Zoëtry Saint Lucia is absolutely beautiful — the scenery is stunning, with lush greenery and ocean views that feel like a dream. The pool area is peaceful and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to relax. The food was consistently amazing, with fresh, flavorful dishes at every meal. The location is serene and tucked away, but still close enough to explore the island. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service — especially from Richard, our customer service specialist. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. His attentiveness and warmth really stood out and made our trip extra special. Highly recommend this resort for a luxurious, relaxing escape!

We stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay the week of June 8th and had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived, everything about the resort exceeded our expectations.||The Views:|Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning and strolling down to the marina for breakfast at the Hurricane Hole, all while taking in the serene beauty of the bay—pure magic. Whether sitting by the pool or dining by the water, the views were simply unforgettable. We've traveled quite a bit, but we've never felt so completely relaxed and immersed in such natural beauty.||The Food:|Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe it. From the Sulphur Springs and waterfalls to snorkeling, the Piton Mountains, and trying authentic local food—it was an unforgettable experience. You can book through their website or visit the excursion library by the pool. They’ll even provide you with a towel for the springs!||Zoëtry Marigot Bay is a dream destination. Between the spectacular views, outstanding food, and genuinely kind staff, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Already dreaming about going back!

A piece of Heaven! Beautiful resort with breathtaking views. Very attentive staff that go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and fun. We travel a lot and this resort had the most amazing, fresh and flavorful food. Everything was cooked to perfection. My favorite were sushi and fish tacos by the pool. Must try every dish at Hurricane Hole. 1461 and the Cove amazing dinner experience. Gorgeous place to go with couples and friends. |

What a fantastic stay at the Zoetry, staff was amazing, beach staff were like family. Hurricane Hole prepared a special meal for us after we caught some fish which was 5 stars! Any issues were quickly resolved. Great selection of food, enjoyed all the menu at each of the different restaurants. Will definitely return.

This hotel is excellent!! 💙💛🖤🤍💚 From the moment I got there, I was greeted with kindness. The Concierge was awesome. Our waiters Maggie and Ronnie were spectacular. They made the experience so worth it. My mom, sister, and I will definitely visit again. The hotel seems to be a more quiet couple haven. Lots of patrons were reading. The swim up bar was a first time experience for me and I loved it. As a local, I would advocate for the day pass (and a promotion for Maggie and Ronnie). I wish it came with a place we could keep our stuff and a better road condition to get to the hotel but the experience nullifies that. Love Love Love Zoetry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Wow. We’ve just spent an incredible 10 days here. ||The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel. ||Superb service. We couldn’t have been treated any better.||We were all inclusive and that’s a great way to be as you definitely get best value for money.||The food is delicious and all by menu so there’s none of the mass AI buffets you often get when going AI.||The drinks are great quality too, ||We’re here in rainy season and so we’ve definitely experienced the showers but it’s still been fabulous.||The little shuttle boat across to the beach is fun.||The views are spectacular.||We did the Friday night Street Party which was fun - about 45 minutes from the resort.||We also enjoyed the sunset cruise. ||We’re devastated to be going home.||A couple of tips. If you struggle with steps and steep hills, it may not be for you. Many of the rooms are very high up with lots of steps so try to request a ground floor garden room.||As you would expect in rainy season and with such lush vegetation, you’ll need lots of mozzie repellent. ||We want to thank all of the staff at Zoetry. You’re all amazing.

Everything was a disaster from start to finish. Check in process took FOREVER & we weren’t even given the room we booked. Getting that sorted out took another 2 hours of sitting around waiting to hear from someone. We were starving by this point & when we went for dinner, service was slow, but my meal was delicious. My husband however was extremely disappointed with his food. Room service was only available through their app, but there is NO information at all letting you know that you need to download an app for ALL service requests. Why this isn’t told to you at check in is beyond me. Room service was extremely slow and the food was awful. Majority of staff seemed like they absolutely hated everyone, regardless of how kind you tried to be to them. Service EVERYWHERE is extremely slow. I mean, EXTREMELY SLOW. Don’t waste your money on the all inclusive option. Service is so slow and portions are very small, you just give up & starve. Upon checkout we were told we had until 3:30pm as we discussed with the employee who was helping us. But when we came back to our room at 12:30, it was torn apart for cleaning but no one was there. Beds were stripped, we had no towels, & the mini fridge had not been re-stocked like we were told it would be. There is clearly very poor communication between staff. This was a terrible waste of money & we are extremely laid back and easy going people, so for me to actually leave a 1 star review, it has to be BAD. And this experience was exactly that.

Had a blast! I saw a ton of complaints about the property in more recent reviews on here but I had a fantastic experience with my wife on our honeymoon.||This was my first time stating at a Zoëtry property & we had a blast! They do advertise as 5 star and likely miss that mark but I thought it was comfortably 4 stars.||Food is good in my opinion, we ate at all the spots that were open, the cats are definitely there, they keep the rats and mice down, didn’t see a single one of those while there, had no issues with insects, stayed at a 1 room villa with a plunge pool and it was awesome. ||I loved the wet season as it was definitely quieter at the resort - if ur looking to party at night while on vacation and looking for more of that club vibe, this probably isn’t for you. We loved waking up early and going to bed early to make the most of the sun - we personally love that this aspect was missing from the resort and would book there again. Neil the butler is the best!
