"Some may scoff at the absence of beachfront acreage, but what all-inclusive Capella Marigot Bay lacks in sand it makes up for in amenities, including a cabana-lined pool area with swim-up bar and a ferry to nearby LaBas Beach. Backed by a see-and-be-seen marina that offers some of the island’s best people-watching, the hotel features124 luxurious rooms and suites that are studies in restraint, with dark-wood accents and four-poster beds trimmed in mosquito netting. Guests are surprised with complimentary snacks each day, from house-made plantain chips to local Piton beer, but nourishment is also in abundance at the resort’s four restaurants—think fresh-caught snapper, jerk-spiced ribs, and lionfish ceviche—and during three happy hours. Meanwhile, the celestial-inspired Auriga spa offers locally focused treatments to those less interested in the fitness center and weekly activities such as body-scrub-making workshops and zip-line tours."

11th wedding anniversary getaway. My husband and I are from Florida. We definitely took a risk to travel to the Caribbean during Hurricane Season, but it was well worth it! We were here for 6 days. One thing we noticed was that some other guests had higher expectations of on-demand service. This isn’t immediately realistic. We went into it knowing that we’d be on island time. No time for rushing. Enjoy the serenity! Take a laid back approach to vacation. This was an incredibly special trip for my husband and me. We made many memories together and can’t wait to make more soon!

We just got back from our stay at the Zoetry and wow what an absolutely beautiful resort this is! The views alone are to die for and Marigot bay is an absolute gem, simply heavenly. Upon arrival, we were offered a delicious ice cold beverage and a cool scented towel which was truly appreciated. Claudius from the front desk is a gem and accommodated us with a room that was top notch. Anytime we saw him it felt like we were meeting an old friend. Rashida from the 14 61 restaurant is the absolute best and every morning her bright smile and pleasant demeanor helped us welcome the day. One morning there was only buffet available and I had become completely obsessed with their St. Lucian breakfast which has saltfish. She went out of her way to retrieve it for me when it wasn’t available. Truly appreciated 🙂. Gemiel, another star who made our stay incredible and helped us celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. The ferry to the beach is literally a two minute ride across the bay and it was the perfect spot if you don’t feel like venturing far.

Highly recommended. I went to zeotry with my wife for her birthday and I must say that the experience was exceptional. From booking with Tammy of reservations to checking in with ...., and then having breakfast served by Rashida at 1461 restaurant , everything was seamless and professional. All the other hotel ammenities that we enjoyed added to the awesomeness of our stay. I look forward to staying here again next year.

My first experience at this resort was neither enjoyable nor memorable. I came to relax and celebrate my birthday with some fun in the sun, but unfortunately, the staff showed little care and did not address my concerns. For the amount of money I paid to stay for three days, the room accommodations and service were completely unacceptable. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could leave a 0 star rating instead.

My family and I originally booked one night to celebrate a birthday, but it quickly became clear that one night simply wasn’t enough — we just had to extend! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.||The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing (even when it rained), the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The view alone was breathtaking, but having a private jacuzzi right in our room made the experience feel extra special. We loved it so much we never even made it to the public pool!||Another highlight was the ferry to the beach — an absolute must-do. It added to the uniqueness of the stay and gave us even more reasons to return.||Overall, our experience was over the top in the best way possible. We left feeling refreshed, celebrated, and already excited about coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Zoëtry Saint Lucia is absolutely beautiful — the scenery is stunning, with lush greenery and ocean views that feel like a dream. The pool area is peaceful and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to relax. The food was consistently amazing, with fresh, flavorful dishes at every meal. The location is serene and tucked away, but still close enough to explore the island. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service — especially from Richard, our customer service specialist. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. His attentiveness and warmth really stood out and made our trip extra special. Highly recommend this resort for a luxurious, relaxing escape!

Do not stay here!! Cleanliness & Maintenance: Beach chairs were stained, and towels provided were dirty. Excursions: Many advertised excursions such as snorkeling and movie night didn’t happen due to low participation from other hotel guests, which was disappointing. The staff refused to allow me to use the snorkel for my own leisure even though the snorkel tour was cancelled. Service Quality: Staff frequently spoke on the phone for personal calls while assisting guests, this made my requests to them feel like a nuisance. This occurred at the watersports desk and at the spa. The staff seem to be quick to answer personal calls, but don't answer the phone when dialing the front desk from my room. I had to place a room service order directly in person at the lobby. Dining Experience: Meals were consistently out of stock, and alternate menu items were brought without asking. No accommodations were made for dietary restrictions; all food was batch-cooked. Which was difficult for my dairy restrictions. The Coco Café was empty each morning, and staff lacked training on the coffee machine. The menu advertised filet mignon, but sirloin was served instead. Freshly squeezed juices were listed but juice came from bottles. Room service took over 1.5 hours to arrive. Servers repeatedly got our orders wrong, even when they were minimal. Staff Conduct: Some employees were seen drinking on the job daily and playing pool while ignoring guests. I felt like I was intruding when asking the workers to stop using the pool table so I could play with my spouse. There was a noticeable attitude when requesting drinks. Facilities & Atmosphere: The view from the room was unpleasant. It overlooked the neighboring property, which was an abandoned house with squatters bathing naked outside in buckets, trash and loud dogs. This was not a tropical view as advertised... See picture for reference. No complimentary celebration for special occasions unless paid for. Which is completely the opposite of other all-inclusive Hyatt branded resorts such as Secrets. Every scheduled class came with an extra charge. This was frustrating for an all inclusive resort when we wanted to do the painting class or bracelet making or rum tasting. Staff was observed removing the ice from a welcome drink so it could be reused for another guest after the initial guest declined the drink, which is unacceptable. The food was overwhelmingly fried, with few healthy options—surprising for a wellness resort.
