Incredible experience like no other! You have a live experience with the animals right at the table, we like liked chameleon and bearded dragon the most. We had gingerbread hot chocolate and homemade plum lemonade, both were great. The waiter was funny, had great English and explained handling of the animals in great detail. Definitely worth a shot.

We visited as two families with four kids and had an amazing, surprising, and unique experience. The food was very tasty, perfect for a light meal and hot drinks, with special and rich flavors. I did not really like the cheesecake, but all the other food was very good. The exotic animals that come right to the table are very surprising. It is important to come prepared and know that small animals may come close, and they can even try to take your food. This is a very special and memorable experience, and the kids cannot stop talking about it. A unique place that is definitely worth visiting.

Zoo-Caffe is a must-visit! Make sure to book in advance; otherwise, there is no chance of getting a table. Once you arrive, you have 90 minutes at your disposal. You’ll get a menu to order drinks and cake, and after you order, they start bringing animals to your table for you to meet. Typically, a new animal arrives every 15 minutes. The highlight of the visit was a parrot that flies around and randomly lands on people's shoulders. There is no separate entrance fee, but you are expected to order at least a drink or a cake. The prices are a bit higher, but considering there’s no entry fee, it’s completely fair and not expensive at all. Just a side note: I see some people leaving bad reviews because they weren't allowed in without a reservation. Please understand that you must book in advance; this is not just an ordinary cafe. Between groups of visitors, everything needs to be cleaned and organized. The animals need time to rest and be switched out, as it wouldn't be fair to them to be handled by people all day long. Guests also need to disinfect their hands and listen to instructions on how to properly handle the animals... There’s no need for negative comments just because you didn't make a reservation. The staff is exceptionally kind and professional.

Definitely book a week in advance! This place is super popular and super busy, people without reservation will get turned away. I was lucky to be able to secure a reservation and it landed on my birthday so I was super happy, although email replies can take a while. You que outside and then at your designated time you are shown inside to your table. Once you are at your table you are given menus to browse and they come around to take your order, once this is done they rotate around 5 animals to your table in total, the staff give you a brief talk on each animal and how to safely interact with them. I had a pomegranate lemonade and my husband had the rafffaello hot chocolate and we was pleasantly suprised how nice they were, we would recommend both. We did not have food so cannot comment on that. Staff seemed stressed and not the happiest/ warmest of people.My favourite animal was the chameleon, I would of liked to hold the tarantula but on this occasion it wasn't out for handling. Antibacterial gels are placed on the tables.

An incredible and unique experience at the Zoo Cafe. Make sure to book ahead in advance as you cannot enter as a walk-in. Lovely animals and staff! I had such a fun time here.

Awesome place. The caretakers are really awesome, they explain everything about the animals. Before you get the animal to the table they give you some guidance how to behave and what to do. We really enjoyed the cafe and had a lot of fun😁✌🏻.

To sum up our experience we could say that our stay was more than our expectations. The interaction with the animals was super exciting. The thing is that you should book a reservation at least 4day or 1 week earlier as there as many visitors there. You should know that you have maybe around hour and a half there. Firstly you are given the menu, after you made a choice of what to drink they will give you and animal to interact with. Every 10 minutes they switch them with another one from the previous table. You will touch, feel and play with 5 different animals.

Great atmosphere, the animals are very cute and calm (except Smokey, she is a full time job). The staff that was in charge of our table was so nice and made jokes all the time and explained the animals and their story to us in such an interesting way that we fell in love with all the little guests at our table. Only negative thing was that it was so too short.
