When I returned, the safe had been opened and $350 were gone. No signs of damage, no malfunction — just gone.|The management team handled the situation politely and respectfully, but eventually told me there was “nothing they can do” and that my only option was to file a police report — which means losing an entire day of vacation because someone from housekeeping or staff clearly accessed my safe.||Let me be very clear:|A hotel where guests cannot trust the safe is a hotel you cannot trust — period.||That wasn’t the only issue.|If you order room service or any items to your room, keep every proof of payment. If I didn’t have evidence, I would have been charged again.||And one more thing to consider:|The hotel is located very far from the central areas. Beautiful property, yes — but far from everything.||To summarize:|The hotel itself is visually impressive, but the lack of reliability and security among staff is a serious concern.|If you still choose to stay here, do NOT leave anything valuable in the safe.||Travelers deserve transparency — and this is mine.
