This is a beautiful campground with shade trees , concrete pads and paved roads. All facilities are very clean and appears relatively new. The pool is very clean and well maintained. Finally a campground with no dust or gravel roads. The staff was also very friendly, hospitable and courteous. They also are knowledgeable about the Zion national park with park map available. We had a very relaxing and quiet stay.

Google
This is a beautifully maintained RV park in Zion area just 20 min from Zion National Park. It’s right on the Virgin River, but before you pay extra for the “riverfront site,” just know you cannot see or hear the river from these sites. Otherwise, great park. Beautiful & well groomed with lots of amenities. You can get beach access & visit the river, which is nice. Heated pool & spa area. Great experience for us!

Google
We really liked this place. Turns out it’s not the closest RV park to Zion. There’s one right in Springdale we found out after the fact. Looks to be inferior to this place though. Zion River RV does offer a once daily shuttle service to and from Zion NP for a nominal fee. All that aside, this place was high end. Staying here one feels like they’re in a true RV Resort. The staff is super friendly and approachable. The store was excellently stocked. Pool and hot tub were nice to relax in at night.

THIS is the place to stay when visiting Zion in a camper. Resort is no exaggeration! Trees & grass in the desert! Big concrete pads. Spotless facilities & wonderful staff. Well worth every penny of the price. Shuttle to the national park is a great perk even with limited times. The best campground we stayed at during out 2 month adventure. Would give it 10 stars if possible.

Google
This year was our second year staying at this place and both times we have a delightful experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, the pool/spa combo was fun (even in freezing temperatures the spa felt HEAVENLY), they also have full amenities including restrooms, showers, and convince store, an activity room, and plenty of space for pets kids to play. 100% recommend this place especially if you are rv traveling and visiting Zion.

Google
Close to the highway so avoid the noisy side. Most expensive park we came across in 2 months of travel but it was nicely treed and well maintained. Safe. Dogs welcome. Nice facilities. Took the shuttle to Zion for $30.00 return in the park van driven by a friendly employee. Would stay again.

Google
I stayed in a tent site. One of only four that they have. It was very nice place to pitch a tent. Showers were nice, flush toilets. Laundry. I took a swim in the Virgin River. Only real negative was the noise from the street that's adjacent to the tent sites. Nice store and very helpful people that run this park.

Google
Simply put, they said they couldn't transfer our money that we had paid for our site to a another site that we had paid for for the same night, but when our friend requested that, they did it. They lied to us, and they charged us for something we never received. Furthermore, this place is not family friendly. When we stayed we planned our family reunion here. There was only 1 gathering place indoors, which was fairly advertised as a large gathering area- that place is a very small room with one 3 seater couch, and 2 tables. When we planned to meet there other groups were using it, we worked to find a time available, then the tenants staying sent in complaints to the management because there were too many children there. This was absurd. The other campers also complained with a few of my friends' children for simply walking through on the pebbles course to their site to get through to the pool the shortest way, these were young kids. We could not believe how selfish and snobby the other campers are. Sadly, the other campers have made this place - NOT a family friendly place. There are snakes close to the tent sites.

Yelp
We love this campground!! Very nice and clean!! The pool and jacuzzi is amazing!! Everyone at check in was super friendly!! Will definitely be back!!

Jennifer H.

Yelp
We love the little cabin we stayed in, it was great for the price and location to the national park! We we be coming back!

Sarah A.

Yelp
I can't comment on their amenities since we did not use any. We use the RV as a hub. We picked the campground based on location (there's a closer RV camp in Springdale) and campsite based on views (turned out to be none!) for when we come back from hiking and want to relax at the end of the day. Don't bother with premium riverside back in. We were assigned site 55 and it had no view. There's no shade and the river is blocked with boulders you can't climb to get a view of the river. If you have an RV be sure to bring long enough connections since the hookups are at the front.

Merritt W.

