap and carrot ginger soup. I love eating at establishments that really put out amazingly delicious meals and you really felt the love in everything they put out. I suggest this restaurant to everyone that loves Asian food and tasty food.

Yelp
My daughter and I swung by to do some pool time with friends staying here. So it seemed easy to just do dinner here afterwards since this place is located inside the hotel. The ambiance was super nice. Chill, hip, cool music playing. Everything was downhill from there. Service was not so friendly. I really didn't even see a smile on her face. It was just like, "Okay what do you want to order?" The menu consisted of soup and salad, shared plates, bowls, sushi rolls, sashimi, noodles, bento boxes, chicken. They had a happy hour special on certain sushi rolls and drinks from 5-7pm. I took advantage and tried the dynamite roll and California. The rolls were okay, but the fish in the dynamite didn't taste super fresh, and the rice wasn't the best tasting. It was sub-par, but edible. The edamame was slathered in salt. I'm sure there are much better sushi places in Orlando, but this one was convenient. I never expect outstanding sushi in a hotel, and this place confirmed that for me.

Yelp
Our daughter loves sushi, so when I said we could go to Zeta Bar and Sushi Lounge, the die was cast. We walked over from our suite at the Waldorf=Astoria; and, we were greeted outside the restaurant and seated at a very nice table in the back, away from the bar where it was quieter. The food is excellent; and, we killed it with 4 full rolls; two orders of Miso Soup; and, a delicious Pork Bao. However, you will be paying resort prices, as this place gets busy from all of the convention business. The highlight of the evening, for me, however, was the exceptional Bourbon Flight, which featured three thoughtfully selected bourbons (Knob Creek, Eagle Rare, and Woodford Reserve;) and, a nice pour of each to boot. One was a special version, which is reserved only for Bonnet Creek Resort, so that was a bonus. Our server was very professional and very friendly; and, helpful with recommendations. She checked on our progress; and, we even chatted about things to do in the area. We had a great time.

Yelp
Sushi was fresh and the service was great. Didn't seem crowded any time we walked by so we just stopped in for sushi and an appetizer.

Airamiss L.

Yelp
We are long time customers and always eat here when we stay at the hotel. It's never busy at Zeta, they have a very large restaurant with a bar, lounge areas, and standard seating. No reservations required here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are one of the few sushi places that will make me rolls without rice vinegar so they will be gluten free. The sashimi and nigiri was very fresh, really tasty, and presented to us nicely on the platter last week when we dined in. My husband loves the chicken curry here. I was told a lot of their menu can be modified to be gluten free as long as you order something that isnt fried. The platter was about 60$ which was probably the most expensive item they offered. otherwise we usually come out under 100$ for a few rolls, drinks, and the curry.

Yelp
We were staying at the Waldorf Astoria with its staid (non-ethnic) pricey eateries, so Zeta Sushi Lounge in the adjoining Hilton was a very welcome discovery. Casual luxe vibe with a large bar surrounded by modern white tables. We opted for the bento box, a moderately priced package that comes with a nicely dressed salad and a large bowl of umami miso soup. Next up was a large red lacquer box containing jalapeno sashimi, dumplings, a large roll (we chose bonsai comprised of spicy tuna, tempura crunch and eel), seaweed salad and other goodies. When we told our friendly server Larry that we liked to try new sakes, he recommended a bottle of the Yuri Masamune "Beautiful Lily". This mellow hand crafted sake is sourced from Akita, Japan and is not widely seen in the USA. It was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! Then we shared the chocolate coconut dessert, a real coconut shell stuffed with warm chocolate cake topped with vanilla ice cream, surrounded by fresh grated toasted coconut. This was truly one of the best desserts I've ever enjoyed, not overly sweet and sooo good. Loved the vibe of Zeta Sushi where you can sit where you want with no rez and enjoy a chill adult evening. Returned for another meal 2 days later, also great.

