A women's clothing store with a good selection and quality. Their site is efficient and delivers within 3 days inside Colombo. Exchanges are possible within 7 days from delivery, but you must make the purchase immediately in the store; no store credits. There are two floors, with the first floor featuring linen collections. The store has 4-5 fitting rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is parking available for 4-5 vehicles.

Worst service. Don't do the online purchases from zigzag. I’m very disappointed with my experience shopping at ZigZag Clothing online. I ordered a dress over a week ago and still haven’t received it though their email mentioned the delivery will receive you within two working days. I’ve called multiple times to Colombo branch and every time I’m told “we’ll check and get back to you,” but no one actually does. Very poor customer service and no proper follow-up. Definitely not the service I expected. Then I called to the negombo branch and they said your order will receive you on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday but I don't received it yet. Today I called to the negombo branch again and a girl help me with my problem by giving my number for a manager to talk with me. But still no one gave a proper solution for my problem. But that lady was the only person that call back to me and talked to me. Never purchase anything from zigzag. If you can please refund my money.

Pretty nice store to shop in . I mainly use the online store for shopping for gifts and stuff. But this time I needed to make a return and exchange it for something else . The staff was super friendly and the store was clean. It was a weekday and somewhat busy . The store isn't exactly huge either. They also have a decent selection to pick from .

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Placed an online order with full payment more than 15 days ago, no delivery and the customer services doesn't pick up the phone for inquiries. Really disappointed!

Really poor customer service. I ordered a white skirt and it arrived to me with stains on it. And as soon as I received it I contacted them but no proper response till now I spent emails, dms on Instagram but no solution till now. I’m highly disappointed of this customer service