Yelp
Lovely RV park; well maintained; close to Zion National Park. Spaces have a concrete pad and are spacious The pool is clean and inviting. Criticism: totally inadequate number of rest room and showers. They could use twice as many as theyhave.

Yelp
Its a lovely relaxing area, and a top rated R.V.Park. Quiet, scenic, lovely pool and great hot tub.

Yelp
I went to Zion Rivet Resort in 2023 and truly enjoyed my tree-canopied site. I called them in February (2024) to book a date for the end of April to early May. I spoke with Dara. She was delightful and extremely willing to help me book a site for me. She had only two left ... and I was able to secure one of those spots. She couldn't have been kinder and more helpful and I'll be looking forward to hunting her down when I arrive there in a couple of months to meet her in person.

Leila L.

Yelp
This was my partner and I's first RV trip so I wanted to stay close enough to Zion where I could have access to a restroom (just in case), showers (also just in case, and wifi because we wanted to work remote for a couple days. I was worried but the wifi turned out sufficient for our work needs. We rented a Class C so it was easy to park, but there were tons of larger ones around. The proximity to other sites is pretty tight but nothing too bad. You get your own picnic table and access to a little fire pit. The store was stocked alright; I would recommend stopping buy a grocery store prior to arriving. There were a lot of other amenities that we didn't use like a pool, hot tub, and social/game room. We did use the laundry facility though after our hike through The Narrows.

Asal N.

Yelp
Best campground we ever stayed at! I can't believe how well manicured and clean it is. The rigs sit on paved spots and you have more than average space between camp spots. Beautiful views all around. About 15 minutes ride from town. Be aware of snakes. I scared the bejesus out of my dog when I went over one. The snake was alive and well but I needed a stiff drink to recover

Lorin C.

Yelp
Although we just checked in we love this campground so far! The place is clear full of campers line us, but well maintained and a very friendly staff!! Pool & Hot tub are very nice as well

Leslie W.

Yelp
Resort is clean & well maintained. We were assigned RV site #117. It's the worst site in the resort. It's right next to a 8 to 10 foot block concrete wall. The hookups are close to the front so fitting a 20 foot trailer & truck & being able to reach the hookups was tricky. The pool area is nice but it was over run with kids & the water was dirty. People were playing their music, eating & drinking & laying all over the concrete. I wouldn't recommend going during a holiday or summer. It was during the Memorial weekend so all sites were full. We asked for a refund as soon as we saw the campsite we were assigned so we could go else where but told no refunds. It was a huge disappointment.

Yelp
Highly Recommend!!!! This was our first stay but guaranteed not our last! So happy we found this resort!!! Love the location! We met so many other "happy campers!" A welcoming place for all, family and pet friendly. The resort is not just well maintained, but is beautiful with mature tree's (some new one's too!). The Virgin River along-side add's a calming melody of running water. Easy access to Zions National Park, Kolob Canyon and plenty of other fun destinations in the area. Management; Dom & Heather, take Pride in what they do. I have stayed in many other campgrounds but feel their dedication goes above and beyond. Their staff is "the Best of the Best". Thank You to all who made our stay perfect. We look forward to seeing you all again.

Scott M.

Yelp
I have stayed here since it opened in 2000 now that im older i go there for the snowbird season this year the staff has been very helpful and welcoming the park is very clean and nice i've been RVing since 1998 and this is by far top 5 resorts ive seen

L B.

Yelp
Loved this campground. Kids didn't want to leave. Pool and spa are nice but full when we were there because it was over 100 degrees. Nice showers. Our favorite part was the river. Cool water, skipping rocks, trying to catch tadpoles and frogs. Level RV pad, excellent water pressure, free bag of ice, propane available.

Jason G.

