Lovely spacious room, with great views towards Baena. Enormous (would sleep 4!) double bed which was supremely comfy with nice linen. Good shower. Star of the whole show though has to be the restaurant. Really exceptional food, and well priced, especially in comparison to many places along the Costas. Undoubtedly one of the best meals we have had in Spain a very long while. Very friendly and helpful staff, with a big thank you to Antonio Jesús who spent time explaining a number of their special dishes, and the local wines and montilla. A good selection also at breakfast, replenished frequently, and included in the price of the hotel room. A round the houses route to drive to the hotel, but a short stay space allows luggage to be dropped off, and for check in. On street parking not far away (pity about the vertiginous walk back up to the hotel - though good for the heart rate and calf muscles!) Zuheros a delightful village, rightly earning its accolade as one of the Mas Bonitos Pueblos de España

We stayed here for two nights on a cycle tour: the hotel is clearly well-loved and cared for, the rooms pleasant, the cafe and restaurant more impressive than one might expect, and the staff are quietly helpful. It’s a great location too: the Subetica National Park and the Via Verde are wonderful.

This is a simple, but very well-maintained hotel, in a stunningly picturesque white village hanging on a cliff. The room and bath are plain, but with nice roof tope views. The restaurant is among the best in which I ate in 26 days in Spain (try the rabbit. and aubergine con miel). I like the hotel and village so much that I returned after a biking tour stop for another night after the ride ended, great scenery, great hiking, Ron the edge of a national park. There is absolutely no night life, so its great place to take a break, The staff was super friendly and helpul as well and are obviously proud of their village,

Hotel Zuhyra has bright rooms with wonderful views and comfortable beds and pillows. There is a lift to the rooms and a good breakfast was included with our room. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provided hiking information and kept our luggage the next morning while we hiked.

I have visited this hotel several times in the last ten years and this time was no less enjoyable. The hotel, although only two star, is very comfortable, well maintained and (now that the church bells have been silenced), is very pleasantly quiet.|In the White Villages hilly town of Zuheros, this is an ideal location for a quiet getaway. With access to the Via Verde, (a disused railway), and also to beautiful but more challenging walks into the Subbetica range of hills, there is plenty of activity on foot or by bike.|The food in this hotel seems to improve with each visit. The chef includes rabbit and partridge on the menu, (I tried and enjoyed both), while also including many other traditional Spanish dishes.|I cannot fault this family run pleasant hotel and will undoubtedly return, (again).

Stayed in this hotel and had dinner (great food) as part of a bicycle tour. The hotel is right in the middle of town. Not sure about parking situation asthe streets are steep and narrow. It was a tough slug on a bicycle. ||Our room had a window overlooking the roofs and a view of the valley. ||Dinner was tapas style, excellent food.

Beautiful, friendly, courteous hotel with some of the best food in Spain. Easy to reach by bus from Cordoba - 7 Euros each way, about a hour and a half journey. Good walks in the surrounding hills - you can see the wild goats moving silently in the early morning...
