The hospitality here is truly amazing! The food was incredibly delicious, with every bite showcasing the freshness of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. I started with a small salad, a small cup of soup, and a traditional dish featuring veal, mushrooms, and a rich mushroom sauce. The veal was cooked to perfection, and the mushrooms were sautéed until tender. The grated potatoes were pan-fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, resembling a large hash brown pancake (Rösti). It was absolutely delicious! I don’t usually eat hash browns like that, but this dish was an exception. Everything was cooked to a light and delicate texture. Don’t miss this place! The location is also worth mentioning. It’s situated in a 1552 old building, adding to the charm and ambiance of the restaurant.
