Zoo Sindang

There was no waiting. It was very easy to come in and get seated. I also liked that you can actually taste the subtle notes without it being too overwhelming and changing the taste of the drink as a whole. We got the Cat Cake and it was not quite not as an overwhelming sweet taste, it was just enough. We got the Pig and Mouse drink, definitely a little unique but worth a try!! Definitely add it to your Things to do in Seoul Checklist!!!

Excellent adress, the site is amazing beautiful decoration immersed in the jungle. Cocktails signatures are based on the zodiac and the food is even better. The bar tender were really nice and welcoming. Electro lounge music is well chosen to fit the atmosfere. The bar is super cosy, there is not so much space so not coming as a group is preferable. I highly recommend !

Atmosphere: 7.5/10 Located in Sindang-dong, Seoul, Zoo Sindang looks more like a technicolor jungle than a cocktail bar — packed with fake plants, Chinese zodiac characters, and tree installations stretching from floor to ceiling. The backbar is barely visible and clearly not a focus here. Music leans house/lounge at a pleasant, conversation-friendly volume. The space is maximalist but intentional. Drinks: 7/10 Recommended drink: – Menu is creative and themed — each zodiac has its own cocktail, with strength, ingredients, and tasting notes clearly laid out. Presentation is generally strong, with good-quality glassware and fitting coasters. Garnishes vary — some drinks are dressed up, others left plain — so it averages out. It’s more about the show than refinement. Service: 6/10 Water wasn’t served. Team is professional, but too much going on to call it attentive. Worst part? The brutal waitlist system: you sign up via app, get zero wait time estimate, and then have only three minutes to get in when they call you. Miss it and you’re out. This forces people to just linger in front. Prices are above average and don’t come with a premium feel.

Cosy hidden bar in the middle of Seoul. Very good themed cocktails and food. Would recommend the mouse and pig cocktail.

This place is tucked in along the inconspicuous neighbourhood along the unassuming street of what seems to be an ordinary alley. You have to push the cat statue when you come in and it would transport you to a feast of ocular treats! They have this drinks menu that is based on the 12 constellations with story books to match. For me, it is a little bit of a hit or miss depending on the zodiac drink. I really enjoyed the rabbit, the monkey and the dragon. We didn’t get any food as we were still full but the food menu looked great as well! Worth exploring especially if you like a downlow bar with mood lighting. Their lavatory is unique and very cool, tool!

This is one of the best bars I've been to in the world. The cocktails, each one is a Chinese sign, are to die for. And food is also original and delicious .

This place is a total vibe! Love the atmosphere, and the drinks are on point. Great spot to relax and unwind with friends. Highly recommend!
