Zimmerhof Hotel

Excellent from the word go. It is an old property but they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Tim at the reception is a great brand ambassador for Zimmerof. The breakfast and room cleaning were good.

Decent place, cosy and great location, close to many great pubs, restaurant and the central city market, the hotel has an elevator to your room floor as the the stairs are tights if you have big suitcases, breakfast included and nice seating, however if you stay for 3 days or longer, breakfast becomes boring as it always services the same breakfast. I would still recommend this place, service is very attentive, helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel situated very close to to all the eating places. There was a large fun fair just around the corner which was nice and if you crossed the bridge it extended to over that sqaure also. Breakfast was nice and bar area was also suffice no restaurant onsite but as you have so many eating places within a short walking distance that was no problem.

Good location right in the center of the city! No free parking at the hotel, but you can park at CC De Mol which is only 8 minutes by foot. Breakfast was good, ample choice and fresh ingredients. We had a room on the 1st floor, for which you have to climb a very steep and uncomfortable staircase. The room was extremely small though, for 120€ per night I would expect a room where I can move comfortably along both sides of the bed. Room was very clean though, with separate bathroom and toilet. ||||The only thing that really bothered me was the attitude of some staff members. When I called the hotel prior to arrival, the guy on the phone was quite unfriendly and not service-minded. Upon arrival the lady at reception was rather distant. No warm welcome here. Except for the lady who served breakfast in the morning, she was very friendly. We were staying at the hotel with a bunch of friends for an event and they all had the same experience.

Hotel in a very nice location, in the city centre. Rooms are comfortable. Everyday cleaning. Breakfast also included and was good

Clean, comfortable, good room, good bathroom, but left feeling that it did not quite tick all the boxes. Had ground floor room, so could not leave window open, and was a very hot night. Layout of old building does not lead to a friendly environment. Negotiating steep stairs to an upstairs room with a suitcase would have been a nightmare! Breakfast included, but again bits not good. Excellent fruit and yogurts, but coffee machine having an off-day as was undrinkable!

After arriving late, due to traffic delays, we were greeted by a charming young man who due to lack of parking allowed us to pull our car into the grounds of the hotel. |The rooms though small provided for every need; nothing was forgotten. |The rooms were spotlessly clean with tea and coffee facilities, if we were staying longer. I would have chosen a ground floor room;there are steep narrow stairs to the first floor. |Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and set us up for our ongoing journey. |The hotel is centrally located a few minutes from many restaurants that take orders until approximately 10pm. |

I had the good fortune to stay at the zimmerhof hotel last week. ||As i was on business it is located in a great location, right in the centre of town next to the new restaurants, and bars of lier. ||The room as excellent, a very comfy bed, English television and a large bathroom with power shower. ||The breakfast and coffee were plentiful and freshly prepared with the option of cooked or continental available. ||The only bad thing was the wifi in my room was non existent which became a problem for completing my work on returning to the hotel. ||All in all a good hotel and would most definitely visit again.
