I came to have a good burger and that's what I got. It was very delicious. I knew the service wouldn't be great because of my appearance and race but oh well. Very nice and upscale dining room. Next time I'll order Togo.

The hamburger is decent for the price, the fries is ok. Not terrible if you get the truffle fries. The banana cream pie is good though

I went there during happy hour which does have discounted pricing on some of their drinks and food. I was pleasantly surprised that they do have Gluten-Free hamburgers buns. I ordered the El Diablo Burger and it as ao delicious!! You could taste the poblano peppers and just enough of a spicy kick. I'm already looking forward to the next time I go there, I'm inclined to have the same burger since it was so good but curious if the other birthdays are as good. The only thing is that I wish it came with fries or some kind of a side, but you have to order that separately. I said at that bar and the ambiance was good.

Absolutely delicious!! I got the classic diner burger (with a double patty because I was hungry) so good, the beef is cooked (and seasoned) to perfection! The wings are good too, perfectly saucy. The Parmesan zucchini fries are perfect as well.

One of the best happy hours in the valley. Their signature burger is only $9 with a small fry as a 2.50 add-on. For 11:50 you saving $7 off the regular price and it's a great burger. Good specials on drinks as well. Always good service and the food is consistently high quality.

Zinburger delivered an amazing burger experience! The meat was juicy, perfectly cooked, and paired wonderfully with their truffle fries. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great selection of drinks too. It’s definitely a go-to spot for quality burgers and a chill vibe.

So the reason for the low review is the lack of diversity. Our server was very nice but she looked like every other server young, tall, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Being a wmn of color and there with my husband who is also melanated it was off putting to see cookie cutter stereotypical women not of color. There needs to be diversity in the staff and as a well to do person of color unless I see people like me doing more than dining there I can't patron the business on a constant basis. So I probably won't go back even though I enjoyed the food. It just left a bad taste in my mouth not seeing the much needed diversity in a restaurant in 2024 at that. I definitely won't recommend to friends as they are more vocal and would of called a manager over to point out the fact everyone was white, young, and blonde.

They also serve beer wine and craft cocktails with a happy hour from 3-6 M-F with deals on appetizers and drinks. We both had the classic diner burger $10.50, which you can add fries or a salad for $2.50. Their cheeseburger was jucy and delicious. I added a side of very tasty onion rings served with barbecue sauce, which was a little weird, but we asked for ranch, so it was all good. We enjoyed our dining experience our server Julia was very friendly and helpful. They have several locations give them a try.

The spicy tuna & avocado was really good and filling. It was with a ponzu honey sauce and some spicy flakes, but not too spicy. My boyfriend got the double truffle fries and they were just basic, but good. The service was great, we at the bar outside with our dog and the ambiance was pleasant.

Nice clean restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and comfortable seating. The servicing very friendly and efficient. They brought everything out fairly quickly and would come around and check on us. My mom really enjoyed her hamburger with cheese. The wings were perfectly cooked, where they was nice and done all the way through, but still juicy and had a nice flavorful marinade over them. We enjoyed some fried tortilla chips with dip to start and we're perfectly pleased with our meal and service the whole time.

My group and I went to Zinburger on a whim because we were shopping, and I was craving a burger...a chicken burger! We were seated immediately and given waters quickly. The service was top notch; however, the kitchen took some time to get the food out. The salad took the longest amount of time to come out. With all that being said, the food was SUPER TASTY. Everyone ate everything on their plates, and we were very satisfied with our choice here.

Sat at the bar had a Mango Habanero Margarita which was not spicy enough for my liking. Inthen ordered a El Diablo burger that includes fire roasted jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce & chipotle mayo AGAIN not that Spicy and even though they cooked, it medium rare like I requested the burger was just OK. The buns could be a lot better. I've definitely had way better hamburgers in the valley not a place that I have on my list to go back to, but if I was in the area, I would.

Cameron and the team at the Zinburger Biltmore are fantastic. It is obvious they go above and beyond to ensure all customers are satisfied. They are experts in attention to detail with orders and take great pride in the quality of their food and service. It is rare these days to find great service and exceptional humans, you will find them here. Thankyou for being great hosts and for the consistently yummy food. Looking forward to being back!

The staff was so friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a great energy; well-decorated, well-lit, and well-organized. The food was good; could use more seasoning and a variety of flavors, like added fresh herbs and such. My zinburger was cooked perfectly though. Will definitely try the turkey burger next time.

Pretty average burger at a price that makes no sense. Small amount of fries that you're paying $2 extra for. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 minutes down the street to In and Out.

