Such a cute and comfortable room. It had everything that we needed, pool had a lot of pool toys for the kids to use while enjoying the water. Staff was very professional and nice. You have everything that you need within a few steps or minutes walk away, including shuttle stops. Would stay here again!

Google
This hotel is quaint and Family friendly. It was owned by a couple and the personal family feel is still there today. We had a family room and it was perfect for our group of five. It is not renovated but exceptionally clean. We liked it for a nostalgic feel and is in a magnificent location. The best part is having breakfast next-door at Porter. They had great food and we had a breakfast voucher for each day that we stayed.

Google
What a perfect perfect jumping off point for Zion adventures! Very affordable, we split a room with queen beds between 3 of us and had space to organize our camping supplies etc. Mini fridge was clutch!!! Very clean. It was 5 minutes from the visitor center so if you're catching an early shuttle it was super easy to get into the park. Free breakfasts are at the restaurant next door and we didn't get to take advantage of it because we left so early but that's a nice bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

It was my first time staying at a motel. The room was more spacious than I expected, with three large beds and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but everything was clean. I also got a free breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door. The breakfast was a proper meal, normally priced between $10 and $14—such a great deal! There was a free shuttle bus to Zion National Park departing from just near the motel, which was really convenient. There were also cafés and a supermarket nearby, so the location was great.

Google
This motel is pretty run of the mill, but the location is fantastic. The shuttle stop #5 for the park is about 200 feet from the front office. The rooms were well decorated, but dated. The front desk service was not good, hence the 4 stars. The fellow at the front when we visited mumbled and didn't engage very well. He seemed like he was just there to push keys and play on his phone. He was also difficult to understand. I would expect better customer service from a hospitality staff in a destination like Springdale. ||Be aware, when we visited in March there wasn't a pool or even an ice machine. Seems asinine and cheap that the owners would not turn on the ice machine. At $300 a night I'd expect this at minimum. ||Parking is free, and they'll let you park there for the day you check out, which is nice

Google
This is a great Motel to stay at, was very happy with everything! This is one of the "cheaper" places to stay but it's perfectly located - once we arrived we only had to take the complimentary shuttle to Zion and all the restaurants and shops are walking distance. Check in was easy peasy! The views are absolutely magical! Definitely consider Zion Park Motel!

Lovely stay in a vintage feeling motel. Very clean and comfortable, rooms are large and hotel was a great location. Complimentary breakfast next door was amazing. Will stay again!

Google
Even though small, this place was comfortable and certainly convenient to Zion Park as a bus stop for the free bus to the park was located just next to it. The cleaning crew were Very friendly and the included hot breakfast at the restaurant next door was a good full breakfast. We could also leave our car parked here while we spent the day in the park. We highly recommend this motel.

Yelp
We actually didn't stay at this motel, but we had a flat tire and pulled into the motel, the staff went above and beyond , helped us with the tire and made sure we didn't run out of water, caring, loving, people, I will stay at this motel next time we are in Zion

Shem W.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff here were friendly during our entire stay. The only room available was their smallest, but our wife and I did not feel cramped. The room was equipped with a small fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker. We also had a great time lounging at the heated pool. One of the best things about this motel is their location. Close to restaurants, an awesome coffee shop, souvenir shops, grocery store, shuttle stop and a laundry mat. The entrance to Zion is about a mile away and is walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

Kelsey M.

Yelp
Prices were great and the room was clean and nice. They include breakfast which is well worth the stay as well, especially considering food costs in Springdale. I'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
The Zion Park Motel's staff is fantastic! They took care of me after a mix up in my reservation. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Zion National Park to look to stay at the Zion Park Motel!

Yelp
The style of the place is cool, I like that is is just down town so you can easily walk to the entrance of the park. Easy access to all the local stores and restaurants. The town is quiet, so it makes for some nice quiet time if you like late night walks. Ther is not to much light pollution so you can observe the night sky. I have not been here in summer though, just fall and spring. The hotel its self has been well maitiainced, the parking lot feels fresh and clean and the office has a retro feel. Its a perfect mix of old feel but new. Free wifi is nice since the service can get really slow in town, come the middle of the day, thanks to networks throttling their speeds in "congestion" - the only sad thing for this trip was that the pool was not open yet.

Thomas M.

Yelp
Great small hotel for the price. Close to the park entrance, lots of amenities nearby. Neat view from the pool patio.

Steven P.

