We visited Zig Zag in Arequipa and had a very good experience. We ordered the dish which includes chicken, alpaca, lamb, and beef. Everything was well cooked and nicely presented on a hot stone, which kept the meat warm and at the perfect doneness.
We paired the meal with a Faustino red wine that was delicious and complemented the meats very well. We also had fries, mashed potatoes, and a fresh salad, all very tasty and well-prepared.
The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, with traditional decor that adds a lot of charm.
