Very nice hotel. Best location. 1 minute walking to immigration between Thailand and Myanmar. Located in Maesai Chiangrai. Next to 7-11. Room is very clean and big decorate in modern style with wooden floor. Bathroom floor and wall is marble. Nice breakfast which include in the room rate. Very friendly environment especially the owners. Me and my daughter stayed in this hotel everytime we went there.

Location is great. 7-11 just 2 doors away. Market just cross the road.||Shopping and eating is not problem at all.||||Rooms seem rather new and are nice and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Can be a bit noisy during the day if your room is too close to the main road. ||||has a balcony area for smoking and chilling. ||||Car park is safe for bikes.||recommended for a stay in Mai Sai

This hotel is just beside the border crossing bridge. Outside the hotel are many food stalls. Definitely give it a try cause you will find some tasty and interesting snacks. The room itself is spacious and clean with good Wifi. The breakfast is not bad. In the beginning, I do not expect too much to find a good place to stay in Mae Sai, but here is a real gem.

Located steps from the border crossing, this hotel is a clean economical choice. The rooms are a bit odd with windows to the corridor and multilevel bathrooms. But it is an OK and safe place to stay. The staff are friendly. The breakfast included is basic but alright.