Arizona restaurant week So disappointed they gave us a table and menu but never came out with water or to take our order. Left after 15 minutes. They were not busy at all

It's been years since we visited Zinburger and our first time at this location. Why did we wait so long again to visit? It was excellent! We got a beer, iced tea, mixed fries/onion rings, and 3 entrees for $65. I thought that was reasonable. Beer selection was okay but ended up ordering a can from Iowa. Was pretty tasty, honestly. We got a burger bowl (great), the Bruce Lee, and the Zinburger. Every one of us cleared our plates. I had the Bruce Lee and loved it. It was spicy (I see you jalapeños!) but delicious. The veggie patty I asked for was great and unique. Made with bulgar wheat or something like that. I'm a huge fan of housemade veggie burgers and will order them on any menu, so def had to try this one. Would for sure order again. They said we could mix one type of fry and onion rings, so we did. Not sure the charge on that. They have great deals for happy hour and takeout, too. Wish it were a smidge closer to our house, but that would also be dangerous! 10/10

We came here for lunch yesterday for the first time in at least a year. Bar seating was wide open since they had just opened at 11am. Service provided by Garret was excellent. Always good to see a friendly and familiar face. Chopped wedge salad is amazing, especially with extra dressing on the side and fresh ground pepper. The double diner cheeseburger is delicious and you can't go wrong with the green chili fries or regular seasoned fries.

First time here as recommended by Arizona locals. The food was delicious. The burgers were all cooked just the way we ordered it. The toppings were plentiful and flavorful. Three sweet potato fries were like any other, but the dipping sauce was amazing. The service was fast, which was a plus. It was hard to track down a waiter or waitress after you got your food. All we wanted was some ketchup, but no one was free to help us. The ambiance was nice. Both indoor and outdoor dining. The place was clean and modern.

Food was great! One of the best Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches I've had! Service was great and the patio is pet friendly. We will definitely put this on our list of favorite places.

Stopped by here for a nice burger and some fries this night. This night I got the Zin Burger and sweet potato fries. My burger was cooked to my liking. The sweet potato fries were good. I like the white dipping sauce that comes with them too. I tried their double chocolate milk shake and it was really good. I do miss that Nutella shake they had a while ago. The server did a great job too. She was on the spot with water refills. The ambiance is nice. It can be quite busy at times too. I can not wait to go back.

Loved the recent visit to Zinburger. Great service and super friendly staff. I visited with my 10min old and we both enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and baby girl also agreed. The highlight for me was their Brussel Sprouts. It was sooo good I wish more was in the bowl. I've had the burgers at Zinburger and they were good but loved the bowl. They do have an outdoor option which we opted for. It was a nice day out so great to be seated outside while enjoying our meal. The only negative to their outside seating it's to a main walkway area in the Biltmore, so not private.

Love it great food great shakes and Zucchini Fry's are the best!! The turkey burger is my favorite.

Zinburger is always a good idea. Whether you're craving a burger, shake, or fancy fries they've got you covered. Service has always been speedy, friendly and helpful. Lately I've been loving and craving the burger bowl. Yummy. Give it a try. Be sure to take a shopping break to sit on the patio in the nice weather and do some people watching while you nosh!

An all around good burger. The patty was juicy and delicious with toppings and a perfectly toasted bun and fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and nicely salted. The restaurant was bright and cheery with a giant chalkboard showing the monthly specials. Our server was quick and friendly. Definitely worth going back to again in the future.

Zinburger is the "boujee" burger joint! I enjoy dining here. I ordered the Burger of the month which was the Brooklyn Burger it came with pepperoni, tomato marmalade, roasted peppers, onion, lettuce, smoked mozzarella, and mayo. I'll keep saying this, because I'm a spicy girl, I added some roasted jalapenos. The jalapenos gave the burger a nice spicy kick. My server provided top tier service with her commentary, expertise on items on the menu and very accommodating with food modifications requests. It was a nice day so I opted to sit in the patio area. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Zinburger and look forward to going back.

Zinberger must have been sold. The burgers just do not seem right. The meat seems like it was pre packaged and not of the usual quality. I remember when Outback steak house was sold to private equity quality went to s*** The same seems to be going on here.

Stopped in for a quick bite while in the Biltmore area and enjoyed the food here. It was pretty busy so seems like a popular weekend place to eat. The El Diablo burger was delicious and cooked nicely as ordered. The fries were also good and satisfying. I would come back again to try more from the menu, but for the price the burgers can't really compare to places like Hamburguesas y Cervezas or AZ Wilderness.

