A women's clothing store with a good selection and quality. Their site is efficient and delivers within 3 days inside Colombo. Exchanges are possible within 7 days from delivery, but you must make the purchase immediately in the store; no store credits. There are two floors, with the first floor featuring linen collections. The store has 4-5 fitting rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is parking available for 4-5 vehicles.

Your products are good. But when I visited your shop to purchase, response is that "those designs are yet to be arrived". This is even after heavy marketing campaigns through FB for those designs. I've tried more than 30 calls during several days & nobody bother to answer the calls, Not few calls. I just wanted to get double confirmed whether your products are available before visiting again. How can I make a purchase like this from your shop?

Pretty nice store to shop in . I mainly use the online store for shopping for gifts and stuff. But this time I needed to make a return and exchange it for something else . The staff was super friendly and the store was clean. It was a weekday and somewhat busy . The store isn't exactly huge either. They also have a decent selection to pick from .

The landline is never picked up. Trying for 2 days now and not once they’ve picked up the phone. Plus, they post one “available : in-stock date” on social media but those items are not actually available for days and weeks from that mentioned date. Earlier the overall business operations towards customers were excellent. Now it’s extremely disappointing.

Clothes are 5/5 quality. Excellent designs. But customer service in the store is useless. I asked 2 staff members about an item found in their web, they both said they don’t have it without even trying. I found it by myself. They didn’t even bother to locate the item in their store. Everytime I ordered online, they took a long time to deliver.

Came for an exchange on a discount day..Highly disappointed with the staff..Specially with the 3 people in the cashier ( One lady & 2 Gents )..First they asked to bring another item to settle the purchase amount and after coming with an item they said the discount cannot be added..Wasted our time alot..Finally we had to pay extra simply because of the lack of communication of the staff. Please teach the staff to explain something to a customer properly. Lady on the cashier was totally lost. Highly disappointed with the staff and their communication skills.

I am really disappointed with the service I received. I purchased two tops during the birthday sale, but when I received them, the colors were different from what was shown on the website. I went to exchange the tops, and while they agreed to exchange them, the exchange was made at the discounted price, not the original sale value. The total amount of the birthday sale was LKR 6780, but after the discount, I paid only LKR 3390. Then, I purchased a pair of trousers worth LKR 4690 and ended up paying an additional LKR 1300. So, what’s the actual benefit of a “birthday sale” if customers don’t even get the full value of the product during exchanges? This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the value of shopping during a sale. The whole exchange process felt unfair and misleading. I hope the company reassesses its policies and improves its customer service moving forward. ORDER #175268