Yelp
This sushi spot is located in the Hilton, it's pretty much your standard "hotel" restaurant, pricey and not that great It's decorated beautiful, the inside looks like someone's fancy house, very pretty! Buuuutt... The food...such a letdown, it was nothing special We got the HH $5 Sushi special which was 4 pieces of different rolls for $5 each, we tried each one they offered and all were measly and uninspired The kids chicken katsu was interesting in it seemed to be ground chicken formed onto a stick then breaded and fried, it was yummy Maybe the regular rolls / entrees would be better?
google avatar

Yelp
This was the best dish ever! It was tasty, tender and amazing favor top with the egg made it better! The chicken lettuce were great too. The chicken was delicious. I will order this again when I return! #yelpeliteaquad

Yelp
The ambience was good and the food too ! Just the service needs to improve a bit. We asked them to clean the table a bit as we could smell some seafood smell there and they looked at us like we did a crime . The soy sauce dipping cups and plates smelled bad too but when I asked her to please replace those she told me they were clean and they couldn't smell bad. They are really smelling bad I asked her to check for herself and she said sorry I don't want to that. If she herself can't do that how can we eat those ? She never brought those dipping plates and cups back as we asked for replacement. at the beginning I just wanted to leave , but the kids were hungry and we didn't want to cause a scene there and just ate after she reluctantly cleaned the tables and took our orders.

Yelp
This is a tough review for me, as the loss of stars has more to do with execution of a menu item, more than the flavour of said menu item. First off, there should be a "please seat yourself" sign at the door, as I and a few other customers stood around awkwardly until someone noticed us and motioned us in to find a seat wherever we wanted. I ordered a dead lizard Komodo dragon triple chocolate milk stout & short rib bibimbap. The beer was great. The issue was with the bibimbap. Now, I've ordered bibimbap in chain restaurants, authentic Korean restaurants and NEVER has it been served as this one was. Every single bibimbap I've ever ordered has been served in a screaming hot stone bowl, with warm rice that gets crunchy as it sits, some kind of protein, pickled veg, hot veg, kimchi, gochujang sauce and topped with an egg. The dish is served hot and the ingredients are stirred together just before you eat them. This dish had hot protein (short rib in this case), room temp-cool rice and cold veg with a fried egg on top. Now, I don't have to tell you what happens to short rib and fried eggs when they're eaten cool-cold, but I will any way. The egg and short rib became coagulated and lardy very quickly when the dish was all mixed together. I was torn, the flavours were great! The spice level...perfect! But the execution of the dish was not as expected. The menu didn't accurately convey this information either. So while I was a little disappointed with every bite, the flavour profile was spot on. It just was not what I thought it would be. It's hard to criticize a dish when it's served exactly as they had intended. But it was also not served as I expected it to be. It's like ordering chicken noodle soup and having it arrive lukewarm. Good, but no. I wish the menu had been more clear. No, I didn't complain. Yes, I ate it all. No, I wouldn't order the dish again. As I said, a conflicted review.

Yelp
Excellent pork buns and seaweed salad and a great atmosphere!! Sat at the bar and had a great cosmo to top it off. I would definitely recommend.

Yelp
My forst time at Zeta Asia. This was some of the Tastiest Sushi I have had. The service is top notch. The restaurant is not that big but it was very clean amd the staff were very friendly and courteous. The prices here are $$$ as the restaurant is in Hilton resorts but worth the money. Great drink selection from the bar and an extremely delicious Lychee Sake was recommended which did not disappoint

Yelp
I came to Zeta for their magical dining menu. This restaurant is located in the Hilton hotel near Disney, so there is complimentary valet parking if you get the restaurant to stamp your parking card. For the magical dining menu you do get a 4 course meal of starter, appetizer, entree, and dessert for $35! We got the ginger salad, the dumplings and sushi's, bimbimbap, and key lime creme brûlée. Our server was Christine and she was so friendly and attentive to our table!! The ginger salad was very refreshing and they even make the ginger dressing homemade in the kitchen. The dumplings and sushi were incredible and so flavorful that we devoured it within 5 minutes. (We even ordered more sushi after) I've had bimbimbap at authentic Korean restaurants and the short rib bimbimbap here was subpar, I felt like it could be a lot better. What I thought they can change with the dish is to make it less saucy. There was too much sauce from the kimchi mixed with the red sauce you use to top off the bimbimbap. The sauciness made it too salty for my taste and almost felt like a rice soup. To finish off, the key lime creme brûlée was glorious!! I am such a fan of creme brûlée in general and they made this dish flawless, even the presentation was beautiful. The combination of key lime pie and creme brûlée was very neat. The service was amazing and made the experience so smooth. My family would definitely come back for the sushi and creme brulee!

