Incredibly interesting place with lots of history. There is an exhibit on the 3rd floor with English descriptions about the building. I bought some handmade wool gloves to bring back as gifts, and didn’t bother the haggle, although I’m sure it was expected. Very interesting place to see.

We must look at this place as a part of the history of Kyiv. In general, it will be very difficult to find similar architecture in the entire territory of Ukraine. In general, this is an old market, in one of the oldest parts of the city of Kyiv.

the oldest food market in Kyiv, really one of a kind, with fascinating history. Starting my Awful Kyiv tour here. my tour guests are always amazed. fully recommended for urban explorers But it needs renovation and change of ownership

This rinok is located 2 minute by foot away from metro kontractova plosha , by compared to other rinok in kiev this rinok is completely indoor , so you can go in any climates we don’t want to worried about rain , snow , or sunlight, and we cannot see crowd also it’s really calm and quite place , it’s well cleaned and maintained and this is my favourite rinok in kiev so I recommend everyone should go here and purchase your needs

Useful market if you do your own cooking. Also has a hairdresser.

I love a traditional Eastern European market. It was full of sellers who had brought their cheese, honey, and vegetables from their summer kitchen or small holding. The market sellers sprall out behind the market including lots of old babushkas selling dried beans. It is all very Jack and the Beanstalk. I highly recommend going. Ideally with someone who speaks Russian or Ukrainian to help you talk to the sellers keen on feeding you samples.

I love shopping here. Great Ukrainian food for amazing prices but the folk here don't speak English much if any. But they're (as usual in Ukraine) very kind and helpful so you can probably buy what you want here with some help from Google translate and body language even if you don't speak local languages.