Yelp
This is the best place around and the lastnof the mom and pop motels. Everyone else has sold out to the large chains. Bit thus mom and pop remains as a simple place that accommodates. This is the only place worthy of my time and money. The family that runs it is great. Thanks for not selling out. Springdale looks more and more like Disneyland. Sad

Warren S.

Yelp
Great motel. Looks like it's family owned (don't really know though). The locals seem to love it. We got the big family-sized room which is a suite with two bedrooms and a separate whole kitchen. Front desk people are really nice and knowledgeable. There are several rules but they all make sense, especially regarding parking. Definitely will stay again if we're in the area. Really impressed with this small local one-off motel.

Sharon K.

Yelp
Our first visit to Zion, we stay here at Zion park motel. Pros + the hotel clerk was super helpful and friendly with questions and information about getting around town and to the park. + information about shuttles, parking, hours posted at the front lobby + clean facility + small little playground in the back of the motel for kids to run around and play. It's a been outdated, but my kids didn't care. Cons - the WiFi need is very slow... - they offer coffee each morning, but requires you to visit the convenience store across the street. (They all support reach other) but I found it very inconvenient to walk down the street to get it. - the pool wasn't available when we came in. It was under construction. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Wendy M.

Yelp
Last minute road trip to Zion for New Years and my friend and I stayed in this motel. We were at first skeptical but when we got there the room was clean and everything was neat and organized. Would love to stay again here for the price. But was wondering if this motel is haunted, my friend and I witnessed some stuff and couldn't really sleep but we still think this hotel was nice. I recommend.

Molly S.

Yelp
This was the perfect stay for what we needed. Clean and beds were comfy. Significantly better than the average motel. They don't have breakfast but they give you coupons for coffee at a shop across the street.

Tasha H.

Yelp
Zion Park Motel is the perfect place to stay while you enjoy your adventure at the park. The location is great, hop on the Springdale shuttle to get to the park, or drive yourself just a mile to the entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with climate control. There was also a microwave and small fridge, which was perfect for heating up our trail food and keeping our drinks cold. I highly recommend staying here during your visit!

Ashley W.

Yelp
Perfect place, affordable and clean. Great for a day of hiking and relax. It's also in a great spot to walk to restaurants. Owner was incredibly nice, we arrived before check in and she let us park so we could go right to the park! Totally recommend it!!

Miles G.

Yelp
After driving all the way across the country from Pennsylvania we got in very late and needed a good night rest. Zion Park Motel was quaint, comfortable and quiet. It is in the heart of the town and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Katie S.

Yelp
Great affordable mom and pop motel. The room was spacious and very clean. about 2 miles from Zion park. Couldn't really ask for much more!

Kaitlin G.

Yelp
Lady at the counter is rude and will follow you around outside in an aggressive manner

Paolo T.

Yelp
Awesome motel! We stayed here for two nights this September and had a good time. The only complaint was the a/c was a bit noisy during the night but after a day of hiking, that's the least of your worries. This is how motels should be in this area. It just feels like it belongs there. Conveniently close to most restaurants and shops around town. There's an ice cream shop right next door! I will be coming back again for sure!

Yelp
This little motel is a hidden gem. The prices of lodging in Springdale can be very expensive. My daughter and I were hiking in Zion for a few days and looked on yelp to find a reasonably priced motel that was clean and safe. Yelp did not disappoint. The booking was very easy and I knew upfront what I would be paying and there were no hidden fees such as parking or "resort" fees. I appreciated upfront knowing what I would pay and them sticking to it. The motel is in a great central location in the town - walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping, laundromat, you name it. We arrived close to the time the lobby closes and called to let them know we were still coming in - the lady working was very cordial and understanding. When we arrived she was welcoming and answered a bunch of questions. The room itself had been recently updated and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. Bedding was sufficient and the rooms are well insulated so we didnt hear a peep from anyone on either side of us. Parking was a breeze, right in front of your door which was great for packing hiking gear in and out of the car each day. The pool was clean and refreshing (perfect temp). We laid by the pool and enjoyed the pool with the gorgeous red rock backdrop for scenery. All told, we would absolutely stay here again. We stayed at 6 places (from high end to dump) throughout our entire trip and hands down this was our favorite, Great hometown, mom and pop feel, with safety, comfort, reasonable prices, and great location. You can't beat it! *only complaint was the whining noise the fridge made (I think we were in room 18? - cant remember).

