Title: Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I recently stayed at Zubara Hotels in Qatar, and it was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Let me break it down:
Service: The staff was shockingly arrogant and unhelpful. Any request, no matter how small, was met with attitude and an air of superiority. I felt like I was a burden for even being there. Hospitality was clearly not a priority for them.
Cleanliness: The room was far from clean. Dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and an unkempt bathroom left me questioning the hotel’s hygiene standards. For a place that claims to be premium, this was absolutely unacceptable.
Water: Believe it or not, you are rationed water. You get two bottles, and that’s it. Want more? You have to pay for it! In a hot country like Qatar, this is just ridiculous. They couldn’t even provide the basic courtesy of unlimited drinking water.
Overall: The entire experience felt like a scam. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you’re looking for a relaxing, welcoming stay, look elsewhere. Zubara Hotels is overpriced, overrated, and an insult to Qatar’s reputation for hospitality.
Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your time, money, or patience.
