Pretty nice store to shop in . I mainly use the online store for shopping for gifts and stuff. But this time I needed to make a return and exchange it for something else . The staff was super friendly and the store was clean. It was a weekday and somewhat busy . The store isn't exactly huge either. They also have a decent selection to pick from .

I really love the clothes from zigzag specially because of the nice materials and stylish designs. Most of my workwear pieces are from zigzag. However, the one area that could use improvement is the stitching. Particularly around the buttons and buttonholes. In almost every piece I own, the stitching has come loose or the buttons have fallen off after just one wash. As a result, I now hand wash all of them to avoid further damage. If the stitching quality can be improved, it would make a huge difference and truly elevate the overall experience with the brand.