Yelp
Last year I stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn. That place cost us $160 for 2 nights which was a steal. Exactly one year later, we had to stay here since Bumbleberry Inn was fully booked. Fortunately, this place is right next to Bumbleberry Inn so its super close to the visitor center. The place is a little more run down, wifi was spottier and the rooms were smaller. However, we only needed beds to sleep and it was pretty clean and tidy. Overall, no complaints aside the wifi that was always on and off and the TV was not clear at all.

Henry U.

Yelp
The motel was really chill. They have a pool and the grounds are kept clean all day. The room itself was comfortable. The best part was the vicinity to the shuttle and park entrance. Is walking distance to the shuttle and also there are a lot of food places across the street and around the corner. We needed a place to sleep after our long hikes and this place did the trick.

Tammie S.

Yelp
This was a cute motel clean spacious and brought me back to when I was a kid. The staff was charming. The pool was clean and warm. I would stay here again !!!

Mike G.

Yelp
Awesome place to stay near Zion. I like the assigned parking in front of the rooms, makes it easy to load and unload your car. The room and bathroom were very clean. Really friendly and helpful staff I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Pedro G.

Yelp
We booked this place very last minute and couldn't be happier with this discovery! After a quick day trip to Zion, we found ourselves extremely tired to drive back to Vegas so we called around for vacancies and found this little gem. While others tried to price gouge, we got a normal rate for our room here at Zion Park Motel and it was all worth it. Located downtown, you are near many restaurants and shops. The roof deck above the pool is awesome to star gaze at night and enjoy the warm summer breeze! The room is definitely retro but that gives this place nice character. Our room was big with a table to eat at and most importantly, the air conditioning worked! The checkin process was fast and easy and the wonderful older lady at the front desk was very sweet and friendly! We will definitely look into staying here again on our next trip to Zion! Oh and a little extra bonus touch, they give free post cards to take with you. CLASSIC MOVE Zion Park Motel. It's the little things that make a huge difference!

Yelp
Nice clean room. Best choice. Not fancy, but best for families who appreciate nice clean comfortable room with convenient location. Best place to stay in Springdale.

Erin W.

Yelp
This place is a treasure. Butte-iful views, even from the shower. The pool is solar heated, super clean, and has a slide. It is outdoors, and because of COVID, will probably be the only place we swim this summer. The rooms are so clean and the beds were soft. On the main strip. Very walkable to food, gift shops, and laundry. They also have a grill and playground equipment on site. The grill was very popular. Price is extremely fair, especially compared to others on the strip. Quiet at night and reserved parking for your room. Extremely satisfied.

Tyler S.

Yelp
This place was great and very affordable. The staff was very attentive and friendly! They make the check out really easy so you can be on your way to the hikes. They even give you vouchers for free drinks at the store across the street. You're close to a pizza place, laundromat, and other stores. I'm already planning my next trip to Zion and would definitely come back!

Andrew C.

Yelp
Expected absolutely nothing here and exceeded my expectations across the board. I mean, they have a POOL. How many motels do you know of with a pool? Not only that, but a pool that has a view of Zion. Sold. If that's not enough, the rooms are generously sized and the ice maker is fast (fill your water bottles with ice in the morning). Oh yeah, the bath amenities are organic. A few gripes: - They won't give extra towels -- the sign says don't ask. Given that The Narrows is one of the most popular hikes in the park, it's a bit annoying they won't give towels. - No coffee. I believe this place Mormon-owned, so they're not down with the coffee thing. On the upside, they give free vouchers for coffee at the cafe across the street. It's organic fair-trade coffee, but tastes more like organic fair-trade water to me. Shrug. - Wi-Fi is free, but coverage is spotty. Some rooms have coverage, some do not. Still, even with these gripes, the view is priceless and the price is fair for the location.

Yelp
Road trip Series Stop #4: Zion National Park Zion National Park is a very popular vacation destination for all ages, so it was no surprise that a lot of hotels near the park were almost fully booked when we called around in Aug for boarding in mid-Oct. Luckily, my bf was able to book 2 rooms with 2 Queen sized bed for $105 per night (before tax). Zion Park Motel is located in the town right outside of Zion. It's about 0.5 mi outside of the park. The check-in lady was very friendly. There is plenty of parking and you can park right outside your room. The furniture and overall aesthetic of the room is a little outdated but the room itself was very spacious and clean. There's a mini fridge, microwave, AC and flat screen TV. The only thing missing for me personally was a hair dryer. This wouldn't be a problem in the summer but it'd be nice to have in winter. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. There's a shuttle stop next to the motel so you can use the shuttle system to get to and from the park (very convenient!). There's a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There's also an equipment rental shop across from the motel for anyone that needs gear rental for the Narrows Hike. I would highly recommend staying here if you are considering a trip to Zion. Rooms are big, clean and affordable and its location is very convenient!

