We had a fantastic time here. Our room had a stunning direct view of the pool and the beach—waking up to the ocean every morning and see sunset was a highlight. ​The Club Lounge for the afternoon tea and evening cocktails were the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was also great, with a big variety and very helpful staff. A huge thanks to Khun Lucky, the front desk team who were so welcoming, Khun Num at lounge, Staff who did room decorations and all of the team staff that made everything easy for us. ​Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s quiet but close to Jomtien Beach, so we had no trouble finding amazing local seafood restaurants, mango sticky rice, and fresh coconuts nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

My family and I stayed at Veranda Residence Pattaya (a separate management to Veranda Resort Pattaya with shared facilities) However, we decided to treat ourselves with leisure breakfast at the resort. We were greeted and welcomed by Khun Mana, restaurant manager at breakfast, and Khun Art. A special discount was offered as it was our last day staying there, selection of food and drinks were available to choose from. All staffs were very polite and kind but special thanks to Khun Art who went above and beyond to make Thai iced tea on our request! (I’d recommend this for the hotel to make it as a signature drink during breakfast 😊) we loved the variety of Thai dishes as well as western cuisine. Also, bravo to the idea of providing a small oven for heating up bakery! We’ll definitely come back next time we visit Pattaya. The beach pool was amazing, we really enjoyed it.

Highly recommended to all my friends! I had a wonderful stay in the Pool Suite with my family of four, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The customer service was top-notch. On our arrival day, a staff member named PLA thoughtfully brought us around the hotel and gave us clear introductions, which made us feel very welcomed. Even though it was peak season, we were never neglected at all. Before arriving, we were a little concerned due to the border conflict with Cambodia, but the hotel assured us that it was safe to travel and enjoy our stay — and this truly proved to be the case. I have absolutely no regrets about coming for this trip. Thumbs up 👍🏻 Easy private parking with tight security, a safe and beautiful beach, and seafood restaurants as well as a 7-Eleven within walking distance. They also have an excellent in-house massage service, Let’s Relax. I will definitely come back again. Keep up the great work, Veranda MGallery. Thank you!

The Hotel is exceptional & staff are super friendly & efficient. The amenities are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area & the food was amazing at the Hotel restaurant. Even the lunch at the pool was really tasty. The only small negative was that they need additional loungers & definitely more umbrellas as it was extremely hot in December.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities. Don't have a bad thing to say. The pool is amazing, the food and drinks are lovely and the room was awesome. I would definitely stay again as its in the quieter area of Pattaya and thats what we had wanted. Treats were left in the room, a turn down service was offered and any requests were not too much. Great place.

We had such an amazing stay! Every single staff member was absolutely fantastic — seriously, they deserve all the praise. Our room was a pool suite, which was perfect because the kids could jump in and swim all day. Inside, there was even a bunk bed in a separate area, which was super convenient. We stayed during a family member’s birthday, and the hotel had decorated the room in a really cute way — plus they gave us a birthday cake! We also got to use the lounge, and the food and drinks there were excellent. Breakfast had everything we needed, though I do wish they had more ice cream — that would’ve made it perfect!

K. Nam, K. Art, K. Mana, and K. Preaw were super nice and helpful. The service was great and they handled everything for us. The pool was warm and really good. The sea-view room was beautiful and clean. The rooftop restaurant and the breakfast restaurant were both really tasty. Really enjoyed the stay!

Money stolen from my safe. Yes, the SAFE.||I truly hoped I wouldn’t have to write a review like this, but travelers deserve to know the reality.||I left a sum of cash locked inside the in-room safe. When I returned, the safe had been opened and $350 were gone. No signs of damage, no malfunction — just gone.|The management team handled the situation politely and respectfully, but eventually told me there was “nothing they can do” and that my only option was to file a police report — which means losing an entire day of vacation because someone from housekeeping or staff clearly accessed my safe.||Let me be very clear:|A hotel where guests cannot trust the safe is a hotel you cannot trust — period.||That wasn’t the only issue.|If you order room service or any items to your room, keep every proof of payment. At checkout, they tried to claim I hadn’t paid for an order, even though I had. If I didn’t have evidence, I would have been charged again.||And one more thing to consider:|The hotel is located very far from the central areas. Beautiful property, yes — but far from everything.||To summarize:|The hotel itself is visually impressive, but the lack of reliability and security among staff is a serious concern.|If you still choose to stay here, do NOT leave anything valuable in the safe.||Travelers deserve transparency — and this is mine.
