Zion Campfire Lodge At Zion Park, Ascend Hotel Collection

Fantastic! Arrived to a very clean and spacey room that had a comfortable and modern feel to it. The bathroom was much larger than your average too-small hotel bathroom and was very updated and well cleaned. The exterior of the building compliments the beautiful Zion peaks. The pool was a little outdated but nothing terrible. Breakfast food was tasty and staff were both friendly and helpful. I was quite impressed!

We stayed in the motel, great value for money. The rooms were clean, well maintained and had a microwave, fridge, AC and cable TV. The motel also provided a good quality free breakfast. They had a coin laundry and a pool which we didn't get to use due to it being closed for the season. Great views of Zion surrounding the hotel/grounds. The only thing was the shower pressure and free Wifi was pretty average. It's a 10min walk to the Zion Visitor Centre and there is a shuttle bus stop right next door.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Any time I went to the front desk, I was greeted with friendly , helpful staff. Nicely located, less than a mile from the entrance to Zion National Park. Room was pretty nice and clean. Even had a small patio. Because of covid, you don’t get the nice breakfast advertised. But they do give you a choice of a few things with a bagged breakfast. They have a laundry mat there. Plus an outside pool.

This hotel is also an RV park and would be best suited for use for camping. I stayed for nine days over the Thanksgiving Holiday in the hotel part. Pros: - Very close to the entrance of Zion National Park - Friendly staff - Excellent room service with great towels and very comfortable bed - Laundry on site. Cons: - After hiking in the cold all day, I would have liked to be able to take a hot shower. The water never went over lukewarm. - The fridge froze all my leftover food - The walls were so paper thin I could hear my neighbors snoring - The hotel parking was always blocked by a large RV checking into the RV park - Breakfast was a bagged lunch filled with measly packet of oatmeal or two eggs. I understand we are in a pandemic but the advertisement on the hotel website should state no full breakfast is provided. Overall this place is better suited for RV visitors. I would not use the hotel part again.

Close to Zions and the shuttle. The front office staff was really friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The bathroom was also clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and the chef was so nice and friendly. After a 3 night stay we left to go home and I left something back in the room. I called them as we drove home and they mailed it back. i received it 2 days later. Fast and efficient service. I would recommend them and I can't wait to go back to Zions. I will stay there again.

The local was excellent, right outside Zion National Park and on the shuttle line. Restaurants and shops were next door. Our room was spacious because we had a suite, and the views of the mountains were excellent. The man working in the breakfast area was so accommodating that he fried eggs to order! It was a great place to stay when visiting the park!

The ladies who work the front desk are an absolute delight! The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The refrigerator was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. If I make my way out to Zion again, I will definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for our family of 4. From check-in to check-out it was perfect. Friendly, clean, decent breakfast, great hot shower, and convenient to Zion entrance. The only thing missing was a heated pool or hot tub after a long day of hiking. 100% would recommend