Yelp
What a great little vacation spot. Check-in is easy. Parking although limited was fairly simple. The gift shop is excellent should you forget anything for your camping trip they probably have it. As well as a good selection of souvenirs from the area. Although we didn't use it, there is a pretty nice looking pool, a hot tub. Also, there is a 24/7 laundry. On-site propane refill and a free bag of ice for checking in on Yelp. It's a quick drive to Zion National Park whether you take your vehicle or one of the shuttles offered from the RV resort. The staff here are very friendly. What do you need directions or advice on fun stuff to do. Water pressure is awesome! So is there new upgraded wi-fi. The communication from the resort is wonderful. They send out a daily email with safety tips and reminders about facility maintenance. We would stay here again. If you're looking for a secure fun nice place to stay while visiting Zion I wholeheartedly suggest Zion River RV Resort.

Alexandra A.

Yelp
Great RV campground-clean and well maintained. We stayed on the Virgin River side and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the River. The store is great and people working were super friendly. We bought a couple "mining" bags for our boys and the attendant said to come back if they found more than 10 rocks, which they easily did. They were so excited to pick a prize. We also hit up the playground-needs a little TLC but was enough to entertain our boys for a bit. Very convenient for drive in to Zion-just a few minutes away from Springdale where we parked to take the shuttle in.

Jennifer J.

Yelp
Park is nice, clean & office has essentials. Staff is friendly. Has a gated dog area. Back to the river which is beautiful. I asked if dogs can go in and was told that a couple years ago a dog ingested the water and died as it had the blue green algae but but nothing has happened since. Unknowingly & before i asked I allowed my dog in the river and he was fine. Im only giving this place 2 stars because there is zero Verizon service and i work from my Verizon hot spot, The park wifi works okay during the day but at night is overloaded & non exsistent. Because i cant work we have to leave a day early and they charged me a cancellation fee even with a couple day notice. Disappointed as its out of my control, as a result we wont be staying here again.

Matt D.

Yelp
We stayed here for a few days. The weather was beautiful and the park was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drive to Zion visitor center is about 20 minutes. The cable TV channels are very limited and the Wifi is moderate to weak. Overall we had a good stay.

G H.

Yelp
Nice place, cramped as expected. Stayed here for our trip to Zion because kids wanted the pool. O but guess what, it was closed. 3 days Went to talk to management so that maybe they would make it right. They said "it's closed, sorry, maybe tmrw". I responded, Tanya all your going to do/say is sorry. I'm sorry,.... We paid your steep prices for your amenities, which you highly tout on your website. My parents were going to pull there rig here in a few weeks to stay. I told them stay anywhere else, which they will. I'm sure this review won't mean much to them or many, but let it be known that once you sign the dotted line, you're just another number.

Brian K.

Yelp
I've stayed here multiple times before, camping not in an RV, and this time was not great. First, the camping spots have no shade. The trees that were there last time have been removed leaving the campsite completely exposed, making the camp sites unbearable during the day. The RV sites all have trees and shade so I guess they want to cater to rvs and not campers. Second, one of the employees just gave me a hard time about my kids. Watching the play and just waiting for them to do something he deemed as wrong, even threading to kick us out. One time they were playing with an inner tube that rolled down a hill and landed next to an RV and he took the tube back to his RV and I had to go and get it back. Anyway, it was creepy and weird. Anyway there are plenty of other camping options nearby and I will be choosing one of those next time.

Yelp
What: Clean, friendly RV Park with a dog area. We rented a 17' travel trailer for the first time, so we were total newbies. We received site 111, which was by the pool and I was worried at first that it would be too noisy, but it was actually one of the nicer sites w/ grass, a tree, a picnic table and a fire-pit. Most of the sites have trees, but the ones lining the outer edge of the property are all gravel. Next time, we will try to get a pull-through site - because of the size of our site, we had to detach the trailer and park around the corner nearby. All the guests were really friendly and saying hello to one another. Service: Outstanding! As a newbie, we had lots of questions, and I must have emailed them 5 times and they were always quick to respond and very helpful. The park is very clean and maintained extremely well. They have friendly employees in golf carts going around and making sure guests are following the rules and they tidy up as soon as guests leave. General store: you can buy firewood, snacks, ice cream sandwiches, dish soap, sponge and other necessities you might have forgotten. Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am, which they stick to (thank goodness!) COVID-19: the employees are wearing masks if they interface with you and the general store limits the number of people inside. They also scrub down the picnic table and hook-ups as soon as you leave so its sanitized for the next guest. Location: Right off the main road, so if your site is along it, you may hear more road noise. It's by the Virgin River, but the sites that border it have a 3ft. wall and foliage, so you can't see it, but you can hear it a little. There is a little path by the grassy area with rock stairs so you can access the river. Unfortunately, right now the river is toxic with bacteria, so you and your dog can't touch it. We'll be back!!