Marian L.

Yelp
Good price for a comfortable room! The front desk was very kind and helpful. It is a family run motel. They even leave you their personal numbers by the phone in case you need to get a hold of them. They had the best prices I could find in Springdale. We just needed a place to get cleaned up and crash after a long day of hiking. The room we had was very simple. 2 Queen beds and a TV. They've also got a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Oh and free wifi! The pool looks fun but I didn't get to use it. It has a water slide! They accept card for the payment of the room but cash is needed for any items you want to purchase at the front desk.

Yelp
After tons of researching hotels/motels in the area, I came across the Zion Park Motel. It was reasonably priced and had great reviews on TripAdvisor, so I went ahead and booked. I was a little nervous of the "motel" status but upon our arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and accommodating it is. It is family owned and run, and the owners are super friendly and informative. The motel is located a few steps away from the Zion Shuttle and about a 10 minute ride to Zion Park and centrally located to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Springdale. The room was big, had two queen beds with very comfy mattresses. It also had curtains that blocked out the sun completely - which was much appreciated for a nap, after a long day in the park. There is a clean mini fridge and microwave, a small table - all convenient for heating up leftovers and storing drinks. The grounds have a clean bbq area where you are welcome to grill your own food, and a playground. The pool is solar heated and has a cute little slide that my sons thoroughly enjoyed. My only complaint would be the wifi - the signal is not strong in the room. It was strong outside and near the pool area. This however, was made up for by how accommodating the staff is. I needed to print some forms out, sign them and email them back. It was a time sensitive matter and they were all too happy to help facilitate this for me. All in all, I highly recommend this motel.

Veronica C.

Yelp
I can't say this is the best motel ever, but the excellent excellent service really put them over the top. 5 of us ended up booking this place that had 3 queen beds! When we first called to book this place, we were given an estimate of about $120 for 1 night. When we actually arrived, the lady at the front desk said she would give us last season's rate, so she knocked off $10. Awesome! A nice, large flat screen tv in the room, a built in fridge, and beds were decent. Bathroom could have been better ventilated (still got steamy with an open window), and the wifi was a little shotty. But as soon as we arrived, we were starving for food, so we asked the front desk for some restaurant recommendations. She had a magazine full of the restaurants in town and all their menus, so that quickly helped us decide on where we wanted to go eat. She also gave us a few recommendations on which dishes were good at each restaurant. So helpful! I'd definitely come back to stay here again next time I'm visiting Zion National Park!

Gwen A.

Yelp
Peacefull, quaint, and PERFECT! Most of the hotels here were very pricey. A lot have great views, pool and hot tub .. this one was affordable and had everything we needed/ wanted, including a pool, mini fridge, and excellent A/C. The room had 2 queen beds and was perfectly suited for us, 3-4 adults. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is very cute. I am so grateful that they had availability. Compared to the other hotels, I assumed that for this price I would have been sacrificing a lot, but that wasn't the case. So, we didn't need the view of the river (which we were literally hiking IN for 2 days anyhow - haha). I mean, you aren't coming to Zion to hang out in your room, right? Zion Park Motel made affording this amazing trip possible and made staying there a pleasure.

Olivia K.

Yelp
This was our last chance to get a room before sleeping in the car and I was actually surprised by how clean the room/bathroom was. We ended up in a tiny room in a cabin, perfect for 1 night sleep. They have a pool with towels and the front desk is very helpful and makes sure you are all set for your stay. Overall good motel in great location, next to restaurants and park entrance. 3 stars for price. Room was overpriced (expected when you are so close to the park I guess?)

Kenzi G.

Yelp
Such a cute comfy motel right in the center of Springdale. The staff is super kind and friendly the rooms are nice an clean and the ac units work amazing! Beds are extremely comfortable, A nice little shaded area at the end of the parking lot with picnic tables an a small play ground for kids to play on. The loft above the pool is so nice to sit up on an over look the town an beautiful view of Zion. Fun little water slide that goes into the pool.. this motel is amazing!

Robin K.

