Zilwa Attitude Hotel

Zilwa Attitude Hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations on this second visit! The front desk was so welcoming, specially Mr. Vivian Marie and all the staffs went above and beyond. Special thanks to Mr. Yashveer Mohun restaurant supervisor, Mr. Vishal restaurant manager, Miss Atifah at the bulk shop, Miss Kannavia / Kavannia at Customer Service, Mr. Giovanni and Mr. Amrish hotel manager for making our vacation truly exceptional and memorable. Our room was spotless. The hotel has amazing views. The breakfast buffet has so many delicious options. Really enjoyed our dinner at both Lor Disab & the Thai restaurant Manao. The hotel is absolutely perfect for leisure travelers. Highly recommended. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Moreover, I really loved the fact that we were able to check out late with the All Inclusive Package and therefore enjoy all the hotel facilities until the last minute. Finally, most importantly in our opinion, all the staffs were very considerate throughout our stay, We are already planning a third visit end of next year hopefully. Thank you!!

I want to rate it 3.5, but Google doesnt let you. 🤪 The rooms we had were spacious, but they had to fix the water pressure as we had none the first night. We alao had a leak in the roof(from the aircon) at aeound 9:30 at night and I had to call recwption twice for someone to come which took 45 mins. All the menus are online which isnt great, would be nice if the bars at least had the more popular selling items on display. We were unlucky and the wind kept us from doing much watersport or snorkeling in the resort as the flag was only green on the last of 10 days we were there. The spa treatments were top class and not overly expensive. The towel system is silly as other people keep taking your towels if you dont watch them the whole time. The lobster dinner on the beach was worth every cent and probably the best part of our stay. The snacks at the bar are limited and not of a high quality. You have to keep taking your own heavy bottles of water to your room as they dont put it there when servicing the rooms. At the price you would at least expect them to put water in the fridge daily, especially on all inclusive. The staff are friendly and the kids club was enjoyable for our kids. The options on food by the pool restaurant is limited. Always aak for coffee from the barista as the machine coffee is not very good. All in all not bad, but small things can make a big difference in the resort.

We were expecting a dream hotel, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Pros: Nice design with a beautiful view at the entrance. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice boat house activities (snorkeling, boat rental, trip to a nearby island). Beautiful pools, but stones around the kids’ pool are uncomfortable and unsafe. Cons: The buffet offers almost the same food every day, just presented differently, and there was no jam at breakfast. À la carte restaurants must be booked in advance and with a 3-year-old it’s hard to plan, so you always end up eating the same few buffet dishes. Daytime entertainment is almost non-existent (only aqua gym and volleyball). Evening entertainment is just a piano bar with old-fashioned, boring music. The kids club was a big disappointment: we never left our 3-year-old son there; the place felt strange, staff didn’t inspire confidence and there were no visible or promoted activities like mini disco or games. The beach is muddy with very poor water visibility. For an all-inclusive resort, they don’t even provide wristbands, which feels poorly organized. They advertise the hotel as very family-friendly, but there is nothing particularly special for families or children. Considering the price, for the same money you could go to the Maldives and have a much better experience. Conclusion: We would not return to this hotel.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Zilwa Attitude. I would highly recommend for families and adults alike. The staff were very welcoming. Particular favourite was the Mauritian restaurant which stood out in terms of both food and service. ||The kids club was excellent, proving a wide range or activities to keep the little ones entertained between 9am and 9pm. ||The evening entertainment was great too. Pilates classes were my favourite. I wish there were more of them throughout the week. ||The housekeeping team were very attentive and looked after our room making sure we had all we needed. ||The check out process was smooth and having the option to book a shower before departure was very welcome. ||We have really enjoyed the Spa. I had one of the best deep tissue sports massages ever.||I particularly liked the eco touches and valued that the property was BCorp certified. ||There were no single use plastics, even the bin liners were made of fabric. It’s so great to be able to stay in a hotel that cares about the environment and shares our values. ||We will definitely be back.

We chose Zilwa Attitude for a New Year staycation and had a very enjoyable experience. The food and drinks were good overall, especially the New Year eve gala dinner, and the services and entertainments mostly met our expectations. Our room was good, not perfect, but comfortable and pleasant nevertheless. Like other Attitude hotels, Zilwa did not disappoint, and we would definitely consider staying again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff were attentive, warm, and always ready to help, ensuring our stay was comfortable and special in every way. The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail reflected care and professionalism. We sincerely appreciated the kindness shown to us throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone, and we leave with beautiful memories and heartfelt gratitude.||

Thanks to Mr. Amrish Jhugroo, we had the opportunity, yet again, to enjoy the best day package at Zilwa Attitude Hotel. Every moment there, like always, was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived till the time we checked out,  the quality and consistency of the service provided by the hotel staff were outstanding. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the day. ||I invited three friends to join me, and they also had an amazing experience. We all enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, which were well maintained and easily accessible. The food was delicious and well presented, and my friends especially appreciated the variety and quality food offered.||Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our day even more enjoyable. My guests were really impressed by the overall experience they had at Zilwa Attitude. If you want a quality day or stay to cut off from the rush of daily life, I would definitely recommend Zilwa Attitude Hotel. A very relaxing  and enjoyable getaway.

We had such an amazing stay at Zilwa Attitude and honestly didn’t want to leave. We had no complains we found everything to be 10/10. The views are absolutely breathtaking and you really feel how special the location is from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautifully laid out and there’s so much to do, whether you want to relax or keep busy with the many activities on offer for free by the hotel. ||What really made our stay though were the staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly and genuinely happy to help and there were always plenty of staff around which made everything feel easy and relaxed. It created such a welcoming atmosphere and made us feel very well looked after every moment of the day. ||One of the highlights was the island BBQ, which felt like a real treat and a unique experience. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with so much choice and consistently high quality.||Overall, Zilwa Attitude exceeded our expectations in every way. It felt relaxed, welcoming and special all at once, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius.||If you’re going as well, please always try feed and help the stray cats and animals in the country.
