Dear head department of al zubara hotel Hope this review finds you well I had AC issue with the room Before i check in midnight i have informed the reception ( OMAR ) that i need a room which doesn't have ac issue as i experienced before Therefore he upgraded with room that has AC issue. I called resorption after 1 to two hours he send me the security and the issue solved, later on happens the same and i called again so mr omar answered if you want the technician will come 6:30 by the time it was around 4AM and still am fighting to sleep and thats the only thing he offered not even to change the room . My concern not about the room its about they way i been treated by the time am a regular customer mr omar yes his a new to this hotel but bad with treating guests I paid 500 rial for 6 h fighting to sleep and i dont blame the management about that i only blame who have approved omar offer to be the face of the hotel communicating with guests.

Hotel was nice, suite is elegantly designed, bad was soft, cozy linen and we had great rest. No noise and AC for perfect. Security stuff was helpful with bags and polite. They were very fair for offering price as well on reception. Will recommend this place.

Extremely disappointing hotel. I strongly advise against staying here — it’s very dirty. When I checked in, I found hair on the bed and felt itchy. I asked the staff to change the sheets, but even after they did, there was still hair on the bed. When I decided to leave just an hour later, they refused to offer any support or refund. Terrible experience overall.

Very bad experience at Zubarah, I booked through booking.com and sent them many messages that I am arriving early and request an early checkin for couple of hours, they never replied back. I arrived to the hotel and wasn’t offered a room as there is no availablity, they didn’t provide any solution, and refused to refund me despite that fact that it was my first time booking at this hotel. Their excuse was I booked a non refundable rate. Many hotels when you request a free cancellation and you mention the reasons they refund you because they think of customer loyalty and retention. This hotel is a complete scam all they care about is money! If they really care about customers they would have acted differently. I don’t recommend anyone staying there.

Very good experience and nice neat place, rooms and location I stayed there for 4 days and staff is really polite the guards, reception service all of them are the reason for the 5 star Look forward to stay back and do recommend this place for the affordable and nice stays in doha. This is a 3 star property, google shows it 5 but having 3 star don't makes its recommendations low, i recommend it the best to stay when you choose price, location service all.

Staff are pleasant, from the receptionist whom smile at the entrance to the waiter at the coffeeshop.||Calm and cozy, street view and excellent service. The place is clean.

Not the best location but beautiful hotel. Amazing rooms. Comfortable sleep. Friendly staff. Close to convenience stores but far from airport amd downtown. I never had any sleep better than this for sure. The pillows are divine. I don't know if I want to go to doha again because it's too boring. However you must visit the museum of Islamic art