Yelp
We literally booked space at the Zion River Resort ON THE WAY to Zion (smh) which is unheard of the first week of June but I cannot express how lucky we were to secure this! The first place we looked at was a little on the "too civilized" side as it was right next to a Wendy's - this was not what we were looking for. Showing up at Zion River Resort was EXACTLY what we were seeking. We scored a spot along the embankment on the other side of the river. All campers were very nice but the most helpful was campworker Dan! As 3 new campers in a brand new trailer (think 3 stooges) Dan was immensely helpful in ensuring we didn't blow up the trailer - so thankful for him! We also heard about an amazing restaurant in Springdale "Bit & Spur" (about 15 min drive) and Dan hooked us up with Dale the resident Lyft/Uber driver so we could go and really enjoy our night! Dale also does Zion tour-like drives and I'd like him to be my grandfather :) I can't say enough great things about this RV resort; pool, laundry, clean and private bathrooms/showers, beautiful scenery, easy access to river, wifi, all staff was wonderful and OMG the Lodge/gift shop/store is surprisingly affordable and wonderful to shop in! Cannot wait to go back!

Liz P.

Yelp
Beautifully clean and friendly. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and comfortable. We purchased the linen package. The beds are very comfortable and the restroom/shower/laundry room is directly across the road and pristine. The river is was low but very refreshing on a hot day. The convenience/gift store had everything we needed! So close to Zion too.

Tor E.

Yelp
Very disappointed! See pics we'll be back to Zion National Park, but not this place.

Judy T.

Yelp
Great RV Resort to enjoy Zion National Park, Red Canyon, and Bryce Canyon National Park. Really enjoyed the stay and the nice amenities if the park. Zion river is directly behind the campground too. We had a very nice pull through site with full hook up and s nice sitting area to enjoy the beautiful mountains surrounding the park. Such an awesome view every evening!! Attractive store and nice decor outside. They also offer on site made to order sandwiches in the afternoon from the grill next to the store. Very nice pool area which was always packed due to the heat of the day. Every day was an adventure to see the awesome area of Utah. Just loved Zion, Red Canyon, and Bryce!! This rv resort's location made it possible to see them all. Great place to camp and enjoy all three!!

Ray C.

Yelp
This is one of the awesome resorts we ever been to very very clean beautiful people,, the staff very nice ,,so much room spaced out parking

Yelp
I can't say enough great things about this RV resort! My travel buddy and I are both girls, traveling in a 25 foot cruise America RV and struggle to back it into tight spots. Upon arrival, checkin was easy, and they even offered to help assist us in backing the RV into our spot. As for the facilities - WOW. The private bathrooms are HUGE, immaculate, and the huge shower is free! The laundry facilities are also great - super clean and only $2 for an entire load. As for noise, we stayed 2 nights and it was incredibly peaceful. Granted, that can vary based on who you're staying near, but everyone was super respectful! The grounds are very well maintained, the store has some of the best souvenirs I've seen, offer general grocery basics, and are very well priced. Finally, they know what travelers are here for - to see Zion and have fun! They offer a free shuttle service in the morning to Zion, and then pick you up that same afternoon! And when you return, there is always some fun event going on - ice cream night, water sports, etc! This place is a well oiled machine and I'd recommend it to anyone! It's safe and secure, and clean. What more could you ask for?!

