Zhong Hua, Hotel Chiński

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot. The hotel also shares it's building with a clothes shop, trinket shop, two café's and a restaurant. The hotel itself is gorgeous, some of the hallway was being refurbished while we were there but it was easy to get around the hotel to our room and get to reception when needed. The staff were excellent, they spoke both English and Polish and we're very happy to help in anyway, including ordering taxi's and giving us an umbrella when the weather turned! Probably the most gorgeous hotel I've ever been to, we we're very happy during our stay!

Lovely location at the beach, close to the longest wooden pier in Europe.

It’s a great hotel with a great location! Does not get any closer to the beautiful white beach because you are on the beach! It has 4 wings. It’s important to book the room placed in the newly renovated wing, with the ground floor private deck. The room and the bathroom are really of high standard (four stars +). The view is exceptional…It’s a shame that some other rooms have not the same standard. Please be aware that you need to pay all upfront (special rules). Some progress needs to be done at the reception. You must be patient since sometimes there is nobody at the reception… The breakfast is delicious, and the environment is beautiful (White Marlin), … Even though the breakfast is not included it’s really worth it. A big thank to the team, especially Tom who arranged for us the rooms in the last minute and during the high season (mid August) Tom, thank you for all your efforts and being soo nice and flexible!

We really loved this hotel! It´s situated right on a big, beautiful beach and you can watch the sunrise from your balcony. The rooms are refurbished, big, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Deluxe suite. The lobby is a little dated but it looks like they are already doing something about it. The carpets are new. The staff is very friendly. We arrived at 11 am and reception girl made sure that our room was ready to enter 10 min later. Amazing!!

Very convenient place on the Baltic Sea. Near to the pier and center. You are practically on the beach. This hotel has a great atmosphere. The room and the bathroom are pleasant and clean. Very nice service. Tasty, varied breakfasts. Beautiful view from the window .For me, the only minus is small parking lot. But overall it was great and I recommend it to everyone.

Best location, good value (off season) BUT THE PILLOWS! I can't actually understand it, they did the renovation, spend lots of money, but they decided to look for the pillows in some garbage. Dear hotel manager, sleepless night due to cheap pillows thin as air can (and will!) ruin even the best hotel experience.
