Zoe's Bar & Grill

Great place to eat, tasty food and lot of menu options. Located in the heart of the city of Vilnius. In the summer time they have tables outside, so you can enjoy views to the Cathedral square and Gediminas castle. Not the cheapest place to eat, but prices are adorable. Staff is nice and polite.

One of my favourite place to have a drink or food in Vilnius centre. Food tastes great! Sitting inside you can even see how it is being cooked for you and how much work chef is putting in. In summer there are tables outside with a nice view of town and cathedral square. I am highly recommending this place!

American inspired restaurant. Had some some ribs here, if you like smoky barbecue ribs, then this is the place for you. Can't really proclaim that this is my go to sauce. Fries were ok, nothing special and salad was very oily. Best part about this restaurant was the very nice waiter. And the food arrived kinda fast for us. 2 beers and food for 2 people will be for around 25 euro.

Cozy atmosphere, the closest thing to an American bar & grill I’ve encountered here in Vilnius. I absolutely loved the milkshakes.

I do not tend to write bad reviews and I simply don't go to places that disappointed me once, but food me and my partner had this Monday 23/07/2018 at Zoe's bar and grill was so terrible, I feel obliged to write one in order warn others not to get ripped off and ruin their day. We arrived at around 4 pm for a quick late lunch and ordered garlic soup and spicy boneless chicken wings for starter, pint of Carlsberg lager each, beef brisket and meat balls for our main course. Starters arrived within 5 minutes and we were done after we took first bites.. Chicken wings were bone dry. It looked like they were cooked Thursday before and left to dry in bon-marie over the weekend. Simply not suitable for human consumption. Similar story was with garlic soup which was split and you had to be a bloodhound to get garlic taste in it. After taking few bites, we pushed the plates away and waitress collected them silently avoiding eye contact. She didn't even mustered courage to ask us if there was something wrong with the food. It is now obvious we were not the first ones to be unhappy with the food served.. With our good mood falling, we reached for cold beers wanting to wash off our bitter disappointment and guess what, it didn't remind well known Carlsberg lager taste at all. It was dark yellow in colour and had this sweet aftertaste you get from main stream Lithuanian lagers. We figured that it had to be Svyturio Extra, which they also had on their menu. Finally (or unfortunately) our mains arrived.. Beef brisket was paper thin and dry all cover in bbq sauce to kill the terrible taste and try to give it an appealing look. As for meat balls, they were bland, but at least fitting for human consumption. So once again after few bites we decided this was not worth the risk getting food poisoning, asked for the bill which amounted to 43 euro and left hungry, disappointed and bitter on the place who dares to serve such leftovers and charge money and who cheat its customers by pouring cheaper drinks and charging higher price. Avoid Zoe's bar and grill at all cost. 1 star given is 1 too many for this place. Never gonna visit Zoe's again.

The food was pretty nice, nothing too special. The staff and service were very nice though.

Short summary: bad service, unfriendly waiter, completely raw beef instead of pink, had to leave hungry and payed a high price. Do not recommend going here. I ordered a stake, medium rare, the description says it should be completely cooked, pink all the way through. The steak was brown the first 2 milimeters and the rest was completely red and raw. I asked the waiter if they could cook it some more, the waiter was very annoyed by the request but complied, 15 minutes later they bring back a new one and just as raw as the last one, I asked them one last time if they could not just cook this one some more until it is pink instead of getting a new one again, the waiter was even more annoyed than before, took it and 10 minutes later I get it back still red, slightly less red than before but not much, for sure not pink. Very unsatisfied with this restaurant and the service. Just for your information it wasn't busy at all that day.

I liked the ciabatta & grilled bread crisps (what an idea !) with sauce while waiting for the food, then I loved the steak (filet mignon), guacamole sauce, creamy garlic soup, the beef burger, spicy beef in red curry. Not so much - stir fried pasta. Great food in sept 2020 too. Especially the chefs beef, the burger, Ceasar’s salad. All was just great. The service was helpfull. Good location and beautiful view.
