I am extremely unhappy with my recent experience at ZigZag. I placed an order expecting it to arrive within the promised timeframe, but it has been significantly delayed with no proper update from the team. I had to keep following up on my own, and the lack of communication is very unprofessional.
This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service. I expected much better from a well-known brand like ZigZag.