Zinburger does their name justice. The place is bright and clean. The service was great and the food was amazing! We wanted to try a few different things and got the classic diner burger, chinese chicken salad, Mac n cheese, sweet potato fries and their special dessert of the month. The burger was juicy and had enough bun to meat ratio. It was cooked perfectly as well (no hockey pucks wanted around here). The chinese chicken salad was fresh and delicious. The sides of Mac n cheese was perfectly cheesey goodness and those sweet potato fries had a delicious yogurt sauce with them. So good! The dessert was their special of the month and I remember it had some type of caramel sauce. It was heaven! Overall, we would definitely stop in again if we're in the area and hungry for some good food!

The whole experience from getting seated to checking out was great!' The fries are good and the wings hit the spot on this visit!

Zinburger was one of the best restaurants I went to. It elevated the whole entire burger industry experience and generally tasted high quality and delicious. The waiter was especially nice and the store had a great interrior.

Service was fine. Booth was a little ripped but the place looked clean. The food was just mediocre at best. The kids meals include a side, adult meals do not. The baby liked her food, but it was just a burger/patty/American cheese, and you could choose between regular fries, sweet potato fries or salad with ranch. I had the Bruce Lee burger. It was decent, but unimpressive. I did like that they weren't super stingy with the avocado. But it's super messy, fyi. I liked the flavor of the bbq sauce and they had an adequate amount of jalapeños. I think it would have been better with a little more slaw as the bbq sauce kind of overpowered it. We had truffle fries. There wasn't very much truffle flavor in the "double truffle" fries.

Our server was amazing, very attentive and kind. The ambiance was very homey and had a chill vibe. The person who brought our food was kind enough to ask if we needed anything else and brought us plenty more sauce. The food is amazinga and fast, super fast!! The ranch is one of a kind!! 10/10 would recommend!

Five stars for chicken burger alone. So tasty, crunchy, and fresh! Sweet potato fries were also really good.

We love to come here for the Farm Salad, however I tried the Burger Bowl this last visit and it was absolute perfection. Not dry, had all the fixings, and very filling. Cant wait to come back and try more items.

I came here during Restaurant Week (and because I could walk here too) and I ordered the California Bowl, sweet potato fries (that I shared) and banana cream pie (shared), and a glass of red wine (but ended up giving most of that to my hubby). To start, the California Bowl was actually quite good. Maybe I didn't read the description well, but I was surprised when I was ordering that she asked how I'd like it cooked... well, what? Oh, there's a meat patty in this. Again, pleasantly surprised, and I'd definitely eat it again. However, the sweet potato fries were lacking in flavor and the banana cream pie was just good, not great. The restaurant week menu is set, so I could not substitute a sangria (during happy hour) for the red wine, which was the same price, but I get it--the menu is the menu for restaurant week. The service was a little lacking. We lost our waitress for a long time after she said that she'd be back with the pie. Even had to ask a passing waiter where she was or where the pie was after a long wait. She did apologize, and I get that they are obviously understaffed. The outside area patio, however, is very comfortable.

Ordered a burger and asked for a slice of tomato on it. She charged me a $1 for a slice of tomato. I refused of course. This is ridiculous!!! They pay .99¢ per pound of tomatoes, and charging $1 for a slice!! Shame on you Zinburger!!!!

Decided to try a new burger place in the area and found this spot. Upon entering we were greeted by a nice hostess who asked our preference for outside or inside. We chose to sit outside due to the nice weather. The waitress did take a while to come by and acknowledge our table and get drinks. We ordered our burgers and fries. I asked for medium rare and got well done but didn't say anything. The fries were just okay. It took us longer to get the check and in comparison to the table next to us - they were getting excellent service from the same waitress. It just soured the experience a bit. Service - meh, food - okay, would I return - for the prices probably not.

Let's just say best burgers by far! I wished we had this restaurant in Southern Cali, Orange County to be exact. The bf, his daughter and I were starving and wanted burgers. My bf looked on Yelp and found this place. We arrived during dinner time 5pm they were busy so we had a choice sit at the bar or wait 45 minutes for table. We sat at the bar lol, the waiters were all very nice, friendly and helpful. They have happy hour here from 3-6pm. Our burgers were delicious and juicy very flavorful! We came back a couple days later because of the food. I would recommend this place! Atmosphere was nice and clean staff was wonderful and they have clean restrooms!!!!

Fun atmosphere! This place is definitely coming across as a very fancy burger place. We enjoyed a couple of burgers as well as some of the zucchini fries. I would say the zucchini fries were pretty good. You get a decent amount and they definitely feel worth the price. My burger, which had jalapenos on it, was good but it was a very messy burger. It did not quite come across that professional. But it was very flavorful so I want to make sure they get points for that. We had great service and I feel like we were definitely getting a gourmet burger treatment for the most part. It's attached to a very fancy shopping center so you are getting that very fancy experience. But like I said, the burger was not quite up to par as far as I was concerned.

