Nice hotel. Excellent staff. We didn't try the breakfast. Free parking. The TV setup in room 205 is not the best. They are using a separate turner box visible using the DVD input. None of the channels matched the printed list provided. Casting is not available. The AC was a bit weak but finally caught up and kept the room cool. The room itself very quiet. Shower was great. We didn't try the message. Excellent location for walking. Great value for the price.

I was not expecting a buffet breakfast at a “5-star” hotel. The rooms, staff, location, and spa are amazing. But I’m not eating old eggs from a shared metal canister. This is for cattle.

I was there because people were booking their lobby and stairs for prom photos, don't know if they have to pay or not but the person at reception was yelling at those kids that there is 5 minutes left for their photographs and he argued with parents. It's a very unpleasant place ...

Great hotel. The staff was nice and helpfull. Good location directly situated next to the city centre.

Stayed here two nights in July.|It is a little removed, down a very quiet street lined with trees.|A short walk to most restaurants in the city, 10 minutes to Independence Square.||The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, though the pillows on our bed were wafer thin.||We used the Gym and Wellness centre, a jacuzzi, sauna and pool. ||Breakfast was good though not extensive.||Staff were friendly.||Highly Recommended.

Very nice hotel on cul de sac. Staff were professional and helpful. Set wake up call. Ordered AM taxi to airport. Helped with luggage to taxi. Lift was large enough for 2 people and 4 bags to fit with room to spare. Not always the case in boutique hotels. Rooms were nicely appointed and bathroom was very nice. Nice luggage shelf just inside room. Bed was too firm for me. Adjustable height shower head did not stay at any height above the lowest position. We’re only there one night so no opportunity for repair or new room.

This boutique hotel is a beautifully designed, well appointed and decorated, perfectly clean with helpful and professional staff. It also has a spa with a nice pool, dry sauna, hot tub, and a small menu of services, i.e., massage, etc. Rooms are impecable with very comfortable beds yet small and feel a bit crowded. The rooms have a fridge that is filled with items for purchase so no room for storage and no coffee maker in the rooms. The breakfast for this level of hotel was a bit underwhelming and expensive for what it offers. The hotel offers parking which is very convenient.|Overall, it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent facility, well located, very kind and very helpful staff. The hotel located in a walking distance from the town centre, it has excellent bar and restaurant facilities. Very good swimming pool with steam room, gym and spa. The staff in the reception and bar were very obliging and very helpful. The room very spacious, well decorated and very clean. Strongly recommended.
