There’s no denying the location is incredible. Zuma Porto Cervo sits on a high terrace with views overlooking the heart of Porto Cervo Although, the food was a major letdown. As someone who genuinely loves Zuma and is familiar with the high quality they usually deliver, this location unfortunately fell far below expectations.

The location is amazing, very cool. The price is over the top but I can understand. I went two times last week and spend about 200 euro per person both times, but you pay the location in center of Porto Csrvo and the ambience. What I didn’t like is that around the central bar there are a lot of strange people, like waiters that are working in others location and in fact two times there was exactly same people like for example workers of the hotel where I was staying and waiters of others restaurants I was during my holidays and this is not exactly the best for the discretion and this people are also slowing the works of bartenders and I guess they don’t even pay. I have also noted that some waiters was a bit not professional coming at table to say hallo and to speak as I was with people they knew.

Upon arrival at Zuma, Porto Cervo, we were greeted by 5 beautiful ladies with wonderful welcoming smiles. You do not see that very often but what a way to arrive. Great atmosphere, great food, great service… and loved the Mediterranean Spritz! Thank you all….

Must visit venue when is Porto Cervo! One-of-a-kind venue with stunning sunset view for sundowners. Amazing vibes and music until late night. At the bar, Luca and Gian Marco kept us hydrated with a selection of signature cocktails while enjoying Zuma freshness with our favorite bites. Staff is very friendly, accommodating and genuine.

Really disappointing experience. It was our friends birthday and despite we mentioned on the booking it’s a birthday party, there was no happy birthday surprise or anything . The waitresses clearly give more service to the tables they think spend more money. We had to ask every time to top up the wine, even asked to put the wine bottle on the table so we can help ourselves rather than waiting. They refused. Don’t expect if you pay expensive prices, you will get the best food and service - it did not happen to us. I had black code which is 72 euros ( this is without any side) and it was not great- it was oversalted . They put us downstairs surrounded by families with crying kids , so we asked if they could move us upstairs . They said there were no tables available despite there were. Disappointing . You only pay for name Zuma and beautiful sea view . I would recommend to go to some other local place instead ( like the Clippers). You would pay at least twice less and get triple more for what you spend.

I went to Zuma Porto Cervo yesterday and was disappointed with the service. We ordered as usual and got the first two dishes quickly. After that, we had to wait almost an hour for the next dish. We asked about it twice, and they just said it was coming. When the main course finally arrived, the salad came after it which didn’t make sense, as the salad should have come first. We asked to change it, but they refused. After we finished eating, we had to ask for the bill five times. It seemed like no one wanted to take responsibility, and they kept telling each other to bring it. The food was good, but the service really ruined the experience. The most ridiculous thing is that they are replying and them deleting it as they really replied.

Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. Our waiter at Zuma took half our order, then in the middle of this ran to another table where seemingly the gentleman there had pressing issues to resolve which were far more important than our need to order our meals. We had to actually flag the waiter down to finish taking our order. When the food eventually came, it was all but one of our meals. Mine, sadly for me, took a further 10 minutes to arrive, during which time I had to convince the rest of my table to eat their food and not wait. They felt bad. I felt bad. Some of our party had ordered a bottle of wine. As is typical in places like Zuma, the bottle was poured by the sommelier and taken away rather than left on the table. This is not unusual. However, typically, after a bottle is opened and the initial taste is approved, the sommelier should continue to monitor and refill glasses as needed. Unsurprisingly at this point, the sommelier was truly terrible at performing this task. First, after we had to get her attention (once we figured out where she was) she refilled one glass, but not the other. Thereafter, she was rarely seen and had to be asked each time to refill glasses. It was extremely busy in Zuma so it is understandable that keeping an eye on everyone’s drink is very difficult. However, when asked if she would simply leave the bottle of wine on the table, she refused. There were several further issues but there are only so many hours in the day. To sum up; if you’re happy to pay hundreds of euros for truly appalling service then head over to Zuma, you’ll love it!
