I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my Great Dane, Ringo, received at this pet hotel while I was away for my sister’s wedding. Leaving such a big, sensitive dog behind is never easy, but the team here completely blew me away with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals. From the very first moment, they made Ringo feel like family. They didn’t just watch him — they pampered him, played with him, and truly got to know his personality. Every update I received came with photos and little stories about his day — from his walks to his silly moments playing with new dog friends. I could actually relax and enjoy my trip knowing he was not only safe, but thriving. Great Danes are a lot of energy — they need space, patience, and someone who understands their gentle-giant quirks. This staff absolutely handled him perfectly. They made sure he had comfort, exercise, and cuddles in abundance. When I came to pick him up, Ringo was happy, healthy! Absolutely delighted with the services from Markus, Bea and team. Highly recommended. Our dog can be quite nervous and afraid but he loves going into daycare and staying overnight or for holidays. The team really look out for his individual needs and treat him like their own pet. It is a completely different level of care than we have had from other daycares. Wallace comes home happy and tired and we notice an improvement in his behaviour over time.

Züripets took care of our cats Audrey and Gracie while we were on a two-weeks vacation. We are very happy about how they looked after the cats, with daily visits and plenty of pictures so that we would miss them a bit less while we were away. We felt throughout our holiday that our cats were in really good hands and got the feeling that this is not just a job for Züripets but that there is genuine affection and care for the pets that they are looking after. For example, they wouldn't just feed the cats but also spend time with them and play with them so that they wouldn't feel too alone. 100% recommended!

We’ve been bringing our dog Nami to Züripets since she was a puppy, for about a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! She absolutely loves the team and the other dogs, and it’s clear she feels at home there. Every time we drop her off, she’s excited to go in, and when we pick her up, she’s happy and well taken care of. What really sets Züripets apart is the trust we have in them. We know that if anything seems off or if there’s anything we should be aware of, they will inform us immediately and keep a close eye on her. Markus, Bea, and the Züripets team are simply amazing. They are incredibly loving with the dogs, cater to individual needs, and offer plenty of variety: walks, mental stimulation, playtime with other dogs, and cuddle time. My dog always loves going to Züripets, and when I pick her up in the evening, she is happy and pleasantly tired. My dog has also stayed overnight at Züripets multiple times, and she enjoys that too. Right now, I am abroad for an extended period and couldn't take her with me - I am so grateful that she can stay with Markus and Bea because I know she is well taken care of and too busy to miss me. And if you ever need special support, you can always count on Markus and Bea. For an upcoming trip, my dog needs a deworming treatment, and I don’t have the time to take care of it - so Bea is taking my dog to the vet and handling everything. All I can say is that I am extremely grateful for this loving care and can only recommend Züripets to everyone!

Super professional service! Booked a full day of dog-sitting on a Sunday - my dog enjoyed it, got tons of exercise, and enjoyed the amazing facilities. Will definitely be back!

Oscar gets so excited whenever he goes to Zuripets. The team is enthusiastic, skilled and works professionally and flexible when changes are needed. I have used overnight care a few times as well and Oscar then gets to go home with one of the team. You get daily quick updates on how it goes and can see the adventures on Instagram stories. It’s clear how much they love the dogs in their care !