Yelp
Great little stop in our first road trip from Los Angeles. Took the short route there through the bad looking parts of town but should have just bypassed the 9 and taken the 15 farther north to the 17 to the 9. It was way more quicker. We are pretty close to our neighbors but There was 3 small dog runs. Better than nothing. We were camped at campsite 80 which was next to toe road. It was just a little noise. Be sure to make reservations. As I was checking a couple drove in and it sounded like they were full on a Wednesday evening Beware that the black concrete may be too hot for dogs in the hot and muggy July. Toilet paper is super thin so bring your own. Oh and the bathrooms are also showers so expect a lot of wet floors. Bring shower shoes.

Pamela T.

Yelp
The park is very clean, organized and full! The spaces are all well planned except our space #74: our space is butt up to play ground area and the children playing at the Playaground are dangerously vulnerable to slidding down slide and hitting their heads on our rig. We don't have children with us so being on top of the playground doesn't work well for us, the park has dog parks ,laundry room, pool, spa, really cute store and full hook ups. The plus too is the Zion National Park shuttle that picks up campers to take to Zion Park a few miles away. (Arrange for shuttle minimum of 1 week before your arrival to camp ground with camp ground rep when you have your reservation) The staff are all really nice, understanding the environment and the attractions near by.

Gordon C.

Yelp
This is what I look for in RV Resorts. There were many dry camp sites not far from Zion and if that's your thing you can certainly save some $$ but we prefer the added luxury found in a well maintained resort. This is not a huge park but plenty of room for even the biggest of rigs. Large open area to park for registration, just make sure you have called ahead to assure their larger spots are available. We made last minute plans on Labor Day weekend and scored one of their last available sites. It was at the far end of the park, near the tent camping area, and while our Class A is only 30' it wasn't a true pull-thru. Getting our rig in was easy enough, with plenty of room to sneak the jeep in behind us but when we left I had to back out (not a complaint) because it was just too tight of a turn (even without the jeep in-tow). The accommodations are very nice. We were right next to the bathroom/shower-house combo room which was clean and well maintained. As with many campsites, you'll need to work around the busy times if you expect to use the facilities because each is a shower/bathroom combo so it is often standing room only during the morning and early evening. The resort runs along the Virgin River and there are a few different access points throughout the park. There is a stone wall separating the RV pads from the river so there is no true "riverside" site but I imagine you can probably hear the water during certain times of the year. They have a well stocked store and very pleasant attendants throughout the park. There is a small recreation room with a TV and several comfortable chairs if you want to escape the heat. It was 103 during our stay and even with two AC units in our rig, it struggled to keep things cool during the afternoon. The pool was good size and well maintained but as one would expect on a holiday weekend, very busy. My wife enjoyed her walk down to the river where she and my daughter spent a portion of their Saturday afternoon. There are is also a well maintained outdoor recreation area where you can challenge your friends to some corn hole or bocce ball. Dogs are welcome but they do have a policy against pit-bulls and Rottweilers. Personally I find these types of policies annoying because I have owned both breeds and they have been some of the smartest and sweetest dogs I have ever owned. I suspect it is an insurance issue so just be aware. Perhaps my pit should just self identify as a golden retriever. Beside the tent area they have a few small cabins available for rent as well. The pricing was what you would expect for a place that has the term "resort" attached to it. We were paying over $60 per night but it was a holiday weekend, one of the busiest for the area, and with that comes full hook-ups including WiFi throughout the park. You'll need the WiFi if you plan on staying here because even our Verizon phones had no cell service in the park. There is also shuttle service available to Zion from the park and since Zion is one of the top 3 busiest National Parks, you may be well served to utilize this service. If you are looking for a place to eat, check out my other review on Zion Fort Restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise and just a short drive from the park.

SeeingElvis K.

