Zoo City Drug

Fast, friendly service with a smile. The folks at Zoo City treat you like family! I rarely stop to post ratings or reviews and I'm generally not a fan of social media, but the folks at this place are always friendly, they tend to stock things the big chain stores do not. When there is something they do not have they're quick to order it in and honest about when it will be ready. On the rare occasion they have a short supply of something, they always make sure you have plenty to get by until the balance arrives.

Im disabled and i got to my house after filling my prescription. I noticed when i opened it my count wasn't right 120 and i ended up getting shortened. Be safe and count your medication before you leave. Then when i called and asked them to check to see if the bottle they took out of had more than it was supposed to? They flipped out on me telling me to count mine. I understand if i wasn't disabled and could count. Very rude . And i have been with them for year's. No respect for people or disabled!!! I will see how many they took when i run out. That women had no right screaming!!!!!,, at me! But god bless everyone god sees all!

Always fast in getting your medicine filled unless they're super busy...which is understandable. Good customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because they can never open the store on time. EVERY time I've went in he morning when they open I have had to wait EVERY single time for at least 5 min for them to get there and go in to open. I've even waited 15 min before. That's a little ridiculous. Please get to work on time especially when u have to open the store. Other than that, no other complaints or problems.

The staff at zoo city drug are so friendly and pleasant. They are always helpful and courteous while efficiently working to meet all the needs of their customers as a pharmacy should. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area! Thank you zoo city drug for all you do for your customers! :)

Pharmacist was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Service was quick.

Never have I seen such unprofessionalism at a drive-thru pharmacy. Started out well enough but one simple question I asked took 3 different people to try to answer. Each successive person seemed more irritated than the last. They didn't communicate with each other and came back asking the same questions. When I mentioned this, they became hostile. Guy wouldn't let me talk and kept pointing his finger at me. Acted like he was losing patience. I understand that the owner is a nice woman, but she needs to hire competent people. Moved to CVS.

Very nice staff and much easier than the hassle of big corporate pharmacies. I use the Asheboro location and have never had a problem or a long line and medication is always ready on time.

We love everyone here and always get the best customer service . Very knowledgeable and professional staff also!