Yelp
Great stay at the Zion park motel! Perfectly located in town close to the shuttle that brings you to Zion park. Rooms are clean and well kept. Construction at the entry was a bit annoying but once completed I'm sure it will make a good improvement. Internet was terrible and TV was useless- but didn't mind that since by the time we returned from hiking didn't miss it! Good value!

Sarah F.

Yelp
LOVED THIS SPOT. I planned a spontaneous last minute New Years trip and got one of the last rooms available. Lucky me! The front staff was so kind and genuine. The rooms were great, cozy, and warm. Not the mention the vieeewwwws! The best. I would highly recommend staying here and will always stay here on my Zion trips!!!

Don B.

Yelp
This is small older motel that has been renovated and maintained extremely well, the cleanliness rivals some five star places I've stayed. The lady working the front desk was over the top helpful when we were checking in, and directed us to places to eat as well as information on Zion National Park. Zion Park Motel was priced way less that half of the other 6 places we checked. Great valve, highly recommended

Hazel Q.

Yelp
Sure, by standards of the room/motel alone this wouldn't garner four stars from Frommer's or anything like that, but by MY standards for what I'm looking for in a place to stay near Zion, it's most definitely four stars. First of all - cheap, cheap, cheap. You can definitely get rooms for circa (or even less than) $100. Second, you stay parked at the motel and shuttle right in to Zion National Park. Third, the owners are super amazingly friendly and nice. Okay, so the rooms are a bit old and stuck in the 80s and thin walls means early wake up calls from neighbors with noisy kids. But the rooms are clean and you've got a bed and a shower and free wifi. What else could you ask for? Extra tip: If you're arriving after 9pm or so, be sure to call them ahead of time since the they close up shop relatively early.

Dave R.

Yelp
Very reasonable price for a room this close to park entrance Clean Quiet I would have preferred coffee maker in room but did not need to survive, I would stay here again

Jennifer L.

Yelp
For a motel, the room was more than enough. I would give it 3 stars for no-frills, but 4 stars for overall experience. I had gotten relocated here by Pioneer Lodge across the street because they overbooked. The room was spacious for a motel and had 2 queen beds as I requested. There was also a microwave and a fridge, which came in handy for our leftovers. The sink was separated from the toilet and shower, so I was able to brush my teeth and wash my face while someone was in the shower. The wifi was spotty, but we are lucky to even have reception in the area. Hot and warm water turned cold quickly, but we are lucky to even have water to shower. I'm just really appreciative of the location and amenities of this motel. Everyone in my group agreed that the beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. The shuttle that goes into the park picks up right outside the motel at the Bumbleberry stop. When returning to the motel from the park, get off at the Pizza and Noodles stop across the street. Eat at Oscar's Cafe across the street to the left, and get some ice cream at Springdale Candy Co at the shop to the right of the motel. Check-out was easy and although the lobby had some postcards and stuff, the nice lady at the front desk told us to check out the visitor center inside the park for more souveniers/goodies.

Anna P.

Yelp
We stayed here in the off season during road construction in early December 2017. We called first before driving over and the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The price was so reasonable considering how close to the park entrance it was. The room was tiny but was knew that before paying for the room. The water was shut off at night when I went to take a shower but I think it was from all the road construction. The water was back on in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. We would stay here again.

Rodney N.

Yelp
First of all, when I called to make reservations, they were very friendly on the phone, and explained their policy about 48 hours notice for a cancellation. That is very fair in my experience. I made a reservation for their room with 3 queen beds, but a day before arrival, one of our people dropped out, so I called to change to a room with only 2 beds. Not a problem, she said. We arrived at the motel around 1:30 and were greeted by the owner and another lady working the counter. They gladly split the charge onto two credit cards. We asked about restaurants in town and the owner was able to describe 5 or 6 at least. We were given our keys and went to the room. They placed us at the end or one of the buildings, in 119. This was great, there was no one next to us and I appreciated their seeming desire to spread their guests around when possible. The room was immaculate. The shower very clean with a nice shower head on a hose. We had plenty of towels and a box of tissues. This was winter, and the heater was incredibly efficient. We only had to run it for 15 mins, then shut if off for the rest of the night. The room stayed warm all night. A nice touch was the microwave and refrigerator. If you want to save some money and bring your own food, I suggest not waiting till you get to Springdale, as the one grocery store has very high prices. There are a couple stores in Hurricane, about 30 mins from the park, shop there first. The TV's are older, non flat screen types, but in a bargain motel, I will not complain, it worked, and they have cable, what more do you need? Besides you are here to see Zion, not watch TV. Overall, this motel is very nice. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Zion.