Yelp
A really outstanding RV campground very close to Zion. The sites are tight together, with a very wide variety of RVs from tiny to behemoth, but the whole place is super clean, with fine, raked gravel ground spaces and paved drives, a pool, and store. We were welcomed upon check in and provided with some excellent advice for the park. Frequent personnel rounds provide a sense of safety without intrusion. The whole place was tranquil and the guests respectful. The only constructive criticism I would offer is that the bathrooms are rather few and include a single toilet and a shower, wonderful while you are in there but not so much if you have to wait. Would totally stay here again and we wished other places on our recent trip were as nice as this.

Yelp
Picture this: Zion 2016. The bf's dad was driving his RV across the country and invited us to meet him at this great site just a hop skip and a jump from Zion National Park. How could we refuse? My trusty sweetheart knows that while I dig his family, I dig having my personal space even more. Enter Zion River Resort's extra cabins to the rescue. While it is predominantly an RV park, they also have three coveted cabins up for rent. Yes! We were lucky enough to grab cabin 115, which came with two sets of bunk beds, a large bed in a separate room, nice patio, and a tv. This was awesome since we were just a short walk away from the RV lots. Here are the deets: Bring your own sheets, pillows, and sleeping bags, since the cabins are bare bones. Bring a headlamp, as you'll probably need it to use the communal restrooms. Yes, the communal restrooms are clean and pretty much empty since this is predominantly an RV lot people that stay here don't use the communal facilities. The showers have pretty good water pressure. I was impressed. Oh yeah, they also have laundry facilities. Overall, I liked the place. Very close to the park, right on the Virgin River, and they have a pretty sweet wine and cheese night every Thursday. Keep on exploring, Yelpers!

Yelp
Still amazing as always... the staff here is so great... We were here for an annual event and the place is the same if not better over the last three years. We utilize the tent camping space, of which they meticulously keep clean. The bathrooms on site are very clean along with the showers and laundry room. Free morning coffee and evening events offered. The security to the property was extra strict due to the large event nearby. I feel very safe on this property and an always treated like family. Mason the manager always remembers our family and welcomes us with open arms and Dan the security guy was extremely helpful in all aspects, brought a sense of humor everyday and even helped me to acquire a faster WiFi speed when I was having difficulties trying to upload some work on my computer! This place is amazing, a home away from home! Just love The Zion River Resort!!!

Randall M.

Yelp
Avoid at all costs. Our site was narrow with dead trees. Very small and pricey. Arrived late and received no bathroom codes, WiFi info or anything else. Our name was listed on a sheet with others on the bulletin board with site number. Nothing else. No envelope with map, codes or any info. Late arrival usually means after dark. Duh. Had to find spot on map on bulletin board using flashlight. No control exercised for quiet time. There are many better places nearby. Go to those instead.

Steve K.

Yelp
Clean and scenic rv park with the back in sites on the river. The pull through sites are landscaped and manicured. There is a wall behind the Back in sites and the river on the other side. The staff was super friendly and willing to help. I booked late and had to move once. I did not want to wait to change my site in the afternoon so I was escorted to a trailer parking area down the street earlier in the morning so when I came back later in the evening I could move into my new site. I saved a whole day in Zion by doing this. One of the nicest parks I have stayed in. I have a 26 foot travel trailer.

Amy W.

Yelp
Super Amazing experience at Zion River Resort. The staff are all so sweet, helpful and welcoming. The property is impeccably kept. We had a pull through site with a fire pit, benches and beautifully maintained grass area with a great tree for some shade in the afternoons. It was awesome to walk the dogs by the river every morning! The park is perfectly located to enjoy all that Zion National Park and the virgin river have to offer. We went tubbing down the river and saw amazing wildlife. The pool was awesome and they have a great little park with a swing set and super fast slides for the kids with a dog park right next to it. The connections were set up well for the spot and easy to hook everything up! I highly recommend making a trip to this resort!

Christina F.