Yelp
The drinks here were amazing! I ordered the jalapeño roll and it was pretty good- it was basically a spicy tuna roll with a jalapeño slice on top. I was not especially impressed with the roll. My mom had ordered the short rib bibimbap and the short rib was so tasty and soft. It was so good!

Yelp
Christine was an amazing server. She was knowledgeable about the entire menu & provided awesome service. Everything we ordered was delicious. As locals, we will be returning. And asking for Christine :)

Yelp
I came here for a catch up dinner with my friend and we had a good time. There was a conference going on that day so the environment was not as lively as I preferred or expected but the food was really good ! The menu was limited I do wish they had more options but I would definitely go back
google avatar

Bill M.

Yelp
A really cool bar with a good happy hour with $5 drafts, $6 house wines. Sushi is top notch.

Sheetal L.

Yelp
Unimpressive for the price. Sushi was very basic. Miso soup was lukewarm. Bao buns were nice, but for a sushi place, it's not anything to write home about unfortunately.
google avatar

Liz P.

Yelp
Just okay. I don't even eat sushi that much but I've had better California rolls. I stopped by here with friends when staying at the hotel during a conference. They do $5 rolls during happy hour, so I ordered a California roll and a Philly roll (4 pieces each). I also ordered the lychee beignets to split, they sounded intriguing. Service was super slow, ended up taking the beignets to go. The dipping sauce is delicious but they weren't New Orleans-style beignets. The lychee in the middle didn't really gel, either. The $5 deal isn't bad but make sure you aren't in a rush.
google avatar

Shelli S.

Yelp
Rather disappointing I'm sorry to say. I love tempura and he likes it, too, so we try it whenever we get a chance. The tempura coating was heavy and dense, like a corn dog batter. And almost half an inch thick on many of the pieces. And sometimes it was still raw inside even though it appeared to be fully cooked. Also extremely greasy overall. If you've never had good tempura -- crisp, airy and the color of butter -- you will probably be fine with this. But if it's one of your favourite Asian dishes try at your own risk.

Yelp
We had dinner here one of the nights I stayed in Orlando and it was a bit of a disappointment. It's in the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, which was pretty easy to find and the hotel itself is quite lovely. I was eating out with friends and due to my issue with 'da 'glutzens they let me pick a place that would be gluten free friendly. I called earlier in the day to check and spoke with someone who assured me they had many options that were safe and gf. Upon arriving we were seated at a high top table, chairs were pretty uncomfortable but the low lighting and ambiance is pleasant. It took a while for our server to come by and once she did she said that unfortunately there really wasn't much I could have, that pretty much everything had gluten in it- and then she walked away. Hmm okay problem solving left to me. When she came back she just asked us what we wanted.. Ignoring my allergy issue and making it a bit uncomfortable as my friends were having to wait. I asked if we could speak to someone in the kitchen and she brought out one of the chefs. He was really nice and I found out they had gf soy sauce and he could make me a couple of my favorite rolls that weren't on the menu, but yah pretty much all the hot food was off limits. Talking with him was really the best part of the meal as he was very willing to accommodate my allergy as much as possible. Once the rolls came out I had to wait quite a while, my friends were almost finished with their meals, for our server to bring the gf soy sauce and then she said their wasabi has gluten in it (which is pretty unusual). Rolls were just okay, I expected a bit better than our mediocre Midwest sushi here in 'braska, but alas I'll take my landlocked fishes instead. Price was a bit higher than average and certainly not worth the hassle.

Yelp
This place is located inside the Hilton which is connected to the Waldorf Astoria. We went in with just half an hour to closing time. Our waitress was very nice and advised us to order as much as possible since the kitchen closed at 10 and she didn't want us to stay hungry. She made some excellent recommendations, their Asian nachos were delicious, we substituted the chicken with seared tuna and it was perfection. Being that one person in our group is just getting introduced to sushi, she is not very open and our waitress made sure that her recommendations were to her liking. We ordered two more rolls shrimp tempura and dragon roll, they were both great portions and the taste was great. The rice was not gammy, it was great. Our overall experience was good, not sure why so many bad reviews, I must have been a great night that I didn't experience anything bad jajajajaj..

