Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana

My wife and I and a small group of friends spent 7 nights here in early November. The atmosphere at this resort is one very much of serenity. It’s a perfect quiet peaceful getaway. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villas and the space was more than adequate for 4 people and well worth the money. We were actually there for their grand re-opening so while there were some hiccups all the staff were quick to attend to an issue we may have had. Alejandro made sure to have us well taken care from the moment we stepped into the resort right up until we got on our shuttle back to the airport. Everything was well cleaned and maintained and all the staff was so friendly. Our group got especially close with the front bartender Joel and the activities organizer Gilbert. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because there truly wasn’t a poor interaction with a single member of staff. Having the multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner was nice as well versus a buffet style dining experienced at some other resorts. The pools were nice as well, we particularly liked the one with the swim up bar. My one concern being I’d like to see better pool access. Stairs for children or elderly need to be added in my opinion.

Amazing all inclusive à la carte restaurant. The service and food is high quality and top notch. They will adjust the food to your liking. The portions are not overwhelming- just right . So it was nice not to overeat but quantity is not an issue . You can order as much as you want. Even the quality of room service was spectacular! The only reason why I gave this resort a 4/5 is because of the beach. The resort is very remote . The beach is lovely but hard to walk on because it’s not flat - so if you are a Long Beach walker you might not be as happy here. The workers are out daily cleaning up in front of the resort . The resort is especially clean. Shoutout to the staff for always trying to make an effort for our family to have an incredible vacation and it was sincere. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation Zoetry is the place. I came home well rested . It’s not a party place and you won’t have foam parties !

We just returned home from Zoetry Punta Cana after spending an incredible week there! The resort is stunning with a beautiful beach and several pools right by the ocean. We loved spending our days on the beautiful property with great food and drinks on the beach and by the pool. The food at the restaurants was wonderful at every meal and our room was beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly though, the management and staff at Zoetry were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We felt so taken care of throughout our entire stay and especially appreciate how welcome our little baby was. Special thank yous to Alejandro, Sory, Yelin, Leidy, Gabriel, Joel, Alejandra, Marilyn, Carel, and many others who made our stay so memorable. We hope to back back some day! And wholeheartedly recommend Zoetry Punta Cana to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

We went to Zoetry in Dec 2025 and it completely exceeded all of our expectations. We chose this resort for the boutique vibes and were not disappointed. We immediately felt welcomed and pampered and the feeling carried throughout the whole stay. The app was great for keeping up to date with menus and activities. Personal butler/concierge was very nice touch and all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Loved the Christmas decor. Some of the best food and drinks we've had at an all-inclusive, we miss it already and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful resort with an outstanding staff. It is exactly as pictured. Clean, well maintained with an emphasis on customer comfort. This is a relatively quiet facility with only 92 accomodations. This is not your place to go if you want a party atmosphere.||Food is very good but not outstanding. The location is about an hour from the airport. I would recommend a private ride to the resort. We had to wait quite awhile for our ride to get us out there. I would also bring a very good insect repellent. Though the outdoor areas of the resort are fumigated a couple times a day the tiny mosquitoes/noseums will find you in the evening and early mornings. An anti itch topical is also a good idea. We will definitely be back to visit our new friends - the staff!

Our stay at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, everything felt serene, luxurious, and deeply personal. The resort is absolutely stunning, peaceful, impeccably maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The location is incredible and makes you feel truly immersed in the tropics, surrounded by lush greenery, natural beauty, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from everyday life. What truly sets Zoëtry apart is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely valued. Their attention to detail, warmth, and kindness were unmatched, and they consistently anticipated our needs without us ever having to ask. The service was flawless, and the entire experience felt elevated while still feeling comfortable and genuine. Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana is not just a resort, it is an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it. We also appreciated the resort’s strong commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious practices, which was evident throughout the property. However, there is an opportunity to improve outdoor pest control, particularly for mosquitoes and no see ums. The insect activity was persistent and did impact comfort. We strongly recommend using mosquito repellent, and it is helpful that the hotel does provide repellent for guests, which made managing the insects more manageable during our stay. While we understand the balance between eco friendly practices and chemical use, additional measures would greatly enhance the guest experience without compromising the resort’s sustainability values.

Zoetry Aqua is a gem of a resort with thatched roofs, well appointed and spacious rooms, amazing service, and beautiful beaches. The resort feels like it complements the environment with its charming architecture, flowing rivers throughout and beautiful landscaping. The staff could not make us feel more welcome and at home.. There were 14 in our party in our 60s, 70s and 80s celebrating a birthday. The staff went all out to help us celebrate in every way possible throughout our whole stay. In addition, we went horseback riding on the beach, had lovely massages at the spa, and had a seriously great time. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

We had such a phenomenal time at the Zoetry. Our rooms were very comfortable with a large porch where I spent each evening after I got back from the entertainment. The drinks at each bar were craft cocktails and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our meals, especially the restaurant near the beach where Yaisa, Leidi, Merly, Chamel, Henry, Frank, and Indigo greeted us each day and make sure we had everything we might want. We also enjoyed the spa where we did a yoga class and had complementary treatments. All of our meals were prepared with care, and we also like the thoughtful activities, particularly the circus and the yoga On the beach. The only thing that disappointed us was that the coral Reefs at the beach did not appear suitable for snorkeling as it was too rough. That said, it was lovely to swim at the beach and the lifeguards made sure that we were safe. I highly recommend this resort, especially if you were looking for a more personal and smaller hotel at Punta Cana.