Erin B.

Yelp
Great location, very friendly, my son loved the pool while I enjoyed the view from the 2nd story deck. The room had 2 queens, TV, microwave. Wifi on DSL and was spotty, but we weren't here to surf the web! Would definitely come back.

A Y.

Yelp
Fantastic rooms for the price - clean, roomy, and with all amenities. Unfortunately the hospitality is a bit lacking - while the older woman who checked us in was an absolute delight, in the morning when we met up with a friend who had been camping and he let his dog out of his car, a staff member charged down from the office and accused the dog of "crapping on his lawn" and/or "crouching down to crap", which he wasn't/didn't. (This same staff member had just driven his motorcycle over the same patch of grass, which led us to erroneously believe it wasn't of utmost importance) When we said sorry, pulled the dog off the lawn, and said the dog wasn't pooping, we were shouted at further. Though we apologized profusely, called him "sir", and removed the dog immediately he only stalked back to the office without another word. No "no dogs allowed" or "apology accepted", just rage about him potentially crapping on the lawn and an angry departure. While the rules against dogs staying overnight are very clear, the level of vitriole directed at us for following these rules but allowing a dog to walk within the property was well out of hand. There needs to be a sign that tells us "no dogs anywhere" or the staff needs to be somewhat more polite to guests. PS: We did pick up a dog poop by the entrance so hopefully his day got better! Addendum: the owner below is absolutely correct. On reviewing the paperwork it does indeed say "no dogs on the premises". This was our error and we apologize again. The staff is well within their rights to tell us to get the dog off their property. Hopefully if any other person makes this same error they will be treated more hospitably.

Yelp
Just stayed at the Zion Park Motel for two nights. There were five of us (my wife, myself and 3 grandkids - ages 6, 4 and almost 2). What a great place! The kids loved the pool (free pool towels) and the playground (nice grassy area). We stayed in one of the family suites which was perfect for us. The place was clean (daily maid service) and fully equipped. Everything you need to set up house was included. There was a very quiet atmosphere. The wifi was strong and we never had a drop out. The motel was conveniently located close to good places to eat and Zion park. They gave out free coupons for drinks and food discounts for a deli/shop just across the street. We definitely recommend this motel and we will be going back.

Scott T.

Yelp
I really didn't expect much of the Zion Park Motel so luckily my expectations were shattered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived and had a nice little chat upon check in and picked up some handy tips about where was good to eat (everywhere apparently!) and info about the shuttle buses. Our room was fairly small, but it had a comfortable bed, a fridge and a shower with hot water and that's all I'm going to ever need from a room so I was a happy chappy. Throw in a microwave and free wifi and you really couldn't ask for much more. The location of the motel is breathtaking to look at and conveniently located near several restaurants and gift shops. The stop for the free shuttle bus that takes you into Zion Park is less than a minute's walk away which is incredibly handy . I'd definitely stay here again. The location is great, the price is right and the facilities make resting up after a long day spent hiking a piece of cake.

Yelp
I would definitely stay here again. Price per night was about $80. Much cheaper than staying at Zion lodge in the park. It is a small motel. The room had 2 queen beds. It was fairly quiet. My roomie thought the neighbor's shower was really loud. Old motel but clean and location was fantastic! A handful of restaurants to choose from Oscar's, Wildcat Willies, Pioneer Lodge restaurant, Amigos, Pizza and Noodle co. 2 hiking outfitter stores, frozen yogurt place, and a bike shop surrounded the motel. The gas station and a market (i didn't go in the market) were also close by. Springdale is a modern small town, not what i had expected. The free bus to Zion National Park makes every hotel a good choice. The bus does stop at the IMAX theater too. I would stay at Zion Park Motel again for the price and all the restaurants nearby.

Yelp
The lady there was so nice. I completely forgot her name but i stayed here for a night after not being able to get a campsite. I love it here. Nice, clean, and good wifi. The lady was really helpful with recommending me good places to eat and giving suggestions about visiting zion. Will definitely recommend this for anybody who's looking forward a more affordable option in Springdale.

Yelp
The hotel doesn't look like much but is family friendly they have a small bbq area with a Park, heated pool with a cute little water slide, and customer service has been on point. Carol in the front desk was very helpful. I would stay here again it's budget friendly and 1 mile away from Zion. The room is clean and had three beds we all slept comfortably.