Yelp
We had the most amazing experience. We were there for a few nights and had the best food and drinks. We weren't sure what to order or how to start but all our nights we sat at the bar and had Tony as our bartender. Not only was he personable, but he went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. He was the reason we came back two more times.

Yelp
Excellent service and excellent food. Unreal the attention to detail at this place. Our server kept adjusting to my picky eating and that's worth more than I could've expected. Great resort with great people working here. It's an amazing experience. Quite small, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Great dinner with my son

Yelp
This place is absolutely outstanding. I absolutely love the dragon roll, oh my God. The ginger salad was to die for, as well as their miso soup. They took traditional starters and took them to a whole new level. For the grand finale we had the Chocolate Coconut Cake and we found that to be 10/10, it was probably the favorite thing we had. I am so happy that I came here!

Yelp
Uninspired food in a dull and nearly empty restaurant that is a fair choice only if you happen to be staying nearby. The main sushi chef was very grumpy and unhelpful. Each question of him was answered with nothing more than a one word response or some form of inaudible grunt. After about three attempts I was told "waitress", and seriously that's all. The food ordered at the sushi bar took 23 minutes to arrive and there were less than five other tables full at the time asks two sushi chefs. It's not a big deal about the angry sushi chef, but usually sushi bars are lively and engaging and this place was neither to the extreme. The food was fine, and only fine. The presentation was boring with zero imagination and no attention to detail. I've been to sushi places in over 15 countries and I would say that possibly because this was very near Disney, that might be the reason this was Mickey Mouse sushi. Not the happiest place on earth for sure. いいえ、結構です

Yelp
I enjoyed my sushi tremendously, I had the Mount Fuji rol and it was perfect with the right mix of flavors, very fresh and the micro cilantro on top gave it a very nice kick. The Sake choices were very good and overall my meal and the service were excellent. I was surprised by the low star rating but my experience was excellent

Yelp
Solid meal with assorted rolls with friends. Dragon, Tempura, Jalapeño & Dynamite rolls were shared by our group with the able assistance of our server. All were solid with that dynamite roll being the best. I withheld a star because the kitchen was overwhelmed and the service was a little slow. Additionally, we found that several rolls were either a little thin, or the rice was not quite sticky enough, as some rolls exploded when picked-up. Still delicious but not as pretty when that happens.

Yelp
Had a great experience eating there at the bar. The restaurant could use a few more tables as it was pretty full from having a couple of conferences happening at the same time in the hotel. We came in and were told ten minutes but got seated at the bar right away. The wait staff was quick and accommodating. Sushi was really good.

Yelp
We were looking forward to eating sushi and when we saw that there was a restaurant on the premise - we went for it. Now, I know it's a sushi establishment but is a restaurant such as this one suppose to smell like fish? I mean, I've gone to several establishments that serve fish/ sushi/ etc. and did not have the smell in the air that Zeta Bar & Sushi Lounge did. A professor once told me when we were eating sushi that fish is not suppose to smell bad... which this just tells me that the quality of the fish is not that good... so decided to not get sushi. When we arrived it was not packed and decided to have some appetizers and drinks. The edamame were good and drinks were descent, but could have been much better. The server was attentive and the vibe seemed pretty hip but that fish smell, I could just not let it go. So, we decided to pay our tab and cut out of there early and head over to the Italian restaurant on the opposite side, which satisfied our need for the night.

Yelp
Atmosphere is chic. HH has $5 rolls and some drink specials. Ordered the California roll and the dynamite rolls. The rolls were kinda small but I guess it's normal cuz it's a restaurant in a hotel. The sushi chefs can be seen in a little cubby slicing up the fish. The taste of the rolls were alright. I'm used to the California roll with the shredded fake crab with a little cream cheese. This one only had the fake crab and cucumber. Dynamite rolls back home in Seattle are HUGE with eel. Guess it's different everywhere. If I lived in the area, not sure I'd recommend purely based on the price. Probably could get better sushi outside the resort area but when you don't have a car and this is the closest Asian cuisine, it'll do. Service was great. Greeted at the door and the food was quick to come.