Great burger - whenever I'm in the area and craving a burger and fries, this is the first place I think of in the Biltmore area. 4 stars because the price is a bit much for a burger and fries. Service is always pleasant and take out orders are easy. The actual sit down areas are very laid back yet clean - I love sitting outside as well.

Dined at the bar outside during happy hour on a Friday night. I took advantage of the happy hour fries and decided to go with the buffalo chicken sandwich. Service was good and my food was served fresh. I enjoyed the taste of my sandwich and will return to try the veggie burger that I heard was amazing.

The food was A++. Being a Celiac, the best part for me was the dedicated fryer for the fries! The staff was great too! Bring these to the east coast!!!

Upscale burger place where the food is about what you would expect. The atmosphere is great and we loved the outdoor seating. Our food took a very long time and they mixed up our checks with a neighboring table. We ordered burgers, fries, chicken sandwich, a salad and the "grinch shake." Everything was good but nothing to rave about in my opinion.

Went here for lunch on a weekday. There was no wait and I was seated right away. The atmosphere was bright and airy thanks to the large windows that did an excellent job of letting the Arizona sun shine through. My server, Lauren was kind and attentive. I ordered the classic diner cheeseburger with an extra patty and a side of onion rings with ranch. The burger was good enough to warrant the $13 price tag. The bun was soft on the inside, but delightfully crispy underneath - offering a nice textural contrast with the rest of the burger. The toppings were all carefully considered and well placed - so even though the burger itself was hearty and stacked high, it wasn't messy to eat. The cheese was melted to perfection - not oozing, but half-melted either. It was just right. The burger patties were thin and cooked well. I prefer my cheeseburgers with thinner patties, hence my selection. I feel like the additional surface area allows for more char and flavor vs. going with one larger patty. That said, the seasoning was a little heavy for my taste. A pinch or two less salt would have been perfect. Not sure if this is representative of how they typically season their burgers or if cook who prepared mine was just a little heavy handed that day, but that was my experience. The onion rings were crispy and the portion size was generous. I requested ranch as a substitute for the BBQ sauce. The ranch they served was excellent ranch - just the right viscosity and very flavorful. A great companion to the burger. Overall, I'd definitely visit Zinburger again.

If you're looking for a treat at the Biltmore shopping center swing by here and enjoy their happy hour. The value is exceptional. Burgers, sides, and shakes are very well priced. At full price I would say things are slightly expensive for what you are getting, but I would still visit during normal hours. The staff was very courteous and prompt and the ambiance was very relaxed. Restaurant was very clean as well. Will be back soon for their happy hour!

Went for lunch. Sat at the outdoor part of bar. Fast friendly service. Ordered the classic double. Very good. A plus with Scrimshaw on tap.

Three of us went to grab dinner here on a weeknight. Even though there were plenty of tables open, we were first offered a table just outside of the kitchen. Fortunately the hostess allowed us to choose a different table away from the noise and chaos of the kitchen. Our server was great and she brought our drinks out quickly (she was also good with refills when we needed them). And our food came out quickly which was appreciated. We had 3 burgers and they were fine, prepared as we ordered. My issue was the "large" order of fries. It didn't even fill the basket halfway and they throw the ketchup cup in the basket so it takes up room too that should have fries in that space. There were maybe 1 and 1/2 potatoes in there. Sides like this are super cheap so I don't understand why a restaurant would be stingy with them. Also something strange happened. The fire alarm started going off during dinner. No one bothered to come by and explain what was happening or why. Everyone just kept doing what they were doing. We were surprised to see a fire truck outside when we left. For $56 + tip, we won't be choosing Zin again soon. You really need to have a blanket on the floor at my feet on the blanket that she spent a couple minutes digging to settle her self don't care.

Nice happy hour. Good sized burgers for me, who doesn't want a quarter pounder that I have to dislocate my jaw to eat. I got the steak burger (mushrooms, onions, mayo but skipped the A1 sauce. Not a fan). Perfect sized burger for me and $7 HH price is a steal. Fries were hot and tasty. Good priced drinks too! P Definitely going back.

We had reservations for 5.pm, place was busy with several diners waiting to get in. Maybe it was their happy hour specials. We ordered our burgers medium but they came out well done very disappointing since the patties are thin. Our waitress was dis organized, she had to run our bills 4 times

This place was very clean, friendly staff, and oh my the burger bowl was so exquisite! Wow. I'm definitely going to return. The music was a bit loud but other than that the chef was outstanding!!!

Food is fresh and delicious. Zucchini fries and sweet potato fries are great. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

We love this place. The chopped Wedge was excellent and the burgers are very good. It is a little loud but it is worth it for the food.