Yelp
My review is about the reservation process at this RV park, through Camplife. I called in because this will be our first ever trip in an RV. I spoke with Dara on the phone and she was the friendliest, most helpful, funny, and patient person I could hope for! She answered all our "first timer" questions, gave us all the info we needed for RVing, as well as info on visiting Zion with children. I felt very comfortable with her and all the information we were given, that we booked our stay on the spot (even though I was just calling to "get info" not to necessarily book right away). We are super excited to visit this RV park in March!! I already know we will have a great time and create great memories with our children. In fact, I look forward to meeting Dara in person because she lives there, which is comforting since she's so knowledgable and helpful. Thank you Dara for making this experience easy!! See you in March! Can't wait!!

Yelp
Great campground! Clean, quiet, family friendly & just a short drive to Zion. Pull through sites were easy to maneuver, their store was fully stocked with essentials & nice gift items, their staff were very friendly & their pool was a hit. Highly recommend for any families traveling to visit the area.

Lea M.

Yelp
Great little Resort. Grounds were very clean and well kept. No loud and rowdy campers. Not to far from Zion National Park. We had a little hiccup on our site being so small. However, Amy and Heather were very gracious in correcting the problem and finding us another site. Amy , Heather and Doug were very friendly and hospitable. I would definitely come back and will suggest calling ahead if you need pull through sites. Happy Camping :)

Sanka Y.

Yelp
I'd really like to give it a lower rating but the gift shop was really nice, there was a pool and a park, full hook ups at the site. Otherwise, I really wish we would have kept driving or gone anywhere else. This is personal preference but it's just a big space stuffed with MANY RVs. Kind of uncomfortable. I wish the website was more accurate with pictures of what this rv park (resort?!?) looks like. People respected the quiet hours which was nice. Would not recommend though. If you don't care about that kind of thing than you'd like it.

Yelp
Nice clean and organized facility. The campground is way overpriced. It's a gravel site and $45 per night, way too much with absolutely no privacy and tents are close altogether. The gravel made it impossible to secure the tent. The virgin River that runs along the RV site was right behind our tent but no access right there. We were expecting the river right behind us and thought that was the reason for overpriced charge. The river itself was pretty nasty, all dirt. Not suitable to even touch the water. Check in receptionists ladies were extremely rude and inattentive. When I asked questions, they were chatting and/or talking to other customers. I had to repeat myself several times. It was also very loud at night by kids running/biking around, it is also right by the hwy. lots of trucks and cars at night. "Free" wifi was also extremely unstable, very weak signal that we had to reconnect every five minutes. Just terrible. We asked for a refund, instead we could only get store credit. Store credit? Who needs store credit if you knew you will never come to this business again?

Yelp
Beautiful resort with a very friendly staff. Great experience and very clean park. Everyone had a great sense of humor with staff that made it easy to communicate. Heather and Sarah provided excellent service. The staff that cleans and maintenances the park made sure it met the aesthetic, even by raking the rocks to keep up the appearance. The luscious green grass was perfect for our service pets! Thank you for a beautiful stay, would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere tranquil to visit.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Great friendly camp host clean well organized cute shop great pool and most amazing river sitting. Also the other campers made this a family friendly campground were kids ran around at night riding their bikes and kids catching frogs. Highly recommend and we will be back. Oh large spots and great grass between the spots. Also very very clean shower restroom and nice pool.

Yelp
This place was perfect for our group of three rigs which were over 40 ft. We had pull-thrus on concrete with grass in between spaces. It has a cute store with lots of goodies to buy. The ladies at the counter were super sweet. We didn't use the facilities but there was a laundry and shower area adjacent to our space (44). The campground was clean and well maintained. We were 15 minutes from Zion National Park. There is a grocery store that connects to an Ace hardware about 4 miles from camp which is convenient. Also a Walmart 11 miles away. All in all we would camp here again!

