My first stop in Germany left a really bad impression.
First, they told me to find a seat on my own, but after I sat down, they told me that the area wasn’t open. I waited for a long time and didn’t get a menu, so I went to the waiter to ask for one. He told me to go back and wait at my seat.
When the food was served, the waiter said a long sentence in German. I didn’t understand, and he rolled his eyes at me before walking away. In the end, he even had the nerve to ask for a tip.
Your management is stingy — there were only three servers covering a huge area. I understand that they were busy, but that has nothing to do with me as a customer. It’s fine if they’re stressed, but they shouldn’t take it out on the guests.
On the bright side, the pumpkin soup was delicious, the beer was great, but the pork knuckle was a bit too salty.
