I’m leaving this review to share my experience and to help others make an informed decision. I placed an online order on 12 November and made the full payment upfront. Although the items were shown as “in stock,” the order was never delivered, even after several weeks of waiting.
After multiple follow-ups, I was finally informed that only one item was available and the rest were still “under production.” This was quite surprising and disappointing because I ordered ready-made items, not custom-made ones. I had to repeatedly contact customer service just to receive updates, and even after nearly a month, there was still no clear delivery date.
After checking reviews, I now see that many other customers have faced similar issues with delayed orders, poor communication, and items being marked as “in stock” when they actually aren’t.
While I understand that issues can happen, the lack of transparency, inaccurate stock information, and long delays make it very difficult to trust the online store again. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously, improves communication, and ensures that only truly available items are sold as “in stock.”
For now, based on my experience and the experiences of many others, I would not recommend relying on the online store until these problems are properly addressed.
PS. As i have mentioned, the problem was with the ONLINE SERVICE & their CUSTOMER SERVICE. But i must say that, when everything was explained to the shop, the staff of the shop was So Helpful and informed the online service about the problems they caused. Specially the sales girl (can't remember her name, but was very pleasant and patient ) and the manager of the store.
Thanks to the Staff of the STORE, the problem was resolved by next day morning.
