Fabulous tiramisu and wonderful staff! We stumbled in here while looking for something sweet on a rainy night and hit pay dirt! You have just enough options to make it interesting without too many choices to be confusing. The classic is great, as is pistachio, but you have "adult" options, if something a little boozy is more to your taste.
Roma has lots and lots of wonderful gelato, but (a) you can only eat so much ice cream and (b) you're an adult, right? Mix things up and grab a tiramisu for takeaway from here.
This is in the heart of things, so a tourist won't have to make a detour to stop in. If you're at Campo di' Fiori, or planning to go to that square (it's on Rick Steves' walking tour), you'll walk across the opposite end of this tiny square on the way to Piazza Navona, just a block over.
And yes, this tiramisu was possibly the best I've ever had, even better than the Piedigrotta in Baltimore (Carminantonio Iannaccone invented tiramisu).