Yelp
I was previously booked to stay from May 8-10; however, I was recently in an accident that totaled my Jeep, forcing me to have to cancel my reservation. I did so on April 15 and received immediate confirmation of the cancelation. I am STILL waiting on that refund despite vain promises that it has been processed. I've asked for a transaction receipt for the refund but have not received that either. I am so upset and did not need to be dealing with this on top of everything else that accident has caused. FYI - ALL the other campground reservations I had to cancel had my refunds to me within 24 hours. I just want my money back. At this point, it's almost like theft.

Yelp
Update 6/19/20 Came back and stayed for five days this time, one of the best RV campgrounds we've stayed in. They keep these grounds very clean, have 2 dog runs, backs right up to the river & just an all around fun family atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly (thanks Trent for all you do!). This was a great base camp, 10 minutes into Zion national park and all the great little shops and restaurants in Springdale, 15 minutes from a nice boating lake.

Yelp
Staff Dan was super helpful and friendly. We had a big party of 30 in several different sites and cabins and not a single complaint from anyone about this place. This place was amazing and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Zion River resort.

Yelp
Nice and well kept. Bath house is nice and clean. Lots of items in the gift shop and lots of things to do. 10 minute drive to Zion National Park or take their shuttle. Shuttle hours are kinda weird so call and ask before you plan your trip into the park. (Gave them 4 stars for shuttle inconsistency and running the last shuttle at 3:00 but the National park closes at 9:00) makes it hard for those not pulling a car.

Yelp
We stayed here March 12-19 in the two-bedroom apartment above the camp store. It was so nice, well appointed furnishings and fully stocked kitchen to do your own cooking. A couple friend stayed with us Sat-Thu and then our son Thu-Sat. Another couple friend drive their RV. We all had a great time in this clean quiet campground. Staff were so nice and friendly. Store has everything you need and the pool and spa were available. Great.

Yelp
Picked this place because we couldn't book a site ahead of time at Zion N.P. and because it is closer than our usual of using a KOA. I called ahead of time to book the weekend, and picked the "river side" site, which is a couple bucks more. Finding along side the road en route to Zion N.P. was very simple, and it's a right turn into the resort. There is a large pull-thru area for parking you rig & trailer, and no need to worry about backing out or being trapped in a parking lot. There's a super cute store/check-in area inside. It was a breeze to check in, and the woman was extremely pleasant and helpful in directing me to my site, the days activities, and a guide to some local attractions as well as the weekly forecast was given to me as well. The office building is also a really nice gift shop, without the typical cheap garbage offerings like at a lot of places. There's a lot of nice handmade items, RV supplies, sundries, ice cream!, sodas, waters, all sorts of stuff, lots of pretty things to look at. The park is very easy to navigate, roads being paved and marked very visibly, and most are one way. The site is gravel, has a 30amp power hookup, as well as sewage and fresh water. We were advised to not leave hoses hooked up due to freezing temps. There is a fire pit and a picnic table. The river on the riverside sites are not so visible as there is a rock wall about knee high, but you can hear it whirring by. Road traffic noise is minimal. There is on-site laundry facilities, as well as single status restrooms/showers that are all I believe fully ADA compliant, with easy roll in showers with benches inside and outside the shower stalls. Showers are on a 7 minute timer with a 5 minute rest in between. The water heated up for me the two times I showered within 15 seconds, and has great pressure and stayed hot the entire time. Two people can easily fit in one shower. The drive to Zion NP is a short, quick 14 miles away. It was a really great idea for us to be able to unhook and truck it there, as it is usually very congested in the park area, and roads and parking lots are made more for small vehicles. TENT CAMPERS!!!: they DO have tent sites, and they are all I believe river side sites, and they also have power hookups. If camping in Zion is full, which it usually is, give this place a shot! SUPER convenient, VERY clean, quiet, proximity to the Park, top notch facilities, friendly staff make this a worthwhile spot to reserve and visit on your vacation!! Highly recommend and will return for sure!
