For world travelers the Israeli hotel world must be weird- it’s super expensive and there’s not a lot to show for... it’s like that with many other things🤷🏻‍♀️|This hotel has amazing location on a semi private beach, the renovated the inside and the rooms are really ok.|I did not appreciate the level of cleaning, It was not clean enough.|Beds were great, breakfast was completely ok, but- in the 3 nights we stayed there, every morning there were out of plates and utensils and we had to wait...|Other then these, it’s really nice.

Service luke warm and not very professional and the room not as clean as it should be (there were two empty plastic bags on the floor by the armchair and I have my doubts about the sink. The carpet could also do with some more cleaning.) The premises are also wanting but the place clearle was once a great hotel. The location is amazing and it is still a comfortable hotel. Mrcifully the sheets are clean. The grounds are amazing! spacious, right on the beach and you can see the sun setting into the Mediterranean from your window.

Great hotel for the price (Israel is expensive). Clean rooms, lobby and all other facilities. |The beach view is awesome with access to the beach. Really lovely.|Breakfast was so so but better than having to go somewhere. |The hotel is about a few miles from the old city and overall I would come back here. |Recommended. |No photoshop

Horrible place, more military barrack than a hotel. You could expect to spend a quiet time with such a senior clientele but the swimming pool is open to the kids of the nearby public swimming pool. , so very very noisy and splashy around the pool. Breakfast is rich but not really adequate for international crowds. The staff of the lobby is so unfriendly that the first idea is to leave immediately. The staff of the bar totally amateur. The only good point is the (limited) access to the beach.

The reception is always loaded and they are too busy to answer the phone. The elevators are very slow and its can be a long wait on Saturdays. The music in the pool is too high. The matterss are terrible uncomfortable and slip of the base of the beds. They do try to force the corona regulations as expected. Nice breakfast, great pool and great beach. The stuff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, the hotel is clean. Plenty of parking, great location, close to the old city. We'll be back!

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room smelled like mold and mildew. Cracked walls from moisture. Was afraid to sleep in bed out of fear of filth. Worst place I have ever stayed. Lobby had strange odor. Waited forever for maintenance to fix air conditioner. ||Have never reviewed before but felt it necessary to warn others to avoid if at all possible.

We been there for a business convention. The parking area was big enough, the hall used was ok and the support services were good (all around coffee, fruits and cakes). Lunch was a bit spicy but the quality was good. All in all we were able to concentrate on the business which is what we came for. The hotel also have a pool and an excellent access to the beach.

We had a great experience at Palm Beach Hotel or it's hebrew name - Hof Hatmarim.|Breakfast was ready with all the COVID-19 limitations, thr staff was kind and even though we cannot serve anything to our selves the staff gave us as much as we wanted and with big quantities as we used to before the COVID period.||I really recommend on the hotel, mainly because of the location - on the great beach of Acre.||
